Plush mattresses on all beds, ceiling fans in every room and desk for business. Beautiful new Living Room L-Shaped Couch. Reliable Internet access and desk for office work. We loved staying at the beach house! Easy walking right to the beach with everything we needed. Large yard with an outdoor shower! Our family enjoyed the stay and the hosts were easy to reach when we needed and super friendly. Thanks again!

My kids have never been to the ocean and i wanted to yake them for spring break. They had an AMAZING time. From taking a shower outside to get the sand off to snuggling on the couch watching a movie. Thank you so much for opening your home to us, it was amazing.

Property was very nice to stay at for my family. We walked to the beach twice a day and the beach toys and wagon was very useful and appreciated. Howse was older but in perfect condition. Only reasons im giving it a 4 star review is listing said it had a bbq grill but didnt. Everything needed for grilling was there minus the grill. Fortunately i was able to find one on marketplace and was able to grill. Otherwise absolutely everything you needed was there. I would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful home, totally quiet neighborhood, a convenient place to vacation. Beach right down the road, host has everything you need for beach comfort. Restaurants and stores close by. Definitely loved our stay there. I highly recommend this home.

Had everything we needed for a long weekend close to the beach. We didn’t have to worry about bringing coolers or chairs or anything like that because everything is provided. The house is comfortable and exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at your home. Loved all the beach items to use while we visited. Lots of notes in the house directing you what to do, etc. The neighborhood seemed a little run down in areas, so at first site, it was a little scary for females, but ended up being a super quiet community. Great girls getaway.

As usual this was another great stay. We’ve stayed here now 3 years in a row and will continue to stay every year! Everything you need is provided! The kids love the beach toys, and mom and dad love the beach chairs! The walk to the beach is a few short mins and we’ll worth it. Leaving is always a sad day for us! We had a family weekend at Ormond-by-the-Sea and this property provided our family everything we needed. The distance to the beach was great and our family spent a lot of time enjoying all of the toys/gear provided to make our beach experience memorable. Would stay here again.

This was even more beautiful than envisioned when booking! Clean, comfortable, and so convenient for what we traveled down for! We had no problems, only a few questions, but any/all communication w/ our hosts was answered almost immediately! Everything worledout well inspite of aftereffects of Hurricane Ian. Hosts went out of way to resolve issues. House was well stocked. Good beds, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. Visitors from England very pleased.

Lovely home, plenty of room, love the outdoor spaces. Plenty of toys and beach accessories for kids to use. Quick and easy access to the beach as well as stores. A little trouble with check in process, but was handled fairly quickly. Responded to other messages promptly and answered all questions. Definitely recommend!

Amazing stay. Anything you needed and may forgot was at the house. Quick walk and you’re standing on the beach! The owners make you feel right at home and are very responsive to messages. This is the 2nd year we stayed here and will be reserving this house again next year.

Place was very spacious and close to the beach. There were minor details that I addressed with the owner. Going to point out that there is only one shower inside the house, in case someone doesn't look closely at the description. The beach accessories were convenient but they were showing wear and tear.

There were 6 of us - me, my daughter and son-in-law, 2 teenage boys and a 12 y/o girl. This is an older home in a quiet older neighborhood, very convenient to the beach. Nothing fancy. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy (altho granddaughter slept comfortably on couch-a double bed doesn't really work for 2 adults), towels and linens were nice. The boys esp loved the outdoor shower. Beach towels were provided, as well as a closet full of bags, koozies, toiletries, hairdryer, games. The garage contained lots of beach items, as advertised, and we really appreciated that. Netflix was available, appreciated that, too, after a long day. A little difficult for 6 people to sit in the living room. Could definitely use a wall clock in the living room somewhere - no clocks anywhere! Only one minor complaint - the ceiling fans and a/c vents are really dirty. We are tall people, and maybe the cleaning folks are short, lol. Otherwise the house worked well for us. We were not interested in condos/hotels/elevators or parking lots. Thank you to our hosts!

We had such an amazing time at this beach house. The owners have everything you need in the house and the garage is full of beach stuff (Everything you need). We loved the outside shower, both patios, and the fire pit. We will definitely stay here again… thank you for an amazing weekend of memories! This house is one of my favorite Vrbo rentals…
