The condo was the perfect spot for our ski vacation, close to shops and perfect for skiing the canyons side. Quiet neighborhood very nice.

Very pleased with the property, fireplace, kitchen and jetted tub in master bathroom.

Our unit wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before we arrived. We encountered dirty/smelly linens and hair on the pillow cases as if they never washed them between guests. There were a lot of stains on the furniture and carpets as well as boogers on the walls. We were lacking a white key access card and garage door opener. We called the property management company, Vacasa, and we’re told they would need to contact our local Vacasa team and we would have to wash the sheets ourselves in our complimentary laundry or stay in a hotel which won’t be reimbursed by them. We chose to wash the sheets in our laundry, but the wash machine was so bad that it took all night to complete, resulting in us not sleeping all night and missing out on skiing the next day as we slept. This was handled very poorly. We continued to contact Vacasa and get no resolve with the company until we located the local office ourselves and proactively visited there in person. Kristen was very helpful and receptive at the local office and shocked to hear how we were treated by corporate and admitted she hadn’t been notified about our issues by them yet. We also contacted VRBO and they said it wasn’t their problem once we checked into the unit and that it was Vacasa’s problem and we needed to take it up with them directly. Needless to say, this was a terrible start to our vacation and a real impedance to our ski trip. We didn’t rent a condo to be abused and have to fulfill the role in which the cleaning crew fell short.

This condo is located in a great spot. Close to PCMR and great restaurants.
Our family had all comfortable amenities. The garage was a bonus because our vehicle was always warm and ready to go on our adventures. Loved this location

Nice unit perfect for the 5 of us. Fully applianced, convenient to PC, heated parking and hot tub seconds away. Quiet top floor minutes from Olympic center. Will definitely rebook if we make it out there again!

This was a great spot for me and my 6 friends, lots of sleeping space and it had everything we needed. The heated garage was nice to have also.

Family Winter trip
The condo was very nice! Very clean, and spacious for our family. Beautiful view. It was great to be able to have an enclosed parking garage during the cold days. The fireplace was a nice touch. Great location and easy to access.

Not great for babies or toddlers
The bedrooms worked out well for our group, and it’s in a great location with a nice balcony. Everything did appear a bit more worn than we were expecting but still clean. However, I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have young children, especially babies or toddlers. We had two crawling babies, and there were so many wobbly furniture pieces that would topple if you barely bumped it. There are also a couple tables with sharp edges and corners, including a glass dining table top. A low magazine rack filled with magazines was a favorite for the babies to try to grab, too. There’s not a lot of room for little children to play safely, so keep that in mind if you book this. You’ll be moving a lot of stuff around if you do. It was nice that they provided a pack n play and high chair, though.

Nice place, coffee maker was broken but we made do. The check out time is a little rediculous. 11-12 would have been a lot nicer. Over all nice place.

Our stay
Nice condo. As expected. We’ve stayed at another unit last year. Only small issues, wifi is slow. And guest bathroom shower head was like a sandblasting your skin. But overall very comfortable.

We spent a week in this condo. It’s beautiful. Plenty of space for everyone. We loved that there are beach towels provided for the pool. The bar in the kitchen was a perfect gathering area for the family. Our only complaint is that the kitchen could be stocked better.

Spring Break Skiing
We were very happy with this property during our visit to Park City. The condo location is convenient to the ski hills, Olympic Park, and Kimball Junction shopping and restaurants. Its a short drive to Park City slopes and Main street. The kitchen is one of the best-stocked we have encountered in our travels, making it easy to prepare meals for the whole family. Multiple hot tubs are a quick walk from the condo for apres ski and the walking path is right out the door. We will definitely be back the next time we visit UT.

The key card for the hot tub was not available and it took several days to get it - not good.
Overall the property was very nice. It was rather disappointing that the Jacuzzi tub was not working and the key card for the hot tub was not in the condo and took 2 days to get one. The hot tub and Jacuzzi were main reasons why we chose the property.

Family Vacation
We stayed in this condo for a week on family vacation. It's in a great location. The condo is clean and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved being on an end unit because it was quiet. It's also close to the clubhouse although the pool and hot tub can get crowded at times. Our only complaint is that the kitchen is not as well stocked as other places we have stayed.
I did let Vacasa know that the jets in the tub in the master bath did not work.

Comfortable and Spacious
We have rented a lot of condos in Park City, and this one is the nicest. It is a top floor, end unit and vaulted ceilings and extra windows make it seem even larger. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Appreciated having washer and dryer. Would definitely rent here again.

Great location
Great location and family loved it! Perfect size for our family. Would come back and were there only for a short stay so didn't want to call about things that needed repair. Some things need attention for future people that stay here:
Dishwasher falls out of the cabinet area when you open the shelves to load them especially the top shelf and needs to be repaired to stay in place.
Fireplace has directions to start it but we tried all options and none worked - disappointed not to have a fireplace during our winter stay.
Tub drain is clogged and needs to be fixed as water sits in the tub while you shower.
Blankets were not on the beds in the winter and need to be washed.

The condo was excellent. The only drawback was one key to get into the clubhouse
The condo was perfect for the six of us during our stay. The end unit by the clubhouse was very convenient. The only drawback was one club house key when people were going at different times. Overall would stay there again

Short notice getaway
Our A/C broke so we decided to run to Park City for the weekend. What a great place! Booked quickly and ready to go. Enjoyed all the nice touches throughout including new board games for the kids. It’s across from the clubhouse with easy access to the pool and fire pit. Loved this stay! Thank you!

Great location and view!
This corner unit was great to stay at. It was close to everything and had a balcony with a beautiful view to enjoy your morning coffee on. The clubhouse was just steps away with a pool and a hot tub. We loved it!
