55 Zimbali Wedge Ballito a place to be.

Peaceful scenery with all amenities close by. Everything we needed was only 1km away.

Great location, very quite, close to the beach & restaurants …gorgeous interior & super clean. No loadshedding!!!!!

The only thing I would suggest would be blankets, especially since some people don’t like using the air conditioner.

Exactly what we needed!

I appreciated the tranquility of the estate despite the residential nature, it was a perfect spot for relaxation!

Out of control by the host, And even accounted for by installation of an inverter - the load shedding schedule for that specific weekend was horrible.

The tv was a bit of a bore. There’s no DSTV just Netflix. This wasn’t easy to navigate with older people staying there. Atleast try DSTV Now for future.

Spacious home, yet Cosy enough to feel right at home. Beautiful interior styling and practical for a young family. Close to shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment. Appreciated the hosts constant communication, even load shedding updates. Speaking of load shedding... With the backup inverters etc, we didn't even know when we were loadshedding. Will definitely recommend!

The property is beautiful and is situated very close to shops. Clean and neat from the floor right to the bedroom linen. This was perfect for me and my family.

It was incredible! Everything we needed right at our fingertips

Amy, your holiday home was amazing, the house was clean, neat, and even smelt great. I really enjoyed our stay as everything was easily supplied and the house was beautifully furnished. we really enjoyed the fact that there was an inverter and easy access to wifi and tech, not many places are so well-equipped. We didn't have any discomfort at all. Amy our host was incredible, warm, and friendly.

The outside patio needs alittle work/ revamp- its not bad, it just needs a good clean and some chairs need to be fixed.

Great location, beautiful interior.

Location and security was great. Also, the property had great provision for loadshedding. The TV, wifi and lights worked during loadshedding, which was great. The host was also very helpful.

The apartment was a bit stuffy. Also, the beds are quite small for two guests to share per room. at least queen beds are ideal for sharing but double beds are quite small for two guests to share, especially on vacation where guests really just want to relax.

Everything. The solar panels backed up when loadshedding struck. So that made the stay even more comfortable. It was beautiful.. Comfortable.. Clean.. A dream to have lived in

Exquisite comfortable holiday home.

Having spend the day roaming the beaches or sightseeing, it was nice to come back to the holiday home that was so inviting to relax, cook and enjoy a meal together with my family. Everyone could have their own space in or outside plus together enjoy a movie.

- Uninterrupted power supply (availability of an inventor). - Ac in every bedroom - The decor was beautiful. - The welcome booklet. - The chocolates!!!!

- Carpert in the guest room (balcony bedroom) and living room were a little dirty.

This property fulfilled all our wishes and demands! Would for sure make use of it again

Zimbalie property was very clean, very creatively decorated and had EVERYTHING we needed to enjoy our holiday! I would for sure recommend this property to everybody!

The view wasn’t that great. Nevertheless we still enjoyed the stay so much!

decor was amazing, the look and feel - overall aesthetics. Modern finishes and very spacious.

- Toilets were not cleaned thoroughly - Curtains in guest room 1 smelt damp, very close to a urine smell - The outside furniture was not wiped down, had no cushioning for us to sit on

Beautiful home away from home, we will certainly be back!

The decor is stunning with modern fixtures and fittings, it was thoroughly cleaned, the beds are comfortable, the showers were lovely and warm with good pressure, all the essentials were provided by the host, the host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond, the security team were attentive - I strongly recommend this home.

We wished our stay was longer!

The stay okay but not pleasant because were using Uber taxis and they were not allowed in the estate

I liked the accommodation it was comfortable and the location was okay but a bit far from entertainments.

I didn't like that the taxi was not allowed to go in the estate and we had to carry our bags to the house and it was far from the gate and when we ordered food we were supposed to go all the way to the gate and fetch it, that was a serious inconvenience. I suggest they review their policy regarding that. The day shift gentleman at the gate was not friendly and he did not welcome us well. Everything was okay in the house except for the couches if the property owner can maybe deep clean them or change the fabric maybe to a leather material because the smell of the couches was not pleasant.

Beautiful modern spacious house with most of the equipment that makes a holiday a plus!

The beauty of the décor and spacious environment, modern and Netflix was a huge bonus. Facilities like a dishwasher, braai, and cleaning stuff. Also some chocolates and coffee very nice and made us feel welcome. Nice linen and bathroom towels. Aircons a HUGE plus!

A Tumble dryer may be handy... Photos a bit misleading re the swimming pool - one things it is next to the house, but agree I needed to read carefully! The view from main bedroom is beautiful but the water tanks and rubbish dumped on the stands in front properties are really ugly and not nice to see! Maybe close the bottom part of the main bedroom balcony that will cut out the ugly view and just allow you to see the beautiful green hills?
