We had a wonderful stay. Access was no problem. Barbara and the rest of the VacayNOLA staff answered calls and responded to questions promptly.
Clean an comfortable condo and great location, walking distance to everything.

We were actually moved from our first location to another room because there was a water leak in roof. The condo was really cutely laid out and had lots of room for our party of three. It is closely located to all things. The windows in the front don't close all the way and had black mold at the seam and need to be cleaned, the washing machine stinks really bad and needs to cleaned out and the door needs to be left open so it doesn't smell like that. One recommendation would be to put box of tissue in the bathrooms, more towel racks to hang towels, put holders for three kitchen (there is none) and a few games or at least a deck of cards. Over all the place is great and we would stay here again.

Loved our stay with VacayNOLA! The communication from beginning to end was very clear. Check-in process was super simple. The location of the property is perfect. Quick and easy walk to Canal Street and the Quarter, but off enough that it’s quiet and relaxing. The only “drawback”, if I had to think of one is that you will have to include parking cost in your expense. The garage is right across the street. It’s just not included with the rental. But that’s no biggie. And Barbara is very helpful helping you find that. We will definitely book again in the future!

This was our first New Orleans trip and we had a great time! The place itself is very comfortable, spacious, and well decorated. We found this to be a good walking distance to all of French quarter including Bourbon street and even to Frenchman’s street. Parking is right across the street and we had no issues with that. We ended up just leaving our cars in the garage all weekend and hoofed it around town. The downstairs room is a little noisy in the morning when people are getting up and moving, but we expected some noise being in a city like New Orleans. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot - right downtown. Host was super friendly & helpful - sent along tons of great recommendations. Place was clean and comfortable - 10/10 would recommend!
4.8
Unique condo centrally located. We walked to the superdome for a Saints game and to the French Quarter. Very clean, with all we needed for a long weekend. Would return again.

We loved the property, close enough to downtown to walk and yet far enough away from most of the craziness of the quarter. We loved the condo! Wonderfully appointed and very clean. We plan on staying here again in the future!!

Absolutely prefect, from location to accommodations! Loved the special touches from the drinks in the fridge to the beads on the counter. The property manager was amazing too, kept us informed thru the whole process!
Looking forward to staying here again!

This condo was perfect - great, walkable location, spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed including souvenirs. The booking was easy and the property manager was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected. The condo was clean and had a great view of Camp St. I’ll definitely book this location again and highly recommend it to others if you’re planning a trip to New Orleans! I can’t wait to come back and stay here again!
4.8
Great location and decent price. Yet property was a bit dirty (bathrooms) and as guests we were asked to do dishes and take out trash, small things but rather frustrating given additional fees charged for “cleaning.”

My family and I stayed in New Orleans for 4 days and the location of this property was amazing. We were within a short walking distance of so many great sights. The property was clean and there were cold drinks available to us at check-in. Barbara was a gracious host and made sure we knew where to park, what the highlights of the area were, and most of all that we were comfortable in our home away from home. We would definitely recommend this property.

The location of this condo is perfect. There is a parking garage right across the street from the building and it is right in the middle of everything but still far enough away from the loud night noise. It is 2 1/2 blocks away from canal street about a 3 min walk. Beautiful newly renovated space, everything looked brand new. Very clean and even provided laundry detergent, umbrellas, creamer along with the normal necessities. They were very accommodating and friendly. We originally weren’t sure if we were going to bring our dog and when we realized we might want to bring her and the condo we were staying in didn’t allow dogs they were willing to switch to a pet friendly space. We ended up not needing to switch because we didn’t bring her. They are very responsive and extremely accommodating. We ended up having to switch spaces because the 2 bedroom we were originally in had an upstairs but it was very hot up there so they switched us to a one level 2 bedroom condo that was just as nice as the first one. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

This property was perfect. Near the French Quarter but away from the noise. A great place to land after a day in New Orleans. Also the management company was very helpful. Great about answering all of our questions. We will be back!

We loved the layout and the location of the condo. Close to the French Quarter but far away enough to be able to relax when at “home. Only complaints were the super squeaky beds…any little turn made a significant noise that made sleeping difficult for this light sleeper. The other complaint was that our code when we arrived did not work and we had to call to get assistance. Assistance came with no problem.
4.8
Property was exactly as pictured and described! Appreciated the water, coffee, laundry pods and other necessities to get us through the first day or two. Kitchen had everything needed to stay in and cook for your group if you choose. Bedrooms were nice and big, lots of storage and/or room for blow up mattress if needed too. Parking garage was located directly across the street, so ease and access to parking was good. Condo was within a couple of blocks from Canal St., with a short walk you could make it most everywhere within the French Quarter. Would definitely recommend this property!!!
4.8
Clean, great layout for more than one family (separate bed/ bath on each floor). Everything was ideal and better than expected.
4.8
Great property with fantastic management. Will definitely stay here again!

We were in town for our daughter’s 21st birthday and wanted to be close enough to the quarter so her and her friends could walk back and be safe. This place was perfect! It’s less than a 10 minute walk from Canal St. and we walked it all times of the day and night and always felt safe. The condo was exactly as pictured, clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

We decided to take a trip to New Orleans for a birthday. Our group consisted of 2 couples. We began searching for places months prior as there are many choices! Should we stay in the quarter or outside was the big question. We were more than happy with our decision to book this property. From the beginning, the management was more than helpful to answer any questions regarding the property, restaurant recommendations, what to pack for that time of year, parade schedules and the real time weather. The property is literally a two block walk to the quarter and the street car lines. We were happy with our choice once we were there as it is exponentially more quiet! From the airport, it was a quick 18 minute ride. The building is secured with 2 sturdy coded doors which was nice not having to carry a card or key around. Upon entry, the property was well cooled and immaculately clean! We got the sense that this is normal operations for this company, not just speed cleaned and sprayed with air fresheners to mask dirtiness. Once we got our bags down, we were completely comfortable and felt at home. The fridge was stocked with complimentary water bottles & Gatorade. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The rooms are split by two levels so privacy was never an issue. The living room was perfect after longs days of walking. The pics are accurate, the place is clean, convenient & comfortable and we would most definitely book again!
4.8
We all enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the unit.
The only issue was the noisey beds and lack of a door for the bedroom upstairs.
4.8
Condo was exactly what we needed. It was a beautiful accommodation with all the needed supplies. Loved the old newspaper pages framed on the walls. We were able to share time with our friends with plenty of room and be within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. We walked to the quarter, river and casino areas to enjoy the food and attractions.
4.8
Centrally located, newly remodeled, all appliances new and working, well insulated apartment was perfect for a Mardi Gras visit, and we even extended our stay a day to watch the Super Bowl. Big Roku TVs, full size washer/dryer and full size dishwasher with all supplies, gas stove/oven, full size fridge. Nice homey respite from the craziness on the street with nice big windows that let in natural light on the top floor. Walking distance to everything in the Quarter and Warehouse district, but requires some strategy during parades that march 270 degrees surrounding the block.
4.8
Its a very nice place to stay.
4.8
Excellent!
4.8
We stayed here for a long weekend and couldn’t have been happier we chose this condo. Parking is conveniently located at a garage right across the street and check in was a breeze.
The condo was spotless and we were even left goodies, including coffee for each morning. Furniture was comfortable, showers and bathrooms were great and any questions we had were promptly answered.
The location can’t be beat. You can walk just about anywhere, and are just blocks from the French Quarter and next to the Warehouse District. It is a very safe and secure building. We checked in, walked everywhere and didn’t need our car again until we checked out.
We would definitely recommend this great rental!
4.8
Property was as advertised. Nicely decorated. Two couples stayed and had a great time. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Jackson square and another 5 - 10 minutes to Bourbon st. Walking was through safe areas where we never felt threatened. I would definitely stay here again.
4.8
Lovely place that is near everything. Host supplied so many thoughtful details
4.8
We had a great weekend enjoying Halloween in New Orleans, the condo was a great location to be close to the action without being right in the middle of it.
4.8
Exactly as advertised. Clean and well stocked
4.8
Everything was great from the communication with the host, condition of the unit etc. We came out to New Orleans and needed a place that was walkable to everything so we wouldn't have to rent a car and this was perfect. We took an Uber from the airport and back to the airport and that was it. We walked to the streetcars, Bourbon Street, Jackson Square and the Saints game. The unit is spacious and is a nice split level so the bedrooms are separated. This place has everything you need from laundry soap to dish soap a full kitchen etc. Would stay again no doubt! Thank you Barbara for all of your help during our stay!
4.8
The property was clean and centrally located; within walking distance of all districts & a grocery store. The management company was easy to communicate with & readily available. Would stay there again!
4.8
Amazing stay!
The place was in the perfect location! Close enough to walk everywhere but far away from the hustle and bustle. It was super clean, so cool with the exposed brick and the place was perfect. My dad slept in the downstairs bedroom and had his own bathroom. My husband and I slept in the upstairs bedroom with an attached bath. Very private. Barbara, the host, was extremely nice and helpful! Her communication was on point and could not have asked for anything or anyone better! When we go back to New Orleans, we will definitely stay here again and we will be recommending it to our friends and family!
4.8
New Orleans historic politics condo- we loved our condo! It was perfect. Well appointed, very clean, a short two block walk to the main drag. I will absolutely stay here again! And thank you Barbara for all of your meticulous attention. You are fabulous!
