This was a great spot and Linda was very helpful and sweet, she even left some goodies for us during our stay. The house accommodates plenty of people and had a great backyard. Although it’s a bit dated, it’s comfortable and a overall great spot

Linda’s property is perfect for larger groups (we had 8) because of the amazingly large backyard with seating for 12+. Front porch has 4 comfy Adirondack chairs too. I swear she has dishes, wine glasses and silverware for 25+ and pretty much every serving and cooking item you may EVER need. The AC kept the entire house super cool, even upstairs and we were a 15 min drive from everywhere we needed to be. And her house has a bathtub!!! And the dishwasher is super big and had the hottest sanitizing cycle ever. Everything was super great quality!! Thanks Linda, I would absolutely stay at your place next time.

We visited Eugene to attend a Nike track meet at Hayward Field. It worked out perfectly for the group of 8 of us. The house was immaculate with a modern kitchen and bathrooms. The porch and yard are beautiful. Linda was very responsive and helpful. She even left us some delicious lemon blueberry bread to sample! I highly recommend this property.

It's a beautiful house, with an impeccably clean, museum-like charm, well suited for group meals around the ample dining room table and the multiple, round backyard tables. The large back yard is beautifully landscaped and offers both group patio seating and private, secluded areas. Linda, the owner, clearly takes pride in her property and made every effort to make us comfortable during our stay

This is a beautiful and pristine home, and Linda is a friendly, welcoming and responsive host. The decor is traditional and historic, updated where it matters with high quality modern amenities. The large, gracious front porch is great for watching the world go by. Huge back patio and yard, table seating, and BBQ grill are perfect for family gatherings. The large yard is immaculately landscaped with gorgeous green lawns and formal gardens. The whole property shows tremendous pride of ownership! All of our restaurant budget ended up going to groceries instead because we never wanted to leave this peaceful oasis :)

This beautiful house, set in the most lovely yard, was simply perfect for us. The house was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen very well-supplied with everything anyone could need, and the wine and banana bread Linda left for us was more than we could have asked for! This was more house than the three of us really needed....However, we would stay there again any time!

It was a treat to stay in this lovely home. There was more than enough room for our family of 4 and the beds were very comfortable. The property was spotless upon arrival and well appointed with everything we needed, and more. The yard and gardens were so beautiful and provided a peaceful and verdant oasis on hot July days. The host was lovely, very communicative and gave us great information about the area which enhanced our stay. All in all a fantastic time! We'd definitely stay here again. Five stars!

Beautiful, functional and peaceful!
We rented this property to hold a bridal shower for my daughter. The stay was perfect! Beautiful exterior and interior. We had everything we needed and then some. Linda was a joy to work with and went over expectations with suggestions and helping to make sure our needs were met. The weekend was perfect and we would definitely stay again. Area was pretty quiet with close access for our needs. Highly recommend for adults and older kids. Top drawer!!

Perfect Choice
Our family of 5 had an excellent weekend in Eugene taking in a concert and football game. The house was immaculate and filled with interesting antiques. The house is located close to downtown Eugene (for the concert) and Autzen Stadium. My wife loved the yard and nicely manicured gardens surrounding the house. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lovely Home Filled with the Amenities and More
We had a quick stay at this home and wish we had had more time to enjoy the history noted throughout the house as well as the gorgeous garden. This home was in a perfect location from all that we wanted to do in Eugene. Linda thought of EVERY detail one would need when staying away from home including some yummy wine and fabulous banana bread.

Amazing Property
This house is a wonderful step back into a more charming era. It is clean and tidy and decorated with love. The care given to every detail is very evident. We were 6 adults and two children and the bedrooms are perfect. The kitchen though on the small side is updated with new appliances and has every convenience you could possibly ask for. There is plenty of room to gather together or spread out for some quiet alone time. The yard is a showcase of roses, peonies, lavender and many more beautiful plants. The front porch is the ideal place for a quiet cup of coffee in the morning. The host is amazingly friendly, helpful, responsive and a pleasure to talk with. The only downside to this property is how hard it was to leave!! We highly recommend this wonderful home.

Beautiful home, thoughtful owner.
The home slept 8 comfortably. During our stay, we hosted another group staying at a separate location for two dinners and two game nights. The house was comfortable with tweny of us eating and playing games. Beautiful outside area in the back where we barbequed. The owner has provided a well stocked pantry and has an abundance of various cooking and serving utensils, dishes etc.

The house was very clean and owner was great to work with. We enjoyed the back yard with its neighborhood owl and BBQ in the evenings. (neighbor kittie visited us as well) I could not imagine needing anything that was not available for cooking and serving a great meal. Thanks for the wine and fruit bowl too Linda. The Panit gang.

Spacious, accommodating, and comfortable!
Eight of us stayed in this house over a long weekend, and it was absolutely lovely. We ate most breakfast and dinners around the table after having cooked in the kitchen, and felt rested in between our roller derby games. The front porch was so peaceful and cozy, I wouldn't have minded sitting there for a full day. Such a great stay!

Beautiful Bungalow
We loved staying at the bungalow in Eugene. We were a party of 7 adults. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. The location had easy access to the highway to allow us to visit the local vineyards. We were greeted with a wonderful banana nut cake and a bowl of fruit. There's a large outdoor grill that we used to cook steaks and fresh vegetables on, then sat outside in the cool fall weather. I would highly recommend this property.

The property is exquisite! Beautiful inside and out!
The first thing you see when pulling in the driveway is the beautiful yard and inviting porch. We stayed at the property for a family reunion and to attend a Ducks Football Game. Linda is a superb host! The home was immaculate and beautiful. The kitchen is better stocked than mine with everything you would need for a small or large meal. The yard is peaceful and gorgeous. Even the towels and linens are terrific! Linda provided thorough rules, instructions and ideas for local attractions, shops and restaurants.
I would highly recommend this property and my entire family is ready for another stay in this wonderful home!

Cottage Journal Contender
Upon our arrival, we were enthralled by this cottage's sweeping architecture and stunning landscaping. With anticipation my husband, daughter and I entered through the gates leading in two directions to the most beautiful lawns, rose gardens and shaded park-like back yard. The full length front porch with cushioned Adirondack chairs in designer colors and fabrics was welcoming eye candy, awakening the senses to what lay beyond. We enjoyed choosing our bedrooms and were warmly greeted with a bottle of local wine and a copy of Linda's book "Which Fork do I Use?," for our perusal. With Linda's interests in dining etiquette, the kitchen was not only lovely, but it was stocked with delightful dishes and flatware. The laundry room was conveniently located in the basement. The neighborhood was quite, with the delightful far distant sound of the train yard throughout the day. Returning each morning from our walks we felt we were coming home to the most beautiful one of all. Linda was always quick to respond and genuinely interested in our overall experience. When she learned that my daughter would not be able to keep her bike for the extended stay, she offered hers for the entire month and a half. Truly, this was one of my favorite places I've stayed. My only regret is that is was not longer.
