We're a older group of seniors that come over to the Chelan area 'every' year and rent a place.........so have a bit of experience.
This is a wonderful location on the lake with great view and deck to enjoy such. The interior is good for larger groups and worked for the most part.
What didn't work was the master bedroom; the adjoining marina had a very loud clanging noise throughout the night.[and day].....even with earplugs, it was 'bad'...also, the room was very warm with only two small vents for the air conditioning........sorry, this room was not good.
Last, the BBQ was a mess.......we spent some time cleaning before we could use it......needs to be done after each stay!

Eight family members stayed for a week in August 2024. The lake house my sister and I used to stay at in the 1960s was just a few houses away, so we consider this part of the lake the best part! The house was clean, well appointed, and coddled us. Everyone loved jumping off the boat dock then racing to the hot tub! The grass yard was spectacular. Just a wonderful place!

This was our 8th year on Lake Chelan. We rented both houses, and this was by far our best trip. We all had rooms and bathrooms, perfect for a big group. The grassy backyard was perfect for cornhole and other games we brought. The property manager was awesome and always returned my text within minutes. Great place, we will be back!!

Property was clean, well-maintained and right on the water. There is a new dock here too, not pictured. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room here for all including our pet. Fishing right off the dock produced beautiful trout and Walleye - fun to catch too! Everything we needed for our stay was here, from the well-stocked kitchen, to BBQ propane. I will add too it was very hot here and there was a nearby wildfire, so the HVAC was nice as well. Great place, great location. Mooring buoys for your boat and ok too to pull alongside the dock or bulkhead to load up.

We had a great stay and the house accommodated us well with my sister's family being in the house next door. We played Crossnet in the yard by the lake which was perfect and had a great time. The lake was low and the water cold which is typical for this early in the season. We had an issue with the septic system and the response was quick and efficient. The staff who came to the house were very nice, thoughtful, & efficient. The primary bedroom had an unusually soft mattress that was not comfortable, but all the other beds were good. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this house.

My friends and I booked this place for a weekend getaway. It was beyond perfect! Very spacious for us all. The table provided a great place to play games, laugh, and reminisce around. The lakefront property was spectacular. Having a hot tub was just the icing on the cake. Would stay here again and highly recommend it!

This property is simply exceptional! I read other reviews stating that this property was larger in person than what meets the eye when reading the online descriptions...This is very, very true. I rent properties multiple times a year for the past 32+ years, and even though a few of the beds seemed hard to sleep on, all the amenities and experiences this house and location provided blew my mind...I would say this was the best vacation home thus far...Highly recommend and plan on staying here again in the future. - Dave :-)

this place was amazing. It was way bigger in person than it even is online when reading the description it’s directly on the water we absolutely loved it. It gets a little choppy in the canyon so you can’t Dock your boat however, there is a State Park literally five minutes away, if that. We really enjoyed staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! We appreciated so much that the house is dog friendly and that the property manager was so accommodating. House is very spacious with an amazing outdoor space with gorgeous lake views. Would stay again for sure!

Cleanliness leaved a little to be desired with lots of cobwebs and some leftover trash from a previous guest. Considering there was a large cleaning charge and a massive list of things to clean when checking out, I was a little annoyed with that. Also the lake is incredibly low right now and at least a minor heads up from the property owner would've been nice, as all the photos show it coming right up to the lawn. Some of the beds were really uncomfortable, too, but a beautiful home otherwise.

Great spot to relax in your lawn chair, watch the water craft and hop in the lake. Shares a large common lawn space with adjoining rental property. Good spot if you want to gather a few families.
Property manager super responsive. Had a plumbing issue and they sent a team and had it resolved in 2 hours.
We plan to return next year.

Beautiful Lake Front Home
This property is a rare find with a grassy yard and steps to the lake! It was very clean and spacious for both mine and my friend's family. The only feedback is that I wished there were more amenities. There was only salt and pepper for spices and we had to go buy extra paper towels and general house cleaning things as we were there for a week. I also would have loved beach towels and just assess to extra towels in general. But it didn't ruin the trip by any means.
All in all, we know to bring that next time and are considering renting out this property and the one next to it in the future.

Good house, attention to details needed
Good size home with a lot of space. Come prepared with basics such as ziploc bags, foil, Saran wrap, salt/pepper, Oil etc…. Not provided and they don’t tell you that ahead of time. Closest store is about 25 min out. Fruit flies are a huge problem in the summer- so many in the kitchen. Bring apple cider vinegar to contain or some other bug spray. Other than that, the view was amazing.

Huge spacious house right on the lake. The layout is great for multiple families, with large bedrooms spread across all three floors. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies for cooking, but you will need to bring all condiments including salt/pepper/oil/foil/etc. The lake is just steps away which is the best part!

Fantastic property!
We booked this property as a family vacation celebrating my mom's 75th birthday. Everyone had a wonderful time! The spacious layout of the home allowed for the 11 of us, ages 9-75, to spend time together inside and outside (or individual quiet time when needed). The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and having two refrigerators was a real plus.
Being directly on the lake was amazing; the youngsters spent nearly all day, every day, in the water.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house!. This was the best lake house we have rented in Chelan. The AC worked great, plenty of room to get some privacy when needed. Kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need and all of the appliances worked great. And best of all right on the lake and amazing views, with shade in the afternoon!. We have rented many houses on Lake Chelan and this is the best so far. The housekeeping staff were very good! Amazing family vacation!

The house was exactly as described, and the location was perfect, right on the water with a ladder to climb in and out. Not too far of a drive to town and several wineries.

So much space to spread out and let the kids nap without interruption or the aunties sleep in without hearing the kiddos. We will be booking again! We loved being on the water, having the hot tub, and large spaces. Only recommendation is to bring some extra blankets to snuggle with and some slippers.

Beautiful location
Simple property, built for vacation rental, right on the lake. Shower heads need replacing, 3 out of 5 beds are hard and 10am check out time is too early. This is the only property that I have stayed at that has such an early check out time and they were unable to allow us more time even thought they had 6 hours to clean and prepare for new guests to arrive at 4.

Spacious home right on lake
We had a great time here. Our group of ten and one baby had plenty of space. The house is right on the lake which was great for our boat rental. We were able to pick/up drop off right from the yard as the water is deep enough. We had a blast swimming and playing on floaties right out front. The bed rooms were spacious and comfortable and were far enough away so that people going to bed early didn’t have noise issues from those staying up. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside that is easy to fix - the coffee maker either needs to be descaled or replaced since it took about 40 minutes to brew a single pot. There were also quite a few fruit flies - but it is harvest season. We ended up putting all food in the two fridges to help keep the fruit flies away.

Beautiful property in a great location. Lots of fishing right in front. Our kids loved it! House is spacious and well laid out to accommodate several families. Property manager was SUPER helpful! Only note to renters is to bring all cooking ingredients (spices, condiments, olive oil, etc.) Overall, great place to stay!

This property provided my group with weekend you couldn’t duplicate. From the layout of the floor plan too the positioning and proximity too the lake, this house offers a relaxing vibe that’s unmatched in my book. This house suited our family very well and the location is very good. we were somewhat dissapointed in the cleaning crew who left the oven cleaner spray in the oven, several of the lights were burnt out - like the microwave surface light and the oven light as well as a couple of room lights. the rugs were not vacuum very well and the windows had not been cleaned for some time. We are a proactive family so we took care of most of the problems ourselves and realize some of these issues the maitenance service were not aware of or never bothered to check. The barbecue was loaded and smoked out the place when we fired it up so we had to clean that up as well. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed this home and are coming back again. The property was beautiful, but we did have several issues while staying there.
First night there an alarm for the hot water heater was going off and so for the next several days we had to deal with not enough hot water and service techs coming to try to fix the unit. The coffee maker did not work and parking was almost impossible since the unit next door took all of our parking spots. All the towels were left in the dryer and we didn't see then until three days after arrival, dirty sheets left on the master bed. We were there for my daughters wedding and this made it difficult to enjoy!

Great property with lots of room for the family!
Overall the property was terrific. The garbage situation was less than ideal. The garbage can at the top of the driveway was completely full and we were unable to cram any more into it. In addition there was garbage from previous guests left in the house. We ended up taking two bags of garbage with us when we left just to avoid leaving the next guests with the same situation.

Very spacious
We enjoyed our family week vacation at the "Hollywood Beach House". We have a large group and the house was spacious and comfortable to accommodate us. We will secure this house for our annual family week at Lake Chelan next year. Great Fun!!!
