Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, Emerald Isle is a 17 story luxury high rise condominium. It is conveniently located within a short walking distance to Pensacola Beach Boardwalk Restaurants, Shopping, Water Sports and Fishing Pier. With an incredible view of both the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound. There are two pools, one is heated and a Jacuzzi on the beach side.

The Living Room and Master Bedroom each have floor to ceiling glass windows facing the Gulf of Mexico. Each have entry access to the balcony where you oversee the Beach Front and Pools/Jacuzzi.

Our 2 Bedroom/2 Full Bath Unit is located on the 14th floor, It features a private balcony with direct Gulf Views. One King size bed in the Master Bedroom with a Flat Screen TV. Two twin size beds in the Second Bedroom with a flat screen TV as well. There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for extra accommodations. Balcony has a table that seats 6 chairs.

This condo is our PCB home away from home. 2024 marks our 10th anniversary family vaca at Emerald Isle and our 5th year staying in Patrick's unit. He responds quickly to any issue that may come up. He's always been XTRA accommodating and easy to work with throughout the rental process. Comfy beds, couch, entertainment and a great kitchen with staple items on hand plus nearly every kitchen gadget you'd seek to find. Our "must have" each year is a Crab Boil at the condo. A quick trip to Winn-Dixie on Gulf Shores is the place to go for various crab varieties ready to heat and eat! Grab your potatoes and corn, all the "crab cracking tools" you need are in the kitchen....and enjoy the feast at the big table on the balcony overlooking the glorious Gulf. Nothing better and for a fraction of restaurant prices. Thanks again, Patrick. See you next summer! Raines Family

The floors had sand all over them when we arrived. The condo was dusty and very outdated. Scratched paint, squeaky rusted doors, etc…. No smart TVs. Had to go out and buy a Roku. No batteries in Master bedroom remote control. Batteries not working in living room remote. Several outlets in bedrooms did not work. Many lamps in condo had burned out light bulbs. Very disappointed for the price we paid. Will be going back to Orange Beach……

We've stayed at several condos at Emerald Isle over the past 8 years and this was definitely one of our favorites. The beds were comfortable, there is a huge couch in the living room, and lots of little extras you don't get in those units that are owned by big rental companies. We'll definitely be back!

This is by far the worst condo I have ever stayed in. If there would have been anything else avaliable in the area we would have left. Unfortunately my entire family, grandparents and small children had to stay here due to there being no where else. The place was so unbelievably dirty. The showers were covered in mold, celings were black from dust on the ceilings fans, floors made your feet black walking on them, stove doesnt work, every closet is packed full of the owners junk leaving no where to store your own items, the toilet is broken, the door lock was broken, every dish was crusty with who knows how old of food, the master bed has stuff shoved under it, in an attempt to keep the middle from sagging. Its definitely not working as the blow up mattress we went and bought slept better. Theres is a charcoal grill on the patio which isnt allowed at the condominiums anywhere due to being a major fire hazard. There was also alcohol hidden in the cabinets which my teenagers found. Everything is super glued together that has ever been broken and never replaced. I just wish there was someway i could post all of the horrible pictures of this place to warn other people to just stay in a different unit. Vrbo really shouldnt allow this unit to be rented in the condition that it is. The only positive thing about this unit was the location. uunbelievably

Nice and spacious! Decor was great. Views and access to beach were convenient. King mattress needs to be replaced as it sinks in middle and the ice dispenser on the outside of fridge didn’t work. Overall great stay! Would stay again.

10 out of 10! Unit was very clean, well stocked with the basics which is very nice as we have rented other units that don’t even have salt and pepper. This unit had all the spices and coffee starters etc. Communication was speedy and clear. The view was just perfect. High enough to not see all the dolphins and stingrays but yet still close enough to see the surf! Definitely recommend this unit.

This was the 3rd condo we stayed at in the last 12 months and it has been by far our favorite. The location is perfect. This unit is stocked with everything you can think of. The view is stunning! Having the glass balcony handrail is a game changer. We will rent this unit again for sure!

We spent 10 days in this condo and cannot wait to go back! Patrick is a gem and absolutely lovely to work with. The condo felt like home and we did NOT want to leave. The pool was warm and inviting and the walk to the beach is merely steps. We cannot wait to leave Indiana and make this trip again!!

We’ve stayed in this condo facility the last nine years and in this unit, specifically, the last 5 years. Some things need updating like the front door and the master bedroom balcony access. Everything is well appointed for comfy rest, cooking and beach and pool play. We love Emerald Isle!!

Overall the facility was great except checking in, all the doors had to have a code to get in them. Most of the time it didn’t work not only for us, everyone. The bigger pool was closed. Very convenient location, safe and clean. Inside to condo was very clean and nice.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo. It’s on the 14th floor and the view is breathtaking. We watched dolphins play from our balcony almost every day. We spent most of our time on the beach, but they do have a pool that was clean and never crowded. When you want to head to the boardwalk, there’s a trolley stop right in front of the condo so you don’t have to worry about finding parking. The condo itself was clean and better than what the pictures show. Our family of 4 had plenty of space. Patrick kept the kitchen stocked with everything you’d need to make easy meals for the family. The crockpots came in handy! Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. It’s nice not having to go home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry! Communication with Patrick was swift and he was great with answering questions I had. Overall, we loved the location, the condo, and will definitely be back again!

We enjoyed our stay so much! It was so warm and cozy in the condo. They had everything we could have needed. The weather wasn’t in our favor while we were there so it was nice to have such a great place to cuddle up in. Our children especially enjoyed the heated pool! The beds were comfortable as well as the couch! If we are ever back in Pensacola we will absolutely stay here again!

We spent the first week of April at this condo. It had everything we needed. Patrick is very nice and responded quickly the first time I reached out to him regarding the access codes (the gate entry is hateful). Our grandson especially loved the Xbox and games available to play. I never got the check out instructions and tried to contact the owner but he didn’t respond. Pools are nice. View is amazing. My grandson said it was the best beach vacation ever. Overall, great unit with everything needed for a family of five. Would definitely stay again.

Love this condo. The building and condo was very clean and cozy. It had everything and more than you might need. The bed was amazing. You can’t get a better view or location. Easy access to get in and very secure. Would definitely recommend!

Unable to access entrance into the home as the code was not valid. I had no contact information for the host and ended up staying at a hotel as the code did not work. Also attempted to call the 24 hour property manager using the phone number on the sign of the office that also was not valid. Placed a call with VRBO to enter a refund request and still have not been contacted by the host (4 days post call).
