Awesome family/ group beach house that has its own private 16x28 pool and is steps to the ocean. A disneyesque bunk room (sleeps six) your children will love. Absolutely great! If we could have just been able to stay longerđ. The house was beautiful. I Guess if anything, the pools for the houses around the property were right up on you. We felt like we were right up our neighbors. Also, they left no toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags(extra). For the price, I expect more than one roll in each bathroom. But other than that, the house was beautiful! The furnishings were beautiful! We loved the pool! We spent so much time there. Thank you. We appreciate you letting us stay. Until next yearâ¤ď¸

The house was nice and the pool was fantastic.
The down side of the pool was the walls were sharp and the kids cut their feet. We bought swim shoes and that helped.
The kids room was very cute but the sheets were not on the beds. Not sure why the cleaning crew would not make the bunk beds up. The washer need a thorough cleaning.

Stayed with my children and their friends. Great location for the young 20s. Close enough to walk to the pier for food and sweets yet not in the mix of the party region of teenagers

Everything was great. The beach house was wonderful and had everything you could need or think of. The location was nice and very easy access to the beach. Loved the private pool and the outside decks! The owner was wonderful as far as responding and answering any questions! Would definitely book again in the future.

Loved the house and the location. House was nice and loved the private pool. Had everything needed for our stay. The only problem we had was a few roaches around the house. We did emailed with a few things that were broken but nothing that could mess up with our stay.

Each and everyone of us enjoyed the property. It accommodated all of us with lots of room to be together. The adults enjoyed the quick access to the beaches, porch swing and equipped kitchen. The kids loved the poop deck, pool and easy access of the outdoor bathroom and shower. Thank you so much for a wonderful week of fun family time. We look forward to returning!!

It was an ideal location. We enjoyed where we stayed. The place had everything we needed. The pool was nice and well maintained. It was a short walk to the beach.

Property was 100% as advertised. We were 2 families, for a total of 10. Kids ranged from 3-17. Perfect size to enjoy each other, but also room to relax. Pool was clean, and decent sized (unlike a lot of oversized hottubs, I'd guess its 16'Ă32'). House was adequately furnished/decorated without being overbearing. Plenty of places to relax as a whole group, or by yourself. Short walk across a lightly traveled road to beach (2 minutes if you're slow). Pool is serviced twice a week to keep it filled and clean. 4 toters for trash removal twice a week (city will roll out and back for you, so no worry about accumulation). Owners were easy to communicate with and super friendly!! I cant say enough good things about this property!!!

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and we loved it. The house was perfect, our family of 9 fit comfortably. The house was clean and perfectly decorated for a true beachy feel. We enjoyed the pool and the location- steps from the beach! Surfside beach is close enough to everything but in a more quiet area of Myrtle.

Couldnât think of a better place to ride out the hurricane! Unfortunately the weather wasnât on our side but we made the best of our weekend and weâre happy to have had Sea-esta as our home base. The house has plenty of space, is clean and well stocked. Rhonda was quick to respond to any questions we had.
It wasnât the weekend we had in mind but we would definitely return and hope for better weather!

What a wonderful spot for our vacation with friends! 3 families with 6 kids under the age of 10, and we had a great time. The house layout gave us plenty of space to gather, the pool was the perfect size, and the beach was steps away. I was really impressed with how clean the house was and how well-stocked it was with kitchen supplies. I also loved how quiet the area was and how close we were to shops and restaurants. Rhonda was a delight to work with and she answered every question quickly. Definitely check this place out!

Family and Friends
We had 2 full families with a total of 10 people ranging from ages 5 to 40 and everyone had a great time. The layout was perfect for us as was the location. We brought 2 golf carts but didnât even really need them. Kids loved the poop deck and the pool. House items were nice. Kitchen needs a few cookie sheets and a few more cooking and grilling utensils but other than that has everything you need! All appliances work great! We would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend! Communication Was great also.

Wonderful trip and house!
This was such a great, convenient house for our annual beach trip! The house was so functional for our family and girls loved the âpoop deckâ room and pool! Rhonda was super fast to communicate when needed as well.

Exceeded expectations
We loved our stay at Sea-Esta. The city/location is perfectânot far from the airport, within reach of Myrtle and Murrels Inlet spots, but all the best beach and small-town surfside life to offer. Great neighborhood to explore and walkâamazing bakery, bar/restaurants within walking distance, any convenience you need within a super-short drive. The porches on this house are amazing. Everything was in good shape and the house was more stocked (spices, toiletries) than expected. The pool is great! We had a water issue (unavoidable, it was next-door construction-related) during our stay but Rhonda was immediately available and on it throughout. A couple notes: my husband fixed the garbage disposal, and a few remotes were out of batteries. Rental-wiseâthe pack n play and high chair were very much needed and appreciated. I would pass on the beach chairs thoughâtheyâre pretty old/minimal. Very accommodating owner, wonderful property. Makes us want to come back to Surfside Beach!

All was well except the noise from construction that went on early morning and lasted all day. Also tub in master bath didnât close so it canât be used.

This house was beautiful, and more than I expected from the pictures. The owners were fabulous, communicative, and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much, and the super short walk to the beach was a cherry on top!

Lovely home, easy access to the beach!
Sea-esta is beautifully decorated with plenty of amenities and ample space. We were able to check in 30 minutes early which, if you know traveling with kids, can be a lifesaver. :)
My children enjoyed the "poop deck" to play games or have resting time. We had never had a stay with a salt water pool and it was delightful! The shaded area in the back was great as well. Access to the beach was quick and easy - very much a plus.
The owners were very responsive with any concerns or questions throughout the process and during our stay.

Great property with pool and close to beach.
The beach is close and the private pool was shaded in the afternoon in July. Perfect for our two families to get together. Host took great care of us and provided necessities in the home as described. Kitchen has open floor plan to dining and living rooms. Great for family time!

Great vacation!
My family and I had a wonderful vacation at Sea-Esta! The rental and check in / check out process was as simple as can be, and the property owner was extremely efficient in responding to any questions we had. The home is very nicely decorated, and was spacious enough for our family of 6 adults and 3 children.
The beach access was very fast, easy, and convenient⌠and the pool was great too!

Not as Private as expected
The location was great with a very short walk to the beach. The pool was a really good size, with plenty of lounging areas and furniture. The problem with the pool is the sides and bottom are really rough causing several of the grandkids to have bloody toes and feet. The inside of the house was decorated very nicely and made you feel at ease in the home. There was plenty of space for everyone and it never felt crowded.
The things that disappointed me could be simple fixes for the owner and I hope they are addressed. All the beds looked beautiful with tons of decorative pillows. But we had to strip them down and put the sheets and pillow cases on before we could go to sleep the first night. I've never had to do that in any home rental and after a long day of travel it's not something I would look forward to doing ever again. I couldn't find the bed linens for the futon. There wasn't a lot of towels and I had to wash them daily. The towels were not used at the beach or pool, I always pack plenty of beach towels but never bath towels. The main level bathroom had mold on the shower curtain. The driveway was covered in sand and was tracked into the house and pool area, even when we hadn't been to the beach yet. We were not told that the water would be shut off on Thursday from 10:00 am till 4:00 pm. for maintenance. Several of us hadn't showered yet to get ready for our days events. I had to make several trips to get pool water to flush the toilets. We used bottle water to clean up and get ready that day. I can't totally blame the owners, but someone didn't pass the notice on. The listing needs to reflect that there is no longer a cooler on the first floor balcony and there are no hammocks on the second floor balcony.
My reason for the 3 stars is the use of cameras on the outside of the property. I don't mind security cameras at the doors and gate to the pool, but the one that points at the pool and sitting area is an invasion of expected privacy. At night you could see the light come on the camera and it stayed on, making us feel like we were being watched. The light wasn't activated by motion on several occasions as we were sitting perfectly still. After seeing that all swim sessions felt like we were being watched. I can only hope that there are no cameras hidden inside the house as well.

Great house, perfect location for our family. Short walk to the beach, which was not crowded. The pool was a little cold due to the cooler weather, but the kids still enjoyed it. We would definitely stay there again.

This home had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped. Lots of seating. Plenty of bedrooms/baths for party of 6. Beautiful porches. Great pool (wish the weather had cooperated a little more!). Very close to beach on pretty quiet street. Restaurants nearby. Would rent again if we come this way! Thank you!

September long weekend
Sea-esta was a great property for our get away with adult children and their friends. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Location right across from beach access was perfect for our group as we spent most of our weekend at the beach. Would definitely recommend Sea-esta and rent again if we have a chance.

Amazing Trip!!
We have vacationed at a number of places over the years and this was one of the best. The house was extremely clean and well cared for. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made my wife very happy. The pool was the perfect and we spent many ours in the water.
The beach access is right across the street and easy to get to. The beach is super clean and is groomed almost daily.
We hope stay again at the Sea-Esta!!

Perfect pool size and great sunlight.
Property accommodated all our needs - short walk to beach access, great pool, enough room for everyone to do their own thing, kitchen well equipped for eating in and meal prep and beds were comfy which is so important! Cozy and tastefully decorated. Would stay here again!
