About this apartment rental

This perfectly located, south island, gated, with pool and fitness center, one bedroom one bath luxury condo comfortable sleeps four. Located near everything, the condo is two miles from the beach and Pier area. The master bedroom has a king bed with a expensive mattress and a remote controlled bed lift. Relax reading or watching TV/ Netflicks sitting up with the bed lift on the HD smart TV. The condo layout provides plenty of room for a queen pullout sofa. This condo is on the second floor with the inside all one level. It is very private and quite. There is a fully stocked, full sized kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit. Right from the HGTV Fixer Upper playbook, we have remodeled this condo and it is adorned in shiplap, stained ceiling beams, corrugated metal, granite countertops, walk in full tiled shower, hardwood floor. There is tons of natural light from all the windows and we added twelve can lights. The condo comes with free super hi speed wifi and a smart flat screen HD TV in the bedroom and in the living room. The centerpiece that divides the super large living room is a double sided fireplace. Shiplap coats the outside and one side is a remote controlled LED fireplace while the other is a non working traditional fireplace. Located in the Island Square condo community, the unit is approximately two miles from the beach, one and a half mile from the Pier area and within walking distance of tons of shops, a Winn Dixie grocery store, starbucks, restaurants and our famous Southern Soul BBQ. Biking or walking anywhere is definitely an good option. The private pool and fitness center are very close to the condo and is open year round. You won't be disappointed in this condo and it will enhance your vacation. Everything we do is designed to make your stay a relaxing experience. Accessing the condo is easy as we use coded door locks, so no keys to fool around with. We simply message you the code ten days prior to your check. If this condo is booked for your dates, never fear. We also have five other vacation rentals. Three on SSI and two in the mountains of SW Virginia. They are property numbers 3690215, 4041154, 4757544, 3595727 and 2675915. We are experienced vacation property owners/rental managers and have over ten years experience. We are confident that you will love our properties and want to return. We are a Preferred Partner with VRBO / Homeaway due to our quick response time, our highly rated and reviewed properties and for providing a high end guest stay experience. We try to be pet friendly and will consider allowing one dog per stay but it must weigh less than 15 lbs and we must approve the pet prior to booking. NOTE: if you bring a dog that has not been it will not be allowed inside.Thank you.

Amazing communication with the owner. Easy check-in (as well as accommodating). Beautiful condo that met and exceeded our every need. Comfortable and clean. Beautifully decorated. Centrally located (you can walk to most places). Short drive or bike to the beaches. Neighbors were friendly (when we saw them). Easy parking. Absolutely an amazing space and place. We would 100% stay there again!!! THANK YOU for a memorable vacation!!!!

My wife, 13 yr old and 14 yr old sons, and I stayed here for a few nights and it was great. Everyone had there own place to sleep and the kitchen had everything we needed. The fact that this condo had its own laundry was a definite plus! We travel to the Island once a year and will probably look to stay here again next time.

This condo is beautifully and tastefully decorated, making you feel so relaxed…perfect for a couple, or a couple with small children! The king bed was comfortable and spacious, the condo was very clean and stocked with the necessities and a few extra treats. We loved every minute of our week’s stay on the island and in the condo! Can’t recommend it enough.

This is our third trip to this lovely little condo. Clean and beautifully decorated. Quiet community located a short distance from pier and city shops. This has quickly become our favorite place to stay on the island and we are looking forward to our next trip.

Cute and clean space. Perfect for a couple. A little crowded with 4, but enough sleeping space. There’s a pull out couch on each side of the fireplace and a king bed in bedroom. Located close to everything and in a quiet neighborhood. Owners respond quickly. We had a really great stay.

Our stay was fantastic! Our place was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. We even had a new smart television. It was equipped with everything a person would need. The location was perfect and the neighbors around us were friendly and made us feel right at home. The furniture was comfortable. We loved all of the windows in the dinning and living room. It was tastefully decorated and the pictures in the advertisement didn’t do it justice. . The walk in closet and bathroom was awesome. The steps are a climb and not easy to hold onto. It would be nice to have a metal railing on the wood to make going up and down easier. Overall, it was fabulous. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing such a lovely, well kept condo.

I did not think luxurious was an accurate description of this condo. It was tastefully decorated but The microwave definitely needs attention, 1 lamp had a questionable switch and had no lightbulb. I travel with facial cleanser but was confounded that there wasn’t any shower soap. Hmmmm

We returned to SSI after our previous visit some 12 years ago. The property was perfect for our 2-night "reunion". So clean and well appointed. All sorts of walkable eateries available -- breakfast, lunch and dinner. A reasonable walk to the pier area is also a plus if looking for a 10,000-step route as we were. Love those live oaks shading the way for much of the walk.

Very nice and comfy townhouse. Gated community was a benefit as we had a small trailer with us. Close to everything, walked to bagel shop for breakfasts, Starbucks also walking distance.

Overall, we had an absolute wonderful time. Perfect size for the two of us. Short drive to the village and restaurants. Very clean! The only issue we had was that on checkout day we were greeted by the housekeeper who was on the phone with the owner that said checkout was supposed to be at 10. However, previous messages all stated checkout was at 11. Other than miscommunication, our visit was a complete success.

The property is beautiful and perfectly located in the middle of town. It is quaint and cute. We had a terrific time and highly recommend the condo. It is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, laundry, fireplace and 2 tvs. The bed is comfortable and is motorized so you can sit and watch a movie. Fabulous place. 5 stars!

We spent more time than planned indoors because of the weather. The beachy decor and many ammenities of this property made for a very pleasant rainy day(s) stay. Previous reviews mentioned that the bed was very comfortable but it was too soft for me. I slept on the sofa with no issues. We will return and hopefully be able to try the pool out.

Walked into a cool, spotless condo that was decorated beautiful. Everything was labeled and so easy to use. The bed was wonderful and everything we needed was there. We brought our bikes and enjoyed exploring the island. We rode down to the pier and enjoyed several of the restaurants there. Iguanas was great!! Two days we went to Jekyll Island which was a short drive. The driftwood beach was amazing… great week!!

Property was as described, located centrally on the island, with easy access to restaurants, beaches, and bike and walking trails. Owners were very responsive to any questions. Bed was quite comfortable, air conditioner worked great, and great xfinity and roku TV options with fast wifi. Would definitely stay again.

We've been coming to St. Simon's Island for 15 plus years and would rate this as one of our favorite places to stay. We ride bikes all over the whole Island and this is a great central location. Condo was tastefully and comfortably furnished and felt very homey to us. King sized bed was very comfortable!
