A perfect 4 night stay and we cannot wait to return next year.

Gregg and Jacqui are lovely owners who made us feel so welcome. Breakfasts were simply delicious, our room (Deepdene) was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. An added bonus was private parking although there was plenty of safe and well lit on-street parking outside the property too.

There was nothing that we did not like!

Excellent weekend.

more enjoyable comfortable stay

Lee House is located on the main road in and out of Lynton. It has a delightful garden and beautiful lounge area. We stayed in attic of the property which had stunning views over Lynton. The room was exceptionally comfortable and light. Breakfast and service was excellent.

The location is amazing. Lynton and Lynmouth are wonderful, and the house is placed brilliantly to get around easily.

Simply faultless

Simply faultless, the accommodation is spotless with a central location for easy access to Lynton, walks or Lynmouth. Greg & Jacqui are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. There is an excellent choice for breakfast and homemade scones and jams available. An excellent stay and highly recommended.

Hosts really welcoming and attentive.

There was a room above us that had squeaky floorboards which were fairly noisy when they returned back to the room in eve and also creaked I assume when they were turning over in bed at night so this did disturb us a little.

Perfect.

Super clean. Very friendly, helpful, convivial host. Quality breakfast. The location was great too, with plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. The off street parking was ideal. I would not hesitate to return and can wholeheartedly recommend it to other travellers. Thanks Greg and Jacqui.

Temporary cross - street noise from a building being re-roofed. That has now finished.

Faultless stay at Lee House

Had originally booked two nights but was so impressed with Lee House and what it had to offer we managed to book another night, great location close to all you would need during your stay, spotlessly clean, great hosts, wonderful choice at breakfast with quality produce , would recommend the cream tea on arrival, home made preserves available to purchase which i can highly recommend , the reviews left by other guests speak for themselves ! thank you Gregg and Jacqui.

had an amazing stay and would definitely like to stay again. will be reccomending it to family and friends.

the house was absolutely stunning and in a beautiful location. waking up with the sound of birds and looking out over the valley were memories that will stay with me for life.

I really loved everything about it. it’s a charming but beautifully presented character house.

A lovely couple of days

Great location. Gregg and Jacqui are the perfect hosts, friendly and give lots of information on what to see in the area and how to get there. The breakfasts were delicious and the rooms beautiful and very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful accommodation with friendly and attentive hosts!

Lee House is a beautiful home set amongst a lush garden. The hosts could not have been more accommodating and greeted us with a smile and cups of tea! Our rooms were beautifully decorated and had a nice view of the garden. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. The house is in walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Parking was available behind the house with just a short walk down some steps. We were provided with choices for breakfast, which we pre-ordered each evening. I cannot say enough about Lee House! We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we are in the area!

I have no complaints at all. Everything was perfect.
