Great value, great location.

Nice and comfortable after a day of skiing. The apartment was clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of room to relax. Just what we wanted for a ski weekend at Brian Head.

This was a perfect apartment while we spent Christmas with our son in Cedar City. Rooms were spacious, it was very clean and was furnished with everything we needed. Hosts were very nice and responsive. Couldn’t have hoped for a nicer stay.

This listing needs to be updated. Currently it reads as having 1 queen bed in bedroom 1 and 2 twin beds in bedroom 2 with an optional twin rollaway. Instead it has a full size in bedroom 1, a full size in bedroom 2, and the optional rollaway. We booked this property based on having 2 twin beds available. The number of beds is a huge issue when you are traveling with teenagers who aren’t going to just double up in a bed together. And we had to go out and buy sheets for the rollaway because none were provided. The arrangement ended up working for us, but it wouldn’t have if our party had been any larger. We had planned for a quiet weekend away. As an attached property, we understood that someone would be living right next to us during our stay and that there would be some associated noise. I had actually worried about us bothering them. However, the listing failed to mention that the owners have small children, that those children would be running overheard all day and that the playroom was directly adjacent to the living space (they share an a wall). That might not be an issue for some travelers, but it is good to know before committing to the property. The rental is nicely decorated, clean, and the kitchen has all the basics covered. It would be good for a family with small children, or people who are just looking for a place to sleep instead of a place to hang out and relax. That's not what we wanted and an updated listing would have helped with that.

Very clean nice place. Prime location for the Shakespeare Festival. Communication was excellent. Beautiful pots for their landscaped flowers. They like to recycle, so do we but it added more bags to throw away and seemed wasteful so we chose not to add more plastic to the landfill,

This is a nice two bedroom unit. Clean and easy to access. Close to the Utah Shakespeare Festival. Would use again if I find myself in Cedar City.

A great place to stay. It stands out as one of the best VRBOs I have done. The house has everything you need, and it feels like you could just move it. The kitchen is well set up with pots, pans, utensils and flatware that isn’t just what was left over at someone’s house, or a garage sale find. Everything was clean and neat. There were labels and instructions for everything you needed. 10/10 I would choose to stay here again.

The neighborhood was great and the place was incredibly roomy. The beds had much to be desired as the queen was saggy and the twins were very hard, but otherwise it was a good place. We have stayed in cleaner places, but it was still good.

Well appointed apartment on a quiet street close to the main downtown area. Very clean and comfortable! Lovely decor. The only thing missing was a coffee maker. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay very much! Thank you!

There are many good features of this VRBO rental (quiet location, spacious, well-equipped), but best of all were the owners. Over the years, we have stayed at several VRBO's and Jaxon was the speediest, the most responsive of all owners: we got replies always within an hour or so. We would highly recommend this rental.

We were in town for the Summer Games with a couple young teens. This property is clean, comfortable and in an excellent location right in Cedar City. The property owners respond very quickly to messages/calls. I know the owners were present, as when my friend checked in she met them, but I never heard them (I hope our boys didn't disturb them). I wish I had been able to predict the outcome of the Summer Games a bit better as I paid for an extra night that I didn't use as our boys were eliminated early on. Another friend's hotel allowed cancellations up to 11am the day of the reservation. However, Haderlie Hideout was much more comfortable than a hotel! I would not hesitate to stay here again...I wish Haderlie Hideout would have been available when my older son was attending SUU, we might have visited him more often (not sure he would have wanted that!). Maybe the next son! ;)
