THIS NEWLY RENOVATED CONDO (Jan 2023) has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a beach vacation. The bright unit is one of the largest in the complex and is a 3 minute walk to the lovely, pristine Folly Field Beach. The beach is beautiful and tranquil, perfect for young families. The several miles of beach is also ideal for long walks or bike rides and has an incredible amount of wildlife. Dolphins are an everyday part of beach life at Folly Field Beach.
This recently renovated and updated second floor unit has all you'll need for a flawless beach vacation. The unit has a master bedroom with a private bath and the second bedroom has twin beds is off from the main living area with a bath close by. There is a large (65")flat screen TV in the main living area as well as a flat screen TV in the master bedroom and includes free wi-fi. The kitchen contains all new appliances and includes a dishwasher as well as washer and a dryer. The cabinets are fully stocked with all the dinnerware and flatware, utensils and pots or pans you'll need. The large outside deck, overlooking the lagoon (complete with wildlife too) has a table and chairs for outdoor seating and dining. On the large, private deck there is also a large outside storage locker that contains beach chairs, a beach umbrella (with sand anchor), cooler, beach wagon and float noodles to help make your stay even more enjoyable.
The complex has two pools, a Jacuzzi, several tennis & pickle ball courts, a racquetball court and a fitness room. This unit is located directly across from the larger pool, which can be seen from the kitchen window. And there is a gate steps away from the building for quick access to the beach. The unit is the larger type of unit in the complex, near 1,000 sq ft with two sliders out to the peaceful deck overlooking a private lagoon.
Folly Field Beach is amazing. It's impeccable and never seems to be crowded like some of the more touristy areas of the island. This spot is perfect for families with children, couples looking for a romantic get away or those seeking a golf outing. There are restaurants and mini-golf within walking distance and hundreds of restaurants within just a few minutes drive. Well known Coligney Beach and shopping area is a ten minute car ride or can easily be enjoyed with a bike ride. The island is very flat and bike riding is very enjoyable; there are miles and miles of bike trails.

First about the property… the condo has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 2 full baths. It also has a pullout couch. This unit is located on a small pond with a water feature. It is relaxing to sit out there and enjoy the view. This unit is also located right next to the pool and the gate leading to the ocean. The ocean walk is about 4 minutes and leads to a secluded section of the beach where it is not crowded. The unit has lots of books and beach accessories. We came here during Labor Day weekend and very much enjoyed the stay.
Next about the host. Pam has been one of the best hosts we have had. She was very responsive and went above and beyond when we had a tragedy in the family and had to reschedule at the last minute in the spring. She was understanding and did her best to take care of us.
I hate to brag about this place because it will probably be booked next time we want to come, and there will be a next time. It is worth the stay and Pam is someone you can trust.

My daughter and I loved our stay. The property was in a nice location. Very close to the pool, easy walk to the beach, quick drive to shops and restaurants. We liked the layout and had everything we needed. The balcony was such a nice place to eat, and we saw turtles, alligators, and birds from the balcony. Pam was very responsive and made the check in and check out processes simple. Would return for sure!

Everything you could possibly need for your stay! Beach cart was fantastic for day long trips down to the beach! Saw the alligator in the lagoon last day we were there too!

Nice location on the island
Pam’s beach condo is thoughtfully decorated and exceptionally clean. The string lights on the outdoor balcony overlooking the lagoon was a nice touch.
It is a short walk to Folly Field Beach and we enjoyed the beach chairs & umbrella provided. Pam went out of her way to have a new beach umbrella delivered to us the next morning when we noticed the current one was broken.
She provided recommendations on bike rental shops & exploring the tidepools on the beach. It was our 1st time in Hilton Head and we appreciated being in a more residential, less touristy part of the island.
The only drawback, though no fault of the owner, is that the floorboards were very thin and pick up every footstep. (small children were also staying in the condo above)

Excellent Property! Great location and very quiet.
We had a great Memorial Day Weekend staying at this property! Security was great and the location was very quiet. Pools were clean and convenient. Short walk to the beach. Beach was not busy in the area of Hilton Head, even on a holiday weekend!

Perfect location, great rental, close to the beach and pool
Our family has been visiting the area for many years now and this was a very nice place. Well decorated and fully stocked. Short walk to the beach and located across from the community pool. Owner was pleasant to communicate with and no issues with check in. Hope to visit next year!

Great Condo!
We really enjoyed our long weekend stay at this property! The condo was clean and it felt like the owner had put in extra attention to detail that you don't see everywhere. The balcony by the lagoon was our favorite part of this property. We were able to see various water birds and their babies in their nests in the trees across the lagoon, and it was so fun to sit out there and watch them. There was plenty of seating outside and we had plenty of space for friends to join us for dinner on the porch. We also really liked the updated walk-in master bathroom shower and that there was a Keurig coffee maker. We cooked some of our meals at the condo and were able to easily find everything that we needed. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets for our family. With our five-year-old and gear, the beach was about a 10-minute walk from condo to ocean (a couple blocks to the community gate, then a short walk down to the water). We loved having the pool and outdoor shower close by too. Everywhere that we went in Hilton Head was within 15-20 minutes away at most, even with Memorial Day traffic. If we returned to Hilton Head, we would be happy to stay in this condo again!

Perfect Spot for a Getaway
A perfect spot for our family of four. A short walk to the beach, nice pool across the parking lot, and we loved the balcony overlooking the lagoon. Fun to watch the birds and gator. Owner was exceptionally thoughtful and helpful when we had trouble with the door. Unit had all we needed for our week. We hope to come back some day!

Larger unit in Fiddler’s Cove
We have stayed in Fiddler’s Cove many times, but this was the first time we rented a larger unit. It fit our family of 4 much better than the smaller units. The best part of this condo was the spacious deck with a very nice view of the lagoon. It was a very nice addition to the condo! The walk to the beach is also convenient and better than some of the condos in the back of the community. Would definitely stay here again.

Great clean condo
Enjoyed our stay, condo was just as described and worked well for our family of four. Beach was a little further than I expected. Thought we just needed to take a small walk down a path but had to cross a couple roads. For price though would definitely stay here again!

Wondefrul Property with short walk to beach!
This property was just as the pictures depicted it. The large balcony was nice and we enjoyed watching the alligator during our stay. The unit was equipped with everything that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The large pool is right across from the unit and was never overly crowded and always the perfect temperature. The walk to the beach was very short and the beach supplies provided at the unit were a nice touch. Would not hesitate to come back and stay again.

Clean. Large deck, saw 2 alligators while in the lagoon. The WiFi did not work in the property and it was to much of a hassle to call the cable company to get it resolved. Wish both bedrooms had a cable equipped tv But we enjoyed a relaxing vacay

my husband and I stayed at the property the last week of August and loved it. The property has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Access to the beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. was fantastic. Pool was nice and property was very clean. We would recommend this property to others

The place was perfect, very clean and comfortable, with all of the amenities needed for cooking. It was in a great location, short driving distance to everything on Hilton Head. It was a very short walk to the beach. The pool was great too! We would definitely stay here again!

Just as advertised
This condo was perfect for our beach vacation! The pictures and descriptions that the owner posted on the VRBO site are exactly what you see when you arrive. It is a beautiful property with all of the amenities needed for a beach getaway. The owner has stocked her condo with everything you will need during your stay. The beach is pristine, quiet and not crowded at all. I must mention the wonderful balcony we enjoyed using everyday during lunch while we played board games and watched the alligator. We can't say enough good things about our experience with this property, owner and location.

Clean and furnished
We have always had to bring our own linens and paper products when renting a condo, so it was a great surprise when the beds were made and towels hung! Beautiful, quiet spot near both the beach and the pool. Loved being away from the crowds on the beach. There was a family staying upstairs with little ones that were up early, but that was the only drawback, and not a reflection on the owners. New fans on the huge porch made it a nice place to hang out at night, and my kids really enjoyed watching the wildlife on the pond! We even saw a gator and a bald eagle! Thank you so much to the owners who thought of everything!

Great Beach Getaway
My husband, two small children, and I really enjoyed our stay. The owner was very quick to answer any questions I had. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The pool was right across the parking lot, and it was a short walk to the beach. It was very helpful to be able to use the wagon, beach chairs, and other beach necessities that were already provided as opposed to buying and packing extra items for our trip. The property had a large deck with a great view. We dined outside for every meal and had a great time watching the wildlife. This area of the island was perfect for a quiet family vacation. Our only agenda items were to spend a lot of time on the beach, visit a few playgrounds, and eat a lot of ice cream, so this location was right up our alley. We would love to return in the future!

Fabulous for Families!
This place is as good as it sounds in the description. Close to beach, nicely furnished, and comfortable. It was a wonderful rental and I can’t recommend it enough. We are a family of 4-with two grown kids and it worked very very very well for us. I would stay at this condo again!

Everything you need in one place!
I can’t speak more highly of our stay. The owner accommodated our last minute rental and everything was perfect when we arrived. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. The unit had a nice view of a pond. The unit is in a gated community, with 2 pools, tennis courts, and some other ammenities. It was a very short walk to the beach. The wagon, umbrella, and chairs were awesome! The wagon made the short walk to the beach so much easier (with 3 kids). There is a large pool across from the unit, with a shower to rinse off all the sand from the beach. Folly Beach is a quiet, beautiful beach. About a 1/4 - 1/2 mike walk down the beach, we found a couple places to have lunch with a great view of the beach. I had never been to Hilton Head Island before, but we definitely plan to come back!! I would definitely stay at this place again!!

LOVED IT!
We had a truly wonderful stay at this property. It felt ilke home. It was very clean, well equiped- even extras such as the beach buggy and cooler, comfortable beds, spacious for our family of 4, and the owner was quick to respond and very easy and kind to work with. We loved the quiet beach a short walk away. Having the pool just across the lot was also very handy. The large deck with view of the lagoon was a treat. We enjoyed watching the wildlife in the lagoon even more than we would have enjoyed an oceanfront view. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for sharing your "home" with us!

We were very pleased with Pamela's condo. It was as advertised, clean, well stocked. We cooked most days and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Sharp knives, pots and pans. Appliances worked great. Cold air, fans in every room. Perfect for our family of 5.
Walk to the beach is 4-5 min. She provided a wagon which made the walk super easy. There is also a great pool right outside the unit. Lake behind with a large porch overlooking it. Turtles too many to count. Several water birds, one alligator spotted.
Overall a real pleasure and highly recommended.

GREAT Condo With All the Extras!
This condo is lovely. We had plenty of room with the 2 BRs and 2BRs. The condo is clean with a well equiped kitchen . The pool across the street is clean and well cared for. Beach access was an easy 2 minute walk. Also, kudos to the maid. We left and had to return because my husband left his wallet. She was on the phone trying to call to locate the owner. All money and cards remained untouched. Thank you!
Our only suggestion is for 2 keys instead of 1.
