Lovely and quaint place near Ochi

A lovely and quaint studio, perfect for two people. The views from the balcony and from the studio in general is amazing. The host Sade was very helpful and accomodating, even letting us know about some secret spots nearby. Everything was as expected and we are thinking about coming back soon!

We did not have any issues, just know that you need to use a a stepladder to get to the bed. It's part of the charm of the place.

AC not working and host is unempathetic. Choose another accommodation

The place was clean.

I specifically selected AC in my filters and was willing to pay more because I wanted to be comfortable with the intense Jamaican heat. AC did not work and it was extremely difficult to fall asleep. The energy-saving system, which detects open doors was defective so the AC was systematically shutting off after only a few minutes, even though all doors were properly closed. The owner is a very rude and disrespectful lady who, instead of taking ownership of the issue, tried to blame us. She talked to us with a tone of superiority and intense frustration as if we were 5 year-old kids, saying that we did not know how to properly close a door. She literally demonstrated how to shut the doors!! She eventually admitted that the system was faulty and said that a technician would come in the morning after the second night but we waited until almost noon and no-one showed up. At this point we understood that it was pointless to insist. If losing the money for the 3 nights was not an issue we would have left after the first night. The water was not heating initially so we had to call someone to turn in the water heater. This should have been done prior to our arrival. We were unable to use the balcony because the umbrella was broken and the balcony is in plain sun. I attempted to get some kind of monetary compensation for the AC not working but she emphatically refused. Booking granted me a $42 credit for the entire stay, which is insulting.

Excellent clean very designed studio

Sade the host was so welcoming and made my last minute booking run so smoothly, thank you. Massive shout to thr house keepers the place was so clean The view from your bed, living space and balcony is the ocean u hear the soothing crashing of the water on the rocks. There is a pool. Check in was quick check out was quicker The location was perfect for us we had a car and Sade advised us to stop by the 24 supermarket to grab bits . The room has full kitchen Tv will loads of channel, wifi We only stayed for 2 days i wish i could have stayed longer i will definitely return & recommended this accommodation. I stayed in the studio but there is also a 2 bed apartment Did i mention the view its stunning I stayed in the Riu last year i will not be doing that again Thank you for having uskl

Peaceful, cozy and romantic.

First and foremost our host was lovely, She was exceptionably accommodating after we arrived much later than check-in due to an accident and even allowed us to check out late to get the full value out of our stay. The facilities were also quite nice though not suitable if you have trouble goin up or down steps/ladders. Overall its a lovely, comfy and romantic getaway

Bathroom is a bit small.

The view on stars at night is good - the only thing to see on this island.

Too expensive for this place, facilities and surroundings. Nothing to see around. You can’t reach this place unless traveling by car. I had to call myself once got my local sim to property to learn how to check in, no one answered my message on booking.com.

Location is beautiful but pictures and listing is misleading.

The property is very dated. the deck to head down to the beach displayed in booking pictures has collapsed for some time now and is inaccessible. One of the main reasons we booked was for beach and deck access. Balcony door was rusted and damaged to the point it could not lock. Customer service fell short also.

We loved everything it's real cozy and comfy u wouldn't want..to leave travelling to and from is easy, taxis are right outside...the view on the terrace is exceptional and relaxing...Sade and her husband are the best I've never met anyone accommodating as them,they went above and beyond for us while we were there, you got to go...I know I'll be back...thanks for welcoming us.

Shade, was super helpful and did care alot about our wellbeing and safety. The Pool is a great addtion to the beautiful beach near by. Sugar Pot Beach was super enjoyable. The studio is just lovely for a few quiet and releaxing days.

Very enjoyable and restful!

We loved the proximity to the sea. The sound of the waves on the rocks below the unit and sitting out on the veranda to read and watch the waves and the boats. We went snorkeling there one day when the waves were not as rough - loved it! Also liked the kitchen with a medium sized fridge and everything we needed for doing some cooking of our own. Sade and her partner were very helpful and gave us good tips on how to find local beaches etc

After a couple nights we upgraded to the adjoining condo suite as it was bit hard on us 'oldies' to climb up and down the ladder to the mezzanine

Enjoyed my stay!

Beautiful view! The sound of the ocean crashing on the rocks at night is a real treat. Cosy place, clean and quiet. Easy to find and the host was lovely. Perfect for a quiet getaway.

This place was Heaven on earth! Sade was so wonderful to my mate and I. Everything was amazing. It was our Love Nest away from home. It was well kept. Beautiful view of the ocean. Can't wait to stay here again!! Thank u Sade😍

Living in Serenity

I loved the sound of the ocean being right outside my bedroom door as I fall asleep each night in maximum comfort. I also enjoyed having a romantic dinner under the full moon...with a clear view of the stars on the lower deck outside. Being able to have a sun bath in the garden which was beautiful with a banana tree and seeing an almond tree as I played in the shallow end of the ocean as well. I felt 100% safe with the villa being locked up with gates and a set of keys. The owner Sade really knows how to make you feel at home and she gave us mini swim lessons in the pool as we played music. Total rejuvenation of mind, body, soul and spirit. There was plenty nearby to walk to and such great energy from the locals. Only a quick drive to the downtown area and Sade was extremely helpful with directions and vantage points. Overall stay was impeccable! Total privacy and peace. Will most certainly be back next trip.

I have no negative complaints everything was superb and superseded my expectations.

O WOWWWW Listen!!!! You MUST see this place. It was amazing. My husband and I was tired of booking all inclusive hotels so we decided to try something different, and let me tell you we were never disappointed. The host Sade was amazing. She was there to greet us upon our arrival to give us a quick tour of our surroundings. The ambience, the view, and the beautiful sea breeze was everything. It was so beautiful waking up and looking out to beautiful sea view. We took early swim every morning in the cove. It’s close to everything such as clubs, Resturant’s etc. As long as you have food, there is no need to leave the compound. It’s like an island within itself. We had access to the fruit trees such as nice cool coconut 🌴 water and june plums😋. The place is very secured and the location is great. This is definitely a place I WILL visit again. Thanks Sade for making our stay very comfortable.

Hot water was not the best but I noticed that with most guest house in jamaica so it wasn’t a big of a deal to me. The place was so damn amazing I didn’t let that be a bother
