Villa Solare welcomes you to Scottsdale! This beautiful, authentic Tuscan villa offers two privately gated acres of desert splendor just 3 minutes from the Troon Golf Courses in north Scottsdale. Built for entertaining, the central courtyard features a heated pool and spa, Italian-tiled fountain, outdoor fireplace, built-in BBQ, putting green to fine tune your golf game, surround-sound stereo and designer furniture for soaking in the sun or dining al fresco.
Once inside, sink into the sumptuous theater to watch a movie or challenge an opponent to ping pong, foosball, corn hole (aka "bags") or cards. Stay active with a selection of gym equipment, after which you can soak in the large steam shower. There is excellent WiFi throughout and a separate executive office to help you stay connected.
This unique property boasts 5 bedrooms (optional 6th bedroom), with 4 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. There are 6 beds in the home plus 2 twin-sized airbeds and a queen-sized airbed if needed.

First want to thank CJ for awesome communication both before and during our stay! Well done...The place is awesome! Spacious, clean, perfect temperature, smells wonderful, great beds, pool and spa temperature are the best we’ve had anywhere! There were 8 of us and at anytime you could have complete privacy somewhere with all the different rooms and space. Location is nice....Within 5 minutes you can get to multiple shopping options (restaurants, grocery, coffee, gas, etc.). 10-15 min from Kierland and higher end shopping if you’d like. It’s a great mix of desert and modern feel with the property. Our goal was to have a personal resort feel and this nailed it! Thanks again for the great experience and we will be in touch next year!!!

We were looking for some quiet downtime and found it in this property. Communication was great and cj even stopped over our 1st evening when we had trouble connecting our music to the house system.
Lots to do with games (indoor and outdoor). Great for families with all age kids.

Loved It! We have stayed in quite a few rental homes and hotels, but this one ranks at the top. The house was exactly as advertised and was absolutely spotless. There were a lot of different spaces, each with a different function and equally well thought out. We were on our first trip taking grown kids and their spouses and didn’t know exactly how we would do in the same house for 6 days, but there was so much room and so many activities, it couldn’t have gone better. We will definitely be back!

Near everything on a dirt road you will find this beautiful oasis of tranquility in the dessert. The swimming pool and spa is the main event outside while the master bedroom suite is one of the many main events inside. Great home!The only negative was the wi-fi was very slow for our stay.

Great property for a family vacation. Great family spaces in the theatre and living room. Location was near many attractions and parks. For a luxury property there were a few things missing. Limited kitchen utensils, pots and bakeware for holiday cooking. Could have used additional linens and towels. Construction dust from recent pool renovation was still present in pool area.

My group has been coming to this area for 26 years for an annual 8 man golf trip. We have rented from Desert Vista Luxury Homes for many of those years. Jamie and CJ do a wonderful job and have many great homes. They provide superb customer service and are very accessible and responsive should the need arise. The Villa Solare property is greatly situated and located in the heart of Scottsdale. It is a beautiful property with a central courtyard with pool and spa. The casita is situated across the courtyard so it feels very much a part of the home. The second floor master suite, the expansive living room, and the amazing theater room are definitely some highlights. We had a great stay and highly recommend any of their properties.

We had the best time at this home! We stayed here for a low-key villa-style bachelorette party. We had so much fun seeing one another for the first time in so long and going for hikes around the property. The house has everything you need and the property managers are fantastic! Very accommodating and easy to get ahold of. The property was very well maintained and the customer service was stellar! I would absolutely recommend the Four Seasons for a beautiful dinner or hiking Pinnacle Peak. We would all recommend this property for a family stay or oasis for connection with dear friends. A real Desert Oasis
The phrase "Desert Oasis" means so much more to us now. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We are ranking this as our favorite house ever... and we have stayed at many. Our host were so kind and helpful also. This home is warm and wonderful. It was so hard to leave. My kids made us promise to come back.

Beautiful property
The house is beautiful and has everything you could possibly want: pool, hot tub, movie theater, fuzz table, pingpong table, grill, viking stove. Everything is clean. You are made to feel welcome. I especially want to mention the views from the balcony at sunrise and sunset.
There were minor issues, but the management was extremely responsive and took care of everything immediately.

We (family of four including two teenagers) spent 10 nights at Villa Solare over Christmas 2020. It was just what we needed. We love the North Scottsdale location and hiked everyday, either at Cave Creek Park or one of the McDowell Sonoran trails. The house itself was gorgeous and immaculate, with plenty of towels, hand and dish soap and laundry detergent. The pool was nice and warm with the heat and the pool cover was easy to use. We would happily stay here again!

CJ and team were great to work with, and even insured a easy transition from a not so positive experience at another property earlier in our stay. Villa Solare has the most amazing sunset views. Family very disappointed!
My husband, our 7 yr old daughter and I rented this home for 11 days while we looked for our new home in Scottsdale. This Trent always home looks nice but is in disrepair. AC doesn’t work properly, master bathtub does not get hot water., rodents in the pool., ants have invaded the entire pool area. Theater room DVD player must be the first one ever made as it will not play new DVD’s. The livingroom tv cuts off continually and gives message to replace cables. And the icing on the cake is when you try to get some help CJ is never available.

Great Stay!!
The property is beautiful, the hosts kind and responsive. Highlight was the heated pool that stayed warm and clean with the easy cover and allowed us to be in the pool and sun regardless of temperatures outside!! Large living room was great for family game night. The movie room was a hit with the kids. The garage has wonderful work out equipment, ping pong and corn hole! Two washers and two dryers to keep up with pool towels etc.

We stayed here for a week in September. The weather was PERFECT. Pool was amazing! Home was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook and serve dinner. The theater room was awesome for entertaining the kids and watching the football game. The property management team addressed any and all concerns immediately, made sure we were comfortable during our stay, and very helpful with everything. Would definitely stay at Villa Solare again. This home spares no expense on luxury. Appliances are top of the line, quality furniture and attention to detail. Everything you could want, ask for and more! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We had 10 ladies and could have had a couple more, comfortably. We had a couple minor issues, but CJ was quick to respond and remedy.
