About this house rental

This short-term rental house is taken care of by the owner's family. The house has 8 queen beds and 6 sofa beds, which comfortably accommodate large groups. Our cleanliness standards are particularly high because we are motivated to care for our family business. We hope you enjoy your stay and will do whatever we can to make your time comfortable. Directly adjacent to the new Tennessee State Museum, It’s only a 25 minute walk to Broadway, but if it’s your first time in Nashville, give yourself extra time to see all the great spots along the way., The state museum ,the Nashville Farmers’ Market, Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park ,,Musician’s hall of fame and a bunch of other great stops are all along the way.
The main level is inviting with a large well-equipped and newly renovated kitchen with formal dining area, a large living room with comfortable sectional sofa and flat screen TV, and main level bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second level will shower you with all of the comforts of home as you enjoy our sizable bedrooms and luxurious bathrooms. Revel in our spacious master bedroom and private deck with spectacular views of downtown. Come enjoy your home away from home here in Music City!

The Provisions:

We want you to feel right at home whether ; our guestrooms offer a high level of comfort. each bed has been outfitted with pillow top mattresses, four pillows and lush, organic, 100% cotton sheets. You will sleep in the clouds.

We believe in traveling light. For ease of packing and to add further enjoyment to your visit, our bathroom provisions include Free Shampoo & Conditioner and Shower Gel. And, of course, there are plenty of fluffy towels for everyone.

The Refrigerator is always stocked with complimentary bottled water and our Keurig machine offers a nice selection of Starbucks coffee blends. We are happy to customize our offerings prior to your arrival based on your personal preferences.

Additional Information:

• Guests will have access to the laundry room including detergent and related supplies.

• This is our home and as such we manage it ourselves. You will always deal with us directly. No management companies or 3rd parties are involved

• We Love our Neighbors. Please no parties past 10:00 pm.

• We Love our Stuff and have taken great pride in curating all aspects of this home. Please treat it with care so others may enjoy it too.

• We Expect you to treat our towels and linens with the same respect you would exercise in your own home. There will be an extra charge for soiled towels and linens.

• This should go without saying but here we go: Absolutely no smoking inside the house. Please use the patio and ashtrays provided.

• We want to ensure your stay 100% as you had envisioned it; if something is not up to snuff, please let us know. We will correct it right away.

To get downtown, you have many choices:

- Walk 2 blocks to the Music City Circuit stop

- Take a 25 minute walk (My favorite! Along the way browse Farmers Market, then checkout Bicentennial park, then take the capital steps up to the State capital building(check out the view!), then on to War Memorial Plaza and your downtown! Just a short walk down Church St to the entertainment district, and you have to walk out on the pedestrian bridge over the Cumberland River just for the view of Nashville!!

- Take a $6 Lift or Uber ride (Second best choice!!)

- Less than 1 mile drive ( but parking will cost you..especially on the busy weekends!)

The farmers market across the street has live music on the weekends.- Multiple eating establishments!! to many to list but a few of my favorites are: El Buritto Mexicano - I go here for a great breakfast..3 egg Western Omelet, hash-browns and toast only $6.50!! Bubble Love has authentic SE Asian bubble tea that tastes just like what you can get in LA or NY! B & C Market BBQ - Southern BBQ done right!!

Our family was getting together from Ohio and Arizona and meeting in Nashville. There were 4 couples and this location had a bedroom to spare! Downstairs bed and bath was perfect for our brother who is not able to climb a lot of stairs. The house was well-stocked with all of those things you forget to bring - paper towels, coffee filters and coffee, toilet paper, spices — and the host even supplies 2 cases of water and freezers were stocked with bags of ice. Everything was clean, tons of luxury towels and linens. Every time I contacted the host for a question I received a response immediately. If we go back to Nashville, we would definitely stay there again.

We have a family reunion in a new city every two years, and the host always needs a base house. There were 10 of us at the house but 21 total coming in and out. Ages 7-70. We cooked most of our meals there. Played games at the dinning room table that fits 12! Tons of extra blankets and pillows and towels.

Surprise birthday for my wife. House easily accommated 11 of us. Location worked well for us. Check in, check out and all other communicaton with Emily was awesome. She responds very quickly. This was our first time to Nashville and we had a great time. Thanks Emily.

We had a wonderful time at the property! Lots of space for 17 family members, and all the amenities you will need. The beds were super comfortable and we even had free beer and water! Kroger is just down the street, as well as the Farmer's Market which has cooked food (Indian, Korean, Jamaican, Mexican etc.) Also, we were able to use the grill in the backyard. The host was very attentive and help us with whatever we needed. Best vacation ever!

This property was very spacious and clean, with all the amenities of home. There was plenty of room for everyone in our extended family. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Everyone loved the massage chair! I would recommend this property to large groups traveling to Nashville.

The house was great. We had a little issue with the state of not working, but it didn’t matter cause we really really didn’t need it. Our host was super responsive even let us check in early because our flight arrived at 8 AM in the morning. The house was close to Broadway. Very convenient to a lot of stores and the house is fully stocked With towels and products

Myself and 10 members of my family ages 30 to 75 went to Nashville for my 75th birthday. I wanted a place to stay that was comfortable. This house was outstanding. The layout was perfect. There were 4 bedrooms upstairs and 1 downstairs with it's own bathroom. We had trouble with TV. I emailed the hostess and she called me 5minuts later to say her son would be right over. She was great. you can walk or if you are like me its is an easy Uber ride to Broadway. I highly recommend this house for a large group. We had 11 and there was plently of room. It made our whole trip enjoyable.We are from Boston but became Nashville Cowboys because the music and atmosphere was so much fun!

Great property for a stay in Nashville for a bachelorette party. We had a group of 13 and had plenty of room for sleeping and getting ready. The dining room table offered a lot of seating and the massage chair was a huge hit. Would definitely recommend.

Emily is the perfect host, accommodating and flexible. The house was immaculate and a great layout. Most times we ubered downtown, but it is walkable and plenty of businesses locally. I would definitely stay there again.

This house was exactly what we needed as a group of guys coming to town for a trip to the SEC Tournament. Location was close to downtown and always easy to get Ubers from. House was clean and had all the essentials, stocked with towels, sheets, and blankets. Multiple couches for a hangout area including the massage chair! Emily was a great host and couldn’t have made things easier. Definitely recommend this property to people with a group of 10+.

We will be back for sure!!! Great place to stay. Lots of room, Emily is great at communicating with us and the house has almost anything you could need and want!! We used Walmart to deliver food and items we wanted. We should have waited to order till we got there. Purchased too much of some items because house had plenty already. Beds, couches and massage chair were all very comfortable. House is located off the strip but plenty of Ubers around. We never waited more than a couple minutes for 3 of them to arrive for our large group. We will be back! Thanks Emily!!

We had the best time on our Trip and this home and location met all of our needs! There were 3 couples and we all had our own bathrooms, Amazing kitchen and living areas to relax and enjoy and the location was incredible! Property had great space for 4 couples getti g their own rooms. Kitchen had all supplies you could need and then some, which was awesome because it saves you from having to go buy all the little things for cooking. Property manager was quick to respond and very accomodating. We all loved the bonus of the massage chair they had at the house as well. Was a really quick Uber to Broadway, and a farmers market, walgreens and more right there. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very spacious and well stocked with blankets towels , dishes. Very clean and located in a great area. The light breaker did get flipped and we could not figure out where it was located , I called and they were there in less than 10 minutes. Would definitely rent again.

I cannot say enough good things about this house . My family was in Nashville for a destination wedding ! Emily was wonderful, answered all my questions . House was well equipped with linens, pillows, blankets, 2 refrigerators, beds were comfortable, beautiful bathrooms, even stocked with shampoos , bath soap. Safe part of town , close to downtown. There is a massage chair that was hardly ever empty! If you are looking for the perfect house rent this property ! Our family created some great memories this past week!

The house has loads of space and loads of beds so it’s ideal for a big group. The massage chair was a nice bonus. It also has a large bbq which we used and was good. There’s a Walgreens, KFC and Farmers Market nearby so food is easy. Short cab or 30 min walk to Broadway but shorter journey to loads of good places in Germantown. Emily was very good at communicating and also let us check out late on the last day. Everything was perfect for our purposes.

We really enjoyed our stay! We were a large group of girls for a bachelorette party, and there was sufficient room to comfortably fit all of us. The host was incredibly responsive to all of my messages, and the check-in process was seamless. The location was perfect - close to Broadway and to grocery stores. We would highly recommend this place for a large group of people!
