Bob was great to work with and very responsive. We loved the pool area. So nice to relax when you get back from a day of activities. The kids really loved it too. 5 nice size bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with an outdoor shower. The kitchen was big and had everything we needed. Definitely highly recommend.

The property in Aruba was exactly like the listing. The property is beautiful! The house is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is well-stocked with cooking items. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pool and outdoor area was where we spent most of our time. Bob was wonderful to work with. Since it was our first trip to Aruba, we asked for recommendations about things to do and places to eat. We received a thorough list from Bob. Bobchecked on us multiple times throughout the week, making sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home in this property! If we ever make it back to Aruba, there is no question that I will reach out to Bob for availability of his home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this Villa. We were 8 people and had lots of space. The Villa is very spacious and has a good layout. The Location is Great, 11 min walk to one of the best beaches in Aruba. Bob, was a very helpful host and super fast in responding to any questions. Its not the newest villa on the block, but definitely meets all expectations. We will be coming back for sure ! thanks Bob !

We had a great stay at Bob's place. Bob was very responsive and accommodating. We knew we wanted to stay in Noord so this worked out great. The house is very spacious, there were six adults, and everyone had their own room. Also 4 bathrooms and an outside shower was great. The water could have been hotter but was perfect for me. Pool area and outside space was fabulous, and we relaxed there in the afternoons and evenings. This is a 15-minute walk to the Marriot and the Ritz so pretty easy access to the beaches, keep in mind though that you can't hire beach chairs etc. but the house comes with chairs and towels. I slept very well bed was comfortable. You need cabs to get most places, but it is walking distance if you are OK walking. we rented "bird's" and loved riding them to the beaches where we snorkeled and saw beautiful fish. We would certainly consider staying at this house again should we visit Aruba, Thanks Bob!

We were a family of 8, ages 13 to 87! The house was massive, super clean, very spacious, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly located. We didn’t even need a car it was close to everything. The property was incredible, the pool spectacular. Bob was a great host, very responsive and the cleaners were very friendly and accommodating when we got there, they even brought us beer! The island is so amazing, small enough that we saw every corner. Powder white sand and calm waters on one side, wild, uninhabited, raw and stunningly beautiful on the other. We will be back as soon as we can. Could not have been better for our family Christmas.

Coconut Villa
When we arrived, the property didn't look like it had been occupied or cleaned for months. Very dusty dirty floors. Some mouse or anole poop on the floors. Dead cockroaches in two bedrooms and inside the kitchen oven. No sheets on the beds.
Spent the first day cleaning it up to our standard. After that we had an enjoyable time.

Great location, perfectly set up for a large group with great separation of space. Large bedroom suites, kitchen, family rooms and outdoor space. The pool and swim up bar are on point. We all had a great trip and would certainly stay again. Close to everything helped to make this an idea VRBO.

Aruba Stay after Christmas
We arrived on 12/26 and getting into house was simple, Bob sent instructions and were right on target! We turned A/C on and went out and enjoyed the pool after grocery shopping. House is very, very roomy and we almost never used the living room because we were out by the pool or at the beach. Kitchen had all we needed as we only used for breakfast and lunch and went out. Taxi's found the house so wasn't a problem but make sure of the price up front. The house is as shown in pictures. Nothing fancy but good for our family of 9. There is a shortcut to the Marriott when you go out of the house you turn right and go across some grass. Hard to see at night so turn on your camera flashlight. We took a rolling cooler to the beach no problem (followed the concrete road) and rented an umbrella for $30/day but took chairs from house. Don't take beach towels, they have them. I prefer to stay on the beach myself, but honestly, this is the way to go! If you are there on New Years Eve - you can see fireworks from every angle! Could not believe how many went. Every which way you looked, you could see them!

Near beaches and shopping
This is a spacious property with multiple
Bedrooms and bathrooms for a large group. The convenience of the pool is a bonus. It is only 2-4 miles to the nearest beaches which is convenient. There are several stores and restaurants also nearby.
When having an issue with the water, Bob was attentive and got the problem solved quickly. We did not have to wait long for this to get fixed which was reassuring. If you are looking for space, this is the place.

Aruba is a great vacation area with lots to do.

Coconut Villa
Wow, what a time my family had in Aruba and particular staying at the Coconut Villa's. Where do I begin, couldn't ask for a nicer place to have the family stay for a week in Aruba. Location is near everything, beautiful pool and hottub. Plenty of room to have a BBQ outside and inside was even nicer. Rooms all have plenty of space and bedrooms are all good size so no worries about being crammed. I have already told my friends that they need to get to Aruba and to rent out the same place. I plan to make this a yearly trip as my kids can't wait to go back. I would recommend the Coconut Villa to anyone who is interested in a great family trip.

Not our first choice but made the most of it.
Our original large group was not the same as our final small group. We were unable to switch to smaller villa. Happy Rentals policy. Being we would lose our deposit if we cancelled to switch to smaller accommodations we had to go with it. Upon Arrival the Coconut Villa was very clean, spacious, nice and Alex was wonderful. One of the issues we had was beyond the control of management, an area power outage. We did not have any flashlights or candles however. The other issues were the security system, cloths dryer and dish washer not working. There were other small things that were taken care of right away by Alex but we did not ask him to repair those bigger issues because we could make due without them and we felt like we were calling every day.
Other than those issues, I was very happy with my stay at the Villa. It was nice to get away from people and have our own private area to retreat to. The pool and hot tub was nice but the wind kept debris landing in the pool. It was cleaned twice during the week which was nice. Aruba itself was awesome. I would not recommend going to the market close to the villa. Alex recommended that we not buy food there but we did not listen and regretted it. Also it would have been nice to have a mid week linnen change and a stock of toilet paper.
I would stay in a villa again, but not this one unless I had a bigger group.

We had a blast!
My group of 10 just got back from renting Coconut Villa for a week. We had an absolute blast. There's plenty of space for everyone. We were especially surprised to find the kitchen stocked with utensils, plates, pots & pans, etc.... It allowed us to save a lot of money staying in for lunch and breakfast. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the entire veranda area outside. Watch your step on the tiles though.....they are very slick when your wet.
Overall our experience at the villa was extremely positive. We'd definitely recommend it as well as working with Anneke.
