About this apartment rental

Lovely and fully decorated condo, on South Hutchinson Island. This 2-bedroom 2 bath beauty has been totally remodeled by a woman! Nothing has been forgotten and comes with lots of accents such as crown molding, solid doors, chair rails, and wooden window trim. As you enter the home you will come to the brand-new remodeled kitchen on the left. All stainless appliances with Corian countertops and new cabinets will delight you. Large 2 sinks all stainless with a chef’s faucet make cooking fun. Frig has a built-in door ice and water dispenser. Super retro enclosed ceiling fan with light will keep the kitchen cool. A pass-through to the dining room seats 4 comfortably. The table looks out over the sliding glass doors and balcony. Adjacent is the large living room with a computer desk and 2 couches with an old trunk as a coffee table. The hallway leads to the pantry and linen closet. Next, you will arrive at the first bedroom with an adjacent full tub/shower bathroom. This bedroom is furnished with matching cream furniture and a queen-size bed. A flat-screen TV with cable is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom is remodeled with shiplap walls, a new vanity, a new sink, and tub faucets. Great above the sink lighting will make your time spent here very comfortable. Next is a private door to the master suite. Upon entering the master, you will come to the new bathroom on your right. The new bathroom is trimmed out with a wooden white decorative chair rail. New vanity and faucets round out this tub/shower bath. To your left, you will enter the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed. Fully furnished with dressers and mirrors, hidden Flat Screen TV rounds out this comfortable hiding place. The master comes complete with its very own large walk-in closet! Lots of lighting, shelving, and hanging bars will hold all of your needs. The home is very quiet and each door is solid, and all new windows are Hurricane Proof! Local and easy are plenty of parks, ocean, inlet, beaches, and interesting places to visit. Two great spots are just down the street from our unit, St. Lucie Historical Museum, and Smithsonian Aquarium. Boat ramp and scenic parks make for nice walks along the inlet. Pelican Yacht club is on the corner and this is a great spot if you’re keeping a boat at the club. Several condo owners belong to the club and walk to and from their slips. The city of Ft. We stayed at this condo for 2 weeks in January. The condo was extremely clean and well cared for. Everything was updated and well appointed. The location is perfect for walking to beach and several restaurants. Our host was very helpful.
