The two-story Williamson Lake Estate features four stylish bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps eight people. Each room is decorated in an exquisite and modern style. Plentiful windows and decks allow picturesque views. Decks surround two sides of the house to overlook the lake and garden vistas. The lake estate has a private and secluded feel that guides the way to relaxation and peace, while allowing ample opportunities for fun and entertainment. A large boat dock, swim platforms, and a newly added boardwalk provide many options for lake activities, including fishing. The swimming area is located in a quiet cove, and has a pebble-covered lake floor to enhance the swimming experience. This is a great place to stay right on the water. The house iso well anppointed. Easy to get to downtown but still somewhat isolated. We rented kayaks and explored along the shore. We had a great relaxing time.

A couple of us stayed here for a long work trip and it was everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and the view off the balcony is unbeatable. Definitely recommend!

The home is located on a great location on the lake with easy access to Central Ave, shopping, restaurants, and boat rentals. When we arrived, the home was very clean, neat and welcoming complete with the AC turned to a comfortable temperature. The home nicely accommodated our 8 adults. We enjoyed swimming by their swim dock. We enjoyed all of the outdoor deck space! It had plenty of places to sit and enjoy the wonderful view of the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the items you would need. The dining table fit our 8 adults comfortably and was great for playing games as well. The large two-car garage was much appreciated so our cars did not sit in the heat. We have rented this house two years i a row, and we loved it both times. The host is very nice and accommodating!

Wonderful weekend getaway. Our group consisted of 6 adults… all old friends on our yearly excursion. House was perfect for us. Just as pictures show and very clean! Plenty of bedrooms and open spacious common area to hang out in. We had plenty of space to cook meals, gather around dining table for dinner and games, and lots of sofas and chairs in den. Big open windows look out towards the lake. Large outside deck perfect for grilling and chilling!! Lake Hamilton is beautiful and we had a welcome breeze blowing off the water in the evenings. We swam and floated in the water at the lower deck. Very peaceful. Parked our jet ski in the provided boat slip after launching at the marina right around the corner! Kitchen was large and had all appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and glassware needed. We used the blender and coffee pots daily. Plenty of parking for our 6 cars. Location was very convenient to grocery stores and a short drive to downtown Hot Springs. We shopped one afternoon on the Main Street downtown. Lots of cute boutiques and shade trees along the sidewalks. We also hiked up the park trail starting downtown and leading up to an overlook. Ate at Rocky’s Pizza, best pizza we’ve had in years!!! Busy on Saturday night but worth it. Homeowner Sally was very nice and quick to respond when I reached out. I would highly recommend this home to my friends and hopefully get back for a second visit.

Property was very old and the area was very undesirable. Living room furniture Really should be replaced except for one sofa.. Upstairs two bedrooms , Very dark no furniture except for beds And shared a tiny bathroom.

Our girls group goes to a different destination every summer. The house was just wonderful in every way! We loved sitting on the deck and looking out at the lake. It was so easy to get in and out of the lake for a swim too. We were amazed at all of the items provided that made us feel at home.

Very responsive host, great decks with great views, comfortable rooms. Appreciated that 2 of the rooms were on ground floor and accessible to 2 of our couples with mobility issues. Well equipped kitchen and dining table big enough to handle our group. Groceries not far away for getting those things we forgot. Lots of places to "hang out" together.

Fabulous host, beautiful views, right on the water instead of walking up a big hill. House has many more amenities than most properties, with plenty of room to spread out. Fine boat house and dock with great swimming right there. Like almost all lakehouses in the area, there is no street parking and things can get a little tight for extra car parking. We Loved It and look forward to returning!

We had a great time with our family at the lake. The house accommodated 10 adults very comfortably. The house was very clean and comfortable. It has multiple gathering areas which was nice. The outdoor space was very nice. The location on the lake and proximity to town (grocery stores etc) was great! The property manager and owner were very responsive and nice! We would definately stay here again!

My family of 10 with 3 generations loved our family vacation at this wonderful home the week following Christmas. It had lots of room for everyone to spread out. We loved the large table for the occasional meal and night time games. It was located close to town and restaurants. Lots to see and do in the area. I think our favorite part of the home was the large wrap around deck and dock areas. It was very well kept. The host made herself available if needed but everything was perfect. We had the best relaxing week and I would recommend this rental.

This property gets an A+. Everything from goods sleeping, cove water sports for swimming, fishing, SUP boarding and kayaks, great decks for views, games and visiting, to having everything imaginable provided for meals (carefully labeled cabinets so you can find what you need!) the property is immaculately taken care of, so you can count on cleanliness! Sally is the manager, available if needed, and helpful. Our family really loved this place! (Our only addition would be to add washcloths and a few hand towels…there are worlds of towels and extra linens!)
