This spacious (over 1200 feet) condominium is located on the sixth hole of the Lagos course, in the gated exclusive resort community of the Desert Princess Country Club.

This unit has two master suite bedrooms each with a king-size bed. Exclusive to this unit is a separate dining area adjacent to the spacious, fully-stocked kitchen. The living room features ample seating, stylishly furnished with an entertainment center with DVD and a pull-out sofa bed.

Dine on the covered patio as you watch golfers on the tee box or relax at one of the nearby pools and spas. Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited.

Guests have access to 27 holes of championship golf, a fully-stocked pro shop, driving range, two putting greens, and clubhouse with dining room and bar. For those who are looking for more golf, guests have access to 36 more holes of golf at the adjacent championship golf course of Cimarron. Tennis players have access to eight tournament-style courts, including five that are lighted. There are also 6 lighted Pickle Ball courts. Besides this, the on-site hotel, The Double Tree, offers over 250 rooms, a restaurant, spa, and fitness center.

Occupants shall respect the neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.

No outdoor music, radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, devices that produces or reproduces sound can be used outdoors at any time. If used indoors, it cannot be heard beyond the property line. Use of outdoor amenities is prohibited between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am.

Older but well cared for property which worked great for a couple of golfing buddies. Parking was an issue with no access to the unit's garage and no visitor space parking available. Other than that it suited our needs just fine.

This was by far one of the best condos we have stayed at yet in Palm Springs. The unit is very clean and close to a couple different pools. Very close to grocery stores for a shopping etc. Would definitely rent again.

I am not a golfer but staying here made me want to take up the sport. Comfy condo with everything we needed. The grounds of the Desert Princess are maintained immaculately. We enjoyed walking and bicycling around the resort. Location made our outings for hiking and site-seeing easy.

The condo was perfect, we would be happy to stay there again. Very clean and beautiful grounds. The only problems were, the front door lock needs adjustment and we couldn’t figure out how to use the TV (which could have been operator error.)

Chose this property when a friend’s condo was unavailable for our dates. Liked the secure gated entry with friendly staff to greet us. The main road (Desert Princess) is lined with palm trees ringed in white lights (pretty!) Street signs can be hard to see at night but we used WAZE to easily navigate after locating the unit. A golf course winds through the property and although not very long—it is a fun track to play. The unit itself was well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Plenty of space for two couples or two golf buddies to stay. We’d definitely choose this property again!

Upon checking in the place was clean spacious and as advertised. The community the condo is in great very open clean and well maintained. This condo was perfect for my needs and would highly recommend it. Don was very responsive at all times.

We loved it. Was very spacious,clean,beautiful decor. Tv in every room. Bathrooms were large and inviting. Great community. We felt safe and secure. Great communication with the owner. He was very accommodating especially with changes of dates. My Marine was coming back from deployment and they changed it 4 times. The owner was so patient and understanding. We will definitely be back hopefully this time with my son.

We traveled from Virginia to this lovely location with a view of the golf course. The resort has wonderful trails and we enjoyed walking through the neighborhood. We played golf several times in such great weather. Our condo was super clean and the owners left all the supplies you need for this covid time: hand sanitizer, wipes, even masks. Also, bottled water, coffee, and other necessities -Very thoughtful. We loved our week plus stay. I will say the house is very dark. There are no overhead lights in the living room or bedrooms and no direct light from outside. In the summer this might be delightful because it’s so hot! But in the winter it felt cold.

Our stay was very pleasant. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, and the location is beautiful. Our view looked out on to the golf course, which was lovely. Some things are a bit dated, such as the brass plumbing fixtures, and there were little things missing that I normally find at VRBO rentals, such as soap and shampoo in the showers, but the positives far outweigh the negatives for this gem. Access to downtown Palm Springs was easy, there were scenic walking paths around the grounds, and there were many ammenities that were available. No complaints!

We had an excellent stay! Don was so responsive and wonderful to work with. We loved the condo. It had plenty of space and was very comfortable. We loved being right on the course. My husband and son played the course a few times, it was so convenient. Looking forward to staying here again soon!

The location of home is great as close to everything in the Palm Springs & Cathedral City area. Don the host of home is very fast to return emails and phone calls. 15 minutes to Costco and across the street from a Ralph's and Starbucks store. Great location and the ammenities of Desert Princess are outstanding. Perfect for 2 singles or perhaps 2 couples. Outstanding outside patios (3) in total. Close to Palm Springs or a short drive to Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, or 20 minutes on the highway to Indio. Close to Imax, The River, Cabazon Outlets, etc. Vehicle required. Would recommend to friends.

This property was a delightful place to stay. Quiet, except for the dog walkers early in the am! Nice breezes and patio on north side of building, so never hot sun. Well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. Probably could benefit from a carpet cleaner is only complaint.

This condo was very cute, well-kept, comfortable and perfect for our needs. I would recommend it to anyone and would definately consider staying there again in the future. The owner was incredibly nice and easy to work with. There were no problems at all. It was about 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs and 15 minutes from the Cabazon Outlet mall. Thanks for a great stay!!!
