Surround yourself in the rugged beauty of the Northern Oregon Coast at this dog-friendly Netarts rental, an adorable two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at the mouth of Netarts Bay. Wake up every morning to incredible ocean views, relax in the home's inspired interior, and find the perfect accommodations for up to four guests and one dog.
You won't find a better location for coast and town activities! Pull up tasty gaper and butter clams in the bay, or explore quaint Netarts' shopping and dining, including The Schooner Restaurant and Lounge (we recommend the locally sourced 'Oysters on the Half-Shell' entree - it's delicious!). Beach access is right through the backyard - it's the perfect stretch of sand for families since it is partially sheltered by the bay and the waves are calmer.
Featuring wood accents, coast-inspired decor, and picture windows boasting sweeping views, the home's peaceful, cabin-like ambiance is just what you need to unwind and reinvigorate. Settle in during rainy afternoons for movie watching and group bonding in the living area, complete with a library of DVDs, a DVD-, Netflix-, and cable-equipped flatscreen TV, and comfortable leather couch seating for everyone. If it's particularly chilly outside, flip on the gas fireplace to quickly warm the room.
When your group gets hungry, serve up some salmon dip and crackers or a hearty homemade meal made in the well-equipped kitchen. You'll have all the cooking necessities for quick and easy meal prep, along with ample countertops and breakfast bar seating. But if the breakfast bar seating isn't enough, there's even a four-seat wooden table for meals together with your whole group. If the weather calls for it, head outside for an al fresco experience on the home's expansive deck, where you can listen to waves crashing in the near distance while savoring fresh Dungeness crab cakes paired with a fine glass of Oregon pinot.
Afterwards, why not take a sunset stroll on the beach? Uncover hidden treasures in the sand against the backdrop of a pink-hued sky, then return home to roast some marshmallows over the backyard firepit. Head back inside to connect to the WiFi for planning tomorrow's adventures, then retire to bed after a satisfying day.
Up to four guests - and one dog with a small nightly fee - will find the perfect accommodations for a great night's sleep in either of two bedrooms. There is a bedroom with a queen bed on the main level, while up a set of stairs sits a loft space with two queen beds partially separated by a wall. Each bedroom is quaint and quiet, boasting furnishings like bedside reading lamps, picture windows, and wooden desks.
Wake up refreshed, pull out a clean pair of clothes from the washer/dryer, and get ready for another day of coastal adventures. You'll find many great day trips just a short drive away, including sightseeing and breathtaking hikes along the plunging cliffsides at Cape Meares State Park (about five miles north), sampling fresh cheeses on a tour of the family-friendly Tillamook Cheese Factory (nine miles northeast), and hiking in the majestic Oregon Coast Range to Munson Creek Falls, a 266-foot waterfall about 16 miles east.
Whether you've come for some much needed rest-and-relaxation or an active weekend of exploring the many attractions around Netarts, you're guaranteed to find just what you're looking for at this charming home. Reserve your dates today for an unforgettable vacation on the Oregon Coast!

Cozy and convenient. We settled in easily and our children quickly enjoyed the beach. The sand was silky smooth. Plenty of towels and quilts. Two children enjoyed having their own queen bed to sleep in. When we left my youngest said, “I’ll miss that place. It felt like home.”

We loved the quiet location. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a little beach time.

View and easy access to the bay, even if your handicapped

Nice view

Our first reaction upon seeing the property was that it was very shabby, but had amazing views. We decided to just get in the mindset of it being a beach cabin, and not expect luxury.
It seemed fairly clean until I went to turn down the bed sheets and found chunky black filth between the top and bottom sheets. Fortunately, there was an extra set of sheets, but it’s not fun changing sheets while on vacation!
Having said all that, the views were wonderful, and the location was great for exploring the Oregon coast.

The home has outstanding views, great deck and only a few steps to the beach. Comfortable furniture and beds. Although the home was clean it does have plenty of wear and tear but nothing that is a deterrent.

Nice house with amazing views.

Electrical system upstairs is not up to par for guests.

The small house was freezing when we arrived, because heat was not turned on and not working properly. The living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The tv connection was bad, had to keep turning it off and restarting. Refrigerator made loud noises and pops constantly. Privacy was horrid. No Blinds on the windows, no drape on the slider door, and we had to block the stair way with a blanket to keep the warm air from the bathroom heater from going up the stairs. Sure, you go to the beach hoping to have a pleasant stay at a comfy house, knowing you will spend most of the day away exploring the area. But it's winter, and it was rainy weather, so we had hoped to enjoy a few movies inside, but the couch is horribly uncomfortable to sit on. The wall paper in the stairwell is peeling, and looks ugly. Not a happy place at all!

We were delighted with this charming beach house. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the gorgeous view and cozy fireplace. Took a long walk on the beach. Grateful for the time away for refreshment.

We enjoyed our time here. The house was clean, and we all slept well. The view was great and we loved the close beach access

Older home but lots of upgrades and very comfortable. Can not beat the location only 20 feet from the beach and a great deck to sit on. Would definitely recommend!

Great location and beach access. Everything you need to enjoy away time.

Such a nice spot to watch the waves!

This is a cute cottage right on the beach. Beautiful location. The place, however, is a little more rundown than the pictures portray it. The kitchen cabinets and kitchen table are pretty worn and scratched up. There is a steep, narrow stairway to the bedrooms above (not shown in the pictures), with most of the wallpaper peeling off. I was a little disappointed in the overall quality of the home. But, the back deck and being right on the beach was great.

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable, easy to find home. The view was fantastic with easy access directly to the beach. The sunsets were spectacular. We appreciate that we were able to bring our dog. The check in process was easy and the home was stocked with lots of extra sheets, towels, games, basic kitchen supplies. Very relaxing and quiet, just what we were looking for!

Oh my goodness the views were to die for! We were blown away by the views of the back deck. We shall return!
4.5
Being able to set on the patio and drink coffee and watch and listen to the ocean. Easy access to beach.
4.5
View was nice off back deck. House has no information sheet or binder. One thin quilt per bed plus one extra. Ask for heating information before arriving. Make sure everything is plugged in. Watch out for bottom step plate nail protruding and steep stairs. Oh and shower not very strong but always seems to try and spray you when you go to turn on. Good thing dryer is right next to shower! Heater in bathroom worked. Upstairs bathroom window lock broken off.

We love the coziness of the cabin, and the location.

I wish I had this vacation for longer. The weather wasn't very cooperative but the view was amazing. I would love to come back and take advantage of the kayaking, beach and morning walks. It is a moment in heaven.
4.5
It snowed about 7-8 inches driveway to leave was treacherous
4.5
We rented here because the house is right on the beach.
The BBQ is totally non-working and probably a fire hazard.
4.5
Proximity to beach is very nice. Check in and out was a breeze. Overpriced in my humble opinion. House feels smaller than depicted and the style and amenities are full-on beach frump. Not really 3 bedrooms—2 upstairs are adjoining so you have to go through one to get to the other. I won't book this place again because I think there’s better for cheaper but I appreciate the opportunity to stay here. Thank you.

Beach access, views and a tiny, immaculate house! We love this place! Cannot wait to return!
4.5
The cabin is very clean and more that adequate. Well equipped and the view is fantastic. We will be back.

I loved this place. Stayed here for 3 nights. Watched the fog roll in and out, the people and dogs on the beach. The view was fantastic. The house was cozy, decorated with all sorts of funky and fun things and just really inviting. It was very comfortable for us. It's not fancy, and I was not looking for fancy. Loved the big deck on the back and what a view. We cooked all three nights and it had everything I needed. Thank you for sharing your spot with us! I would rent it all over again given the chance.

Nice cottage in a unique spot.

Group of gals aging 22 to 70 drive from Montana to stay here
We got to see and do many things.
So much fun and the house was lovely with great beach access.

My husband took our nieces to the coast for a couple days. Easy beach access (byo firewood if you want a fire). The home itself was great and as advertised. As an avid cook he said the kitchen was lacking a few amenities (only 2 cooking utensils, dish towels/drying rack, basic cooking stuff ex: oil).
4.5
Absolutely beautiful view! Very comfortable
