Mini apartamento en el fin del mundo

Es muy cómodo. Es una cabaña que cuenta con todo lo que necesitamos. Nosotros viajamos solo con mi esposo, pero en la cabaña habían 2 cuartos, uno con cama principal y el otro con 2 camas. La cocina tiene todo lo que uno necesita y tiene sala con comedor. Es prácticamente un apartamento pequeño. El personal es muy querido. También, está casi a 600 metros de un centro comercial, en donde se puede hacer mercado y ver tiendas

Es lejos del centro y la ducha era un poco estrecha. Lo mejor es alquilar carro.

Imcomparável, deixou saudades!

Gostamos de tudo! Localizada a 10 minutos a pé do shopping Paseo del Fuego ( tem um supermercado nele) e a 20 minutos de caminhada até o centro, num local calmo e tranquilo. E como é linda a vista para o canal de Beagle e para a cidade! O chalé em que ficamos possuia 2 quartos, sala e minicozinha. Tudo muito espaçoso, confortável e com bom aquecimento. A limpeza era impecável e feita diariamente. O café da manhã era levado até o chalé a partir das 7h, bastando solicitar. A mini cozinha era muito bem equipada, perfeita para quem quer fazer suas próprias refeições quando sentir aquela fome e não quer sair pra comer. Todos os funcionários foram muito gentis e sempre nos atenderam quando precisávamos de alguma ajuda. Destaco a Mônica, que nos recebeu na chegada e com quem conversávamos diariamente. Muito extrovertida e extremamente simpática, contou-nos histórias e costumes da cidade e nos orientou quanto aos passeios a realizar. Ela fez a diferença. Recomendamos.

Deixou a desejar

Ao chegar na pousada tivemos uma ótima impressão, pois a localização era muito boa, mas tivemos alguns desencantos como o atendimento da recepção, má qualidade do café da manhã, pois não havia variedade, como o simples café preto. A limpeza deixou a desejar também, inclusive nas louças e utensílios de cozinha, que estavam sujos. Não houve troca de toalhas em alguns dias, assim como a retirada do lixo do banheiro. Quanto ao sistema de aquecimento da calefação e de água das torneiras e chuveiro era bom.

Highly recommend, clean comfortable with views

Great location - quiet and great views. Comfortable for a family of 4, very clean and new. Friendly staff, esp the wonderful Monica who gave us great local advice on what to do and what to avoid e.g ‘don’t go to the national park in the morning because that’s when bus loads of cruise ship passengers go there’

Amazing views. Very comfortable if you are travelling with the family.

It is a located a short distance from the city center. We rented a car so the location was not an issue. It might be a little bit more complicated to move around if you don’t have car.

Very comfortable. The staff is very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was delicious (especially the medialunas). The property is as shown in the photos. Recommend for long as well as short term stays.

A nice apart-hotel

This is a very nice apart hotel, with a kitchen. It was very convenient for us, since our 5-year son was travelling with us. It is not located downtown, but that was not a problem for us, since we rented a car. The staff is very nice and the apartment, although basic, is clean and practical.

The only problem was the WiFi, very unstable and weak.

Lovely flat with a great view - very clean.

Rather a long way from town (they will give you a bus pass which helps). A dog on site kept barking late into the night on several nights and no one seemed able to stop it.
