My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. Roberta went out of her way to replace the packnplay that was provided at the property to provide a safer one and that was greatly appreciated. Some of the sleepers aren’t in the best conditions, but aside from that, I highly recommend staying here!

We rented this property with a group of friends and our kids. We had 10 adults and 8 kids, we all had a blast! Enough room to run around and for everyone to have their space when needed. Enough beds for everyone, and some! Some of the couples with little kids splitted up and they both got their own room. The views are stunning, the quietness of the surrounding is amazing. What made the stay the best though I believe was the owner and the property managers. They were responsive, friendly laid back. They gave us our privacy yet we’re there for whatever needed. Terry took us and the kids on a ride in his truck to go feed the animals and check out the creek, big hit with the little ones! The kids loved the hot tub and we also brought a kiddie pool that came in pretty handy when it got too hot. I must say we lucked out with the weather cause it wasn’t too hot when we were there, I can see how it can get a lot warmer. That being said though the patio is amazing, gets plenty of shade and an amazing breeze blows all day long. I cannot say enough good things about this place and their managers. We will definitely come back!!

The property is peaceful and beautiful there are rolling hills with oak trees and a faraway view of Sutter Buttes so we could just sit on the porch and relax and enjoy the view and maybe see occasional woodpeckers, jack rabbits, wild turkey, squirrels. The children had so much fun playing and running around - playing shuffleboard, ringo, bocci ball, exploring, climbing on the rock at Mary's Grotto, playing in the wading pool we brought with us. Some highlights were many sitting areas in the house and on the porch; fire ring was a great place to roast marshmallows; interesting historical objects on the walls and fun coonskin caps. The safari by Terry was a wonderful way to connect with the ranch animals (bison, cows and alpaca) and understand the job of the rancher, for instance, to make sure the bull is happy and does not wonder afar. A few things to know. The zebras are no longer there as of June 2023. The mini kitchen in the upstairs quest house room was noisy. Also, we could not find a soup laddle. We could not find a guest instructions book, but Diane Estrada answered our questions about trash disposal and checkout list quickly. However these were all minor issues and we totally enjoyed our stay!

We were a group of 19, with age ranging from 11 months to 40ish old ;). We all had so much fun. Much needed RnR with a group of friends turned family. The place was clean and had things we needed. Diane, Roberta and Terry were a delight to work with, very easy communication. The ranch tour was very enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this ranch! Thank you for letting us stay and experience Ranch Life.

Amazing Stay!
We had a wonderful stay at the ranch. We were a group of 5 families celebrating new year’s eve. The property is very beautiful and you could just spend your time enjoying the endless breathtaking views around. The house was very well stocked with all essentials. There are enough indoor and outdoor games to keep everyone busy. The safari experience is a big highlight! The hosts and the property manager were very welcoming and highly responsive. Highly recommend this place and we will be back for the summer!
