The Berk house was fabulous! Great location, right on camp creek lake and a short ride by golf cart to the beach. Two great beach accesses within minutes of the house. We had a great time Kyaking n paddle boarding on the lake. Just wish we had more time to utilize the gym and fire pit. The home was filled with amenities from a fully equipped kitchen to board games. We spent lots of mornings and nights grilling on the Blackstone. Lots of evenings staying up until midnight playing games.
Jennifer was amazing to work with and took every measure to make sure we had a wonderful trip! Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing week stay and the location couldn’t be better! We loved the tucked away house on the lake and the easy trip to the beach!

This property worked out perfectly for our group of 12 adults. The lake, dock and outdoor space was great! We fished off the dock and used the fire table every evening before and after dinner. The kitchen is stocked very well for cooking in, and there’s plenty of room to gather around the fireplace and play games or watch sports/movies on the television above the fireplace. The golf cart worked out well for our trips to the beach each day and Michelle, the owner and Jennifer, the property manager, are terrific to work with. We would have preferred one more bathroom, but other than that it was lovely.

Overall awesome experience from the check in to everything in between and ease of the check out process. Jennifer, property manager, and Michelle, the owner, were extremely accommodating and made our stay very enjoyable.
The house is in a great location with the beautiful lake in the backyard and close proximity to the beach. We all enjoyed the included paddle boards and gym. Use of the golf cart was a great benefit. Huge house where we all had plenty of space from inside the large rooms to the comfortable outside covered decks. For those who like to cook, a well stocked kitchen, professional gas range and outdoor gas grill are available. Highly recommend- you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice big home on the water.
My family came down for my nephews wedding. We all had a great time staying on 30A. The chill and beaches were less then 5 minutes away. We enjoyed using the paddle boards, golf cart, the gym and many outdoor games they had in the gym. We had a great time!! Our host was right in time to check us in. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Vacation
We had a family vacation with 11 adults and two children and had a great time at the lake/beach house. The lake was beautiful and the paddle boards were fun. The golf cart also helped with the trip to the beach. The property manager, Jennifer was also very helpful and responsive. A great place to stay.

Beautiful home - Quiet and close to everything
My fours sons and a few friends rented this home, and I gotta admit that it far exceeded my expectations.
First of all, the property manager was fantastic. She helped us check in, showed us all the ins and outs, and responded fast when we had a few questions.
Secondly, the house was fantastic. Located on a side street off 30A, you couldn’t ask for a better location. No traffic, it was very quiet and nestled in the trees.
Inside, it is all hardwood floors. There is a ton of space, the kitchen has all the necessary equipment, and it has plenty of space for everyone.
The golf cart was great as well. We used the gym and fished off the docs.
If you are going with a larger family, or group Of friends, you cannot go wrong here. We will be going back for sure.

DBH Family Fun
This was our first trip to 30-A.The home was very clean and comfortable. Lots or room to congregate together or find your own private space to relax.
Mine was the upper chase lounge "Birds Nest".
We all enjoyed the paddle boards and the beach near by or just chillin on the dock. I would highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking to visit the area.

Location-on the lake and walking distance to the beach. Would rent this house again in a second.
Customer service was fantastic. Thank you, Jennifer for being attentive to our family before and during our trip. This house was perfect for our 3 families of 4 & 5 and in-laws who stayed in the carriage house. It is as beautiful as the pictures. Rent bikes for easily getting to the beach in 5 min or restaurants. Paddle boarding on the lake is amazing. Fantastic location.

Truly the best of both worlds!
We LOVED this property and everything that came with it! We have teenage boys that enjoyed fishing the lake! They would kayak and paddle board the lake down to the beach. The golf cart came in handy to shuttle each other to the beach. Beach was very easy for us to access. The walk to the beach was nice if you didn’t have things to carry. The house had everything we needed including beach towels, beach chairs, some boogie boards etc. we appreciate the owner allowed us to use all the extras at the house. The carriage house was perfect for our teenage girls to stay! I would highly recommend this house! The owner Michelle and property Manager Jennifer were great and were available and quick to respond to requests. We appreciated everything about our stay!

Great house, but strings attached
This is a lovely house in a great area, however I would not rent if you have kids of any age or a larger group of people (even though the house sleeps 16). Everything is white, and they will nickel and dime you for any little spill. The gym is also NOT as advertised. There is no peloton, no treadmill, or any other cardio machine. There are a couple of kettle bells, a couple weights, and boxing bag. While we were there the golf cart lights did not work, which meant we couldn’t use it at night. We also had a clog in a bathroom and the ice machine didn’t work. The property manager was very nice and took care of these things as they happened, but it was an inconvenience and we were never offered money back for all of the things not working. I understand it had been a while since anyone rented because of covid, but there were too many issues. Unfortunately the stress of the restrictions and things not working within the home took away from our vacation experience.

Property was beautiful, exactly as advertised. Great location, quiet neighborhood but so close to beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved our stay. Highly recommend!

Peaceful Easy Feeling
Where do I start?...let’s start out with that this property gives you so much more than what you think of wanting out of a summer beach getaway. We loved that you were a walk away or a golf cart trip the beach, which was just down the street and steps to the lake behind home. We drank coffee in the morning on the dock and watched the sunset from the dock as well. We took the paddle boards to the beach (20 min trip). We got two experiences for the price of one. We had beautiful views of the lake from every window and patio in the house. You could even see the ocean from the upper balcony. There was a personal gym, paddle boards and a golf cart to use at our convenience. The home was beautifully decorated but it also felt very comfortable. It was truly peaceful and very relaxing. I didn’t want to leave...I would go back if available. Great ending to summer. Thank you, Michelle(owner) and Jennifer(Property MGR).

Loved our stay!
Jennifer was amazing and there most of the time if we needed anything or had any questions. House was immaculate and close to the beach...right on the lake even though we didn’t get in the lake. Loved all the bedroom options and large open kitchen. Super Fun vacation house for our family...thank u again!

Great experience for all
Excellent location and value for a large family. Lots of room to spread out. Kiddos spent hours fishing off the dock. We did see an alligator in the middle of the lake but that didn’t keep the guys from paddle boarding and swimming. Excellent appliances! Housekeeping left one roll of paper towels and a few soap pods for laundry and dishes. We ended up having to buy laundry detergent and paper towels but I felt that it was not reasonable to have to buy a big box of Cascade for two of the five days we were there. We ended up doing some dishes by hand but on vacation I wasn’t spending hours doing dishes for 13 by hand. Property manager was very response to lack of forks (apparently lost by previous visitors). She ordered more and had them by the next day. Gym was amazing! House was lovely. Golf cart was great for getting us over to the beach in shifts. I was impressed by the extras that the owner allowed us to use: golf cart, paddle boards, beach wagon and beach towels, etc. Very generous.

Family vacation
The house was as advertised and the on site property manager was very friendly. Plenty of room for all 13 of us, including 5 children. House was comfortable and beds were good. There are 2 bedrooms ( in addition to the master) upstairs. Those bedrooms don't have a bathroom to use, so you need to go downstairs. Not a big issue, just inconvenient.
Overall, the layout was good with plenty of separation.
Biggest downside for us were the convenience items. We have rented numerous homes on VRBO and Home Away and this is only one had nothing for cooking in the kitchen other than pans. No salt and pepper, no spices, no condiments. Nothing. Also, the house provided one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. One roll of paper towels. No trash bags. We found this very unusual for a house that charges over $1,000 per night. We had to go to the grocery store and buy everything we needed to be able to use the kitchen, which is one of the main reasons to rent a house in the first place.
Overall the house is very nice.
Also, we do wish they had ceiling fans on the porch. Very hot and humid.
The beach is close, but not right outside. The golf cart is nice. Parking can be an issue at the access points.
Overall, we were happy with the exception of the supplies. Like I said, we found it unusual that those items were not provided compared to other places we have rented.

Our roomy, peaceful vacation
The property was excellent in every respect. My wife and I were there for 12 days and over our stay, kids and grandkids came by to vacation with us. The Camp Creek Lake was a special treat. I kayaked every morning. Indeed, the property lives up to its name-- "The Best of Both Worlds." The beach was close by. The family room was spacious, the views excellent, the kitchen well-appointed. We've been coming down to 30A for 25 years and this was the best-- away from the places crawling with too many people. Property manager Jennifer was fantastic!!!

Upscale yet relaxing and picturesque!
The place was perfect for our 3 families. Loved the upscale yet relaxing house. We loved the golf cart and all the beach necessities like umbrellas, towels, and beach wagon. The backyard was picturesque with the lake view. Thank you for a great week!

Nice place
We stayed here for a few weeks in June. Unfortunately the weather was not great but the house is very big and accomodating.
A couple of points we've noted:
- a welcome package with food and as bottle of water would have been nice
- make sure you bring your own beach towels
- technical issues with the house were usually promptly corrected
- be careful when being around the house at night as there are snakes
The electric beach buggy was great and also the gym in garage
the kids loved the standup paddle and the lake
If you looking for a remote and quiet place you'll love this house!
