Overall a nice place to stay with family. Plenty of beds for everyone. The bonus rooms were a bit warm. A few minor maintenance issues but nothing major. We enjoyed being a short Uber ride away from Broadway and Riverwood Mansion for a wedding. And, our host was very responsive.

Home was really functional for our large group. Convenient to many Nashville attractions. Quick response from property owner when we had an issue with a slow drain. Some things you might want to know: The stairs are steep, but there is one bedroom downstairs. The temperature was warm, and the upstairs bedrooms were stuffy. We found it helpful to keep the bedroom doors open/or bring a box fan. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a separate entrance to the main bathroom.

Overall it was great. For our group of adult women, we really needed another full bathroom. I share this info just for those that have an all female group. All other aspects was great. We cooked big meals and the kitchen was large enough. Standard equipment available. If you drive into Nashville to see the sights, parking is a problem and a premium is charged for parking.

Perfect house for a max of 12 people but I would not go over the limit or people will be sleeping on the main floor pull-out or pool table room. House had all the amenities needed.10 min Uber to Broadway but the location is not in the best area besides the few row of similar houses next to each other. Overall, we enjoyed our stay

We stayed here for a bachelor/bachelorette weekend with friends and the house was perfect. We had plenty of space to all be comfortable and enjoyed the rooftop & pool table while hanging out at the house! Would definitely stay again.

This property is beautiful and big but there was so many privacy concerns the blinds have a huge gap in rooms on both sides so I was not comfortable changing clothes curtains would have fixed this issue ! Police was riding through our home warning us there was a man breaking in the homes and to be careful! The towels was folded nice but the smell of them was not fresh ! The bedrooms areas have no TV s at all so kids had no entertainment the pool room has a TV and living room so we actually ended up going outside so the kids can have the TV the host was extremely nice check in was smooth small issue buy was easily fixed nothing bad to say about host but due to lack tv, low cleanliness , privacy issues from being easily spyed on through gap in blinds only way to park is in back meaning u have to travel down alley I can't rent this again cleaning fee makes no since didn't feel clean

The house was perfect for us as we were a group of co-workers attending an event in the city. The house was exactly as described and there was nothing that we did not have. The owners were very informative prior to our arrival and responded quickly when we had a question. As we were attending a work event, we did not get to spend anytime enjoying the roof top deck. The location was perfect for our needs and we will definitely try to stay here or one of their other properties when we come back.

We had 13 guys staying in one of their properties. The house was as advertised except for one completely broken pull out couch. I messaged Adam and was responded to very quickly acknowledging that he would not be charging for aesthetic dings and nicks or for the broken bed. House was all in all perfectly clean for the group, but unfortunately because of the temperature outside the AC was running frequently and pieces of the unit froze and the house did not get below 78 degrees. Again, contacting the owner, he had someone over a few hours later to install a window on the main floor and accommodated our stay for the inconvenience. Unfortunately we did find out that one of the houses two doors down had been broken into and cars and cards were stolen, no forced entry. There’s not much by the way of bars, restaurants, stores in the immediate vicinity, but for the price, the amazing host, and the relative distance to Broadway I’d still say it was a great stay!

10 of us spent the week in the VIP house and I had a wonderful time. This was the first time I had work with VRBO and it was on her full experience. Working with Adam what is easy because he was so responsive and was willing to work with me as I needed to make changes. We had a great time.

When we arrived it appeared as though the neighborhood was not the best. However the house was nice and it was actually a very quite neighborhood we had zero issues. the house could use a little more cooking dishes, and games there were no board or card games in the house. The hide a bed upstairs was broke. The owner indicated the maintenance guy was going to come replace it but didn't appear as though he never did. We couldn't get the garbage disposal to work either. all and all though it was good, beds were conformable, house was clean.
