We were happy with our accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked. Fed 16 people for a week. Water toys and children games we all provided. Every family had their own bathrooms. Washers and dryers were great. Towels were dried often because the pool and hot tube were used every day and most evenings. We had a couple clinches that were dealt with well.

Enjoyed the house and hot tub. A bit cool for the pool. Beds a bit too firm for us. Garage door usage awckward. But very well stocked, great for large groups but fine for a few people as well. Would book again, absolutely.

All-in-all, the house was as shown in the photos and described. It had plenty of space, was clean, and well appointed for a large group. Good communication with property manager/owner. The booking and check-in process were both smooth. One important thing to note is that three of the bedrooms are not directly connected to the main house. They are attached to the back of the garage with their own individual entrance and bathroom. The bedrooms are nice enough but they are all in a row and you have to walk through 2 bedrooms to get to the third bedroom and walk through 1 bedroom to get to the middle bedroom. A little uncomfortable for some folks but OK for family. All said, a good experience and very much as expected without any negative surprises.

The house comfortably slept our group of 12 adults. We ended up not having one couple join us which was probably good in the end. The Casita has no hallway was not quite as pictured, in that there was no privacy, you had to walk through each room in order to access the bathroom if you were the last or middle room. We had issues with the dishwasher, as it was not anchored properly. In order to use the dishwasher, we had to manually adjust its angle each time before use as it would come out of place each time you opened it. We had two plumbers in our group, both of whom ended up involved in clearing shower drains. The largest complaint for our group was that there was a temperature regulator on the hot tub, which prevented it from going over 94°. We were able to get in touch with the property owner and Jonathan the first 24 hrs as we had hot water water issues, but when I tried to reach the property owner about the hot-tub, we received no response.

There were 10 adult women and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. House was immaculate, everything you might need was provided. Kitchen cabinets were labeled - a nice touch. We didn't use the sauna, none of us knew how and there were on directions in the welcome book. I suggested to owner that she include the instructions and she agreed it was a good idea. We would stay here again with no hesitation

The house is located on a quiet street in Scottsdale with a large yard. The house is large and accommodated our large, extended family easily. The house could use a bit of updating, but the kitchen is well equipped and modern. The guest house has 3 bedrooms, but lacks privacy as one has to walk through the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. Overall, the house was comfortable and clean.

This is a very nice, very clean, very well appointed house. It has a great centralized location and is in a nice neighborhood. Pool and hot tub are great. The only hitch is that one of the bedrooms is very awkward because you can only get in and out of it by going through another bedroom, so I would call it a 7 1/2 bedroom house. The manager was very responsive and available. My group of 8 golfing adults has stayed there twice.

It is convenient to just about everything yet In a private setting with all the amenities you would ever need. Highly recommend for larger groups. We will be back for sure.

Even though the property is a little dated--it is in prime condition with terrific amenities. You soon forget about the fact the house was not built in the last 20 years. Its pool, basketball court, hot tub, pool table were key factors in bringing our family from ages 5 - 80 together for fun times with each other. All of the kids had their own bedrooms. It seems that the property is 15 - 20 minutes from most attractions in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Everyone had a great time. I would suggest it for another annual vacation even though we try to go somewhere different each vacation with our two daughters, their husbands, and our four grandkids. This was at the top of our list of great vacations going back 6 years. If you are thinking about renting it, think no more; do it!

We had 8 couples, 16 of us total. Perfect house with 8 bedrooms. The place was very clean and well stocked with TP, Kleenex, paper towels, trash bags, towels, etc. for a big group!!!! This has NOT been the case with previous bookings and we were so happy the accommodations fit what they advertised for - a group of 16! The property manager was great and quick to communicate with. The only negative and it was a big deal, which is why my rating is low, is we had no gas and no hot water the entire stay!!!!! What!? How is this ok….we were only informed of this after we told the properly manager that the pool guy had been by and notice the pool heater not working and was going to be back to replace it next day. When we reached out to ask about how to use the grill (odd 8 men couldn’t figure it out), this lead to the discovery that there was a gas leak and the gas had been completely shut off resulting in no hot water or use of anything needing gas (grill, pool heater etc). The only compensation they offered us was access to the properly next door to use for showering. Though we are happy to have a solution and hot water it was NOT ideal for 16 people walking back and forth to shower elsewhere. We rented this place to get ready for a wedding so really inconvenient to not have basic utilities. They offered to move us next door but there was not enough beds to sleep 16 people there (I believe 5 bedrooms vs our 8). So that didn’t work as an option for us. The property manager said she would try to resolve the gas issue with the gas company and I asked to keep me posted but after the first day I never heard from her again….we made it work but definitely not ideal. Hopefully this is fixed before they rent to others and are more up front if issues arise before anyone checks in!!!!
