Come and enjoy sunny San Diego in this freshly remodeled beach vacation rental. Stroll to the beach with your surfboard, run along the boardwalk, or bike around Sail Bay. Verona By The Sea is a 4-unit condo complex with 2 studios and two 2 bedroom units. This unique property is conveniently located close to local dinning, shopping, bars, nightlife, mission bay, and the ocean. Pacific/Mission Beach is 500 feet away from the condos and Mission Bay is 100 feet away!

This is a newly renovated ground level studio. It was remodeled down to the studs and thoughtfully redesigned with beach living in mind. The kitchen is fully stocked, there is a new flat screen TV with 'smart' technology and wifi. The studio was designed to maximize space with a custom built queen sized murphy-bed and custom couch with full sized sleeper sofa. The queen bed comfortably fits 2 adults and the sleeper sofa is ideal for up to 2 young children to accommodate a maximum of 4 individuals.

There is a common courtyard patio shared by guests staying at the condos that offers bay views and is a perfect spot for grilling and sunbathing. A hot tub accommodates up to 7 and is the perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. Steps away from the condo in the evenings you can view the fireworks from Sea World.

We loved staying at this location! I cannot believe how close it was Mission Bay and the ocean. It was incredible! It was within walking distance to restaurants and even the grocery store. The place is small, but charming. It’s about the same size as a hotel room. It was nice to have a full-sized kitchen. The bed wasn’t super comfortable, but for the price we paid, I don’t feel like that is something that can be complained about. If we come back to San Diego, we’d definitely stay here again!

This apartment gives you the best of both the bay and the beach with just a short walk to either location. The fully furnished kitchen was perfect for making meals. We really appreciated the foot washing area by the hot tub for post beach fun. The bedding was a bit uncomfortable, but we are used to a sleepnumber bed. We still had good sleep as the location was super quiet.

Great little bungalow in a great location! We loved it. Only complaints were very slow tub drain - water up to ankles While Showering and we would have appreciated more Pillows be in view (not in cubie). More pillows in general would have been great.

The property was cute and clean and everything was so walkable - beach, bay, restaurants, bike rentals, grocery store, shopping. And the hot tub was a great way to end the day. It was great!! The host was super responsive when I asked a question. I would definitely recommend this rental and we will definitely be renting there again!!

The location is sooo good. Tucked away from the beach activity and just a short walk to either the ocean or the bay. Walkable to Sea World. Lots of fun/nice restaurants and miles of beach. The unit itself is well appointed, clean, and very comfortable. We will return!!

A little smaller than we anticipated but overall worked great for us! The kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much anything you'd need. The hot tub was nice, however you do share it with a couple other units in the complex.

Veronica’s studio was in the perfect location to explore Pacific Beach. The studio is well equipped with a small kitchen, murphy bed and pull out sofa. The outdoor table and chairs were a plus. It was a little tight with three people, but we didn’t spend much time in the room. Would definitely recommend staying here.

For the most part, the studio was very clean and updated. There is no AC which I assume is common in San Diego but, even with the windows open, this place still got warm. The host did supply a stand up fan to help which was nice. The bathroom could use some updating as the tub was pretty worn. The murphy bed is a nice feature as you can put it up when you're not using it to give more space. We wanted to use the hot tub but it was really dirty (heaps of sand on the seats). It was like that our entire 4 day stay so we never got to enjoy it. The location of the place is fantastic with both the beach and the bay very close. Its walkable to so many places. The parking spot is a nice perk too since parking in the area can be difficult. I did have to contact the host once before the stay and once during and both times the communication was lacking but in the end it all worked out. We'd be open to staying here again.

The Check in process was very simple. The location was amazing. Feet from Mission Bay and Mission beach was across the street. Restaurants, stores, and rental places within walking distance. Would love to stay here again!

The Studio is located 2 blocks to the ocean. It is beautiful walking along the ocean. A major benefit is having a parking space. We enjoyed the kitchen area for snacks and breakfast. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and using the oven. It was a great place to stay.

This location has to be one of our all time favorites. The place makes you feel right to home. We noticed all the updates from the appliances to the cookware and utensils. There was new patio furniture too. The location is right in the middle of everything. Will return again in the near future.

My husband, and I and our 16-year old daughter stayed here for a week. The condo is bright and clean and well decorated. The kitchen is fully stocked. The location is excellent! It’s a hop, skip, and a jump to both the bay and the beach. The bay is quieter for your morning coffee and a book. The beach is active with lots of waves, surfers, and people watching. You get your pick! It was a nice walk along the boardwalk to Belmont Park with lots of restaurants around to choose from. The owner lovely and is very quick to answer questions and respond to messages. Thank you Veronica!

This is a pretty apartment conveniently located in a village-like beach community in a vibrant metropolitan area. The small group of apartments has a graceful, uniform appearance from the exterior, where it is graced with a small front yard with small patches of grass, pavement, and a small deck containing a nice-sized hot tub. Inside, the apartment is well-appointed with new appliances, counters, couch, bathroom fixtures, etc. The ensemble gave me a relaxing place to settle at the end of the day, and to re-energize me at the start of the day. Of note, the narrow patio and yard area, surrounded by a fence, is unique in the neighborhood. When I was there, a small family with 2 young children was staying in one of the accompanying apartments, and it struck me that this property is a great place for very young children because they can play outdoors, on grass, within the fenced patio area. If the parents want to relax in the hot tub or dine at the patio table, the children still have their little adventure area!

This place is a hidden gem beach on one side boardwalk on the other close to everything parking on site This was our 3rd time to San Diego and by far this was the best location. You won't be disappointed in this lovely studio

I stayed at this property for two weeks in August. The location to the bay and ocean is hard to beat: just a stroll. And thank goodness for the parking spot! Fireworks can be seen from SeaWorld on the bay side. This studio is located in a neighborhood with full time residents which is quite nice. The studio was perfect for just me; a Murphy bed and sofa and comfortable kitchen. I didn’t use the laundry which is coin operated and the bbq was too dirty for me to use. The apartment does get quite warm even for August: there is a fan which I used constantly. Veronica was a kind and attentive owner. Thank you for the accommodations.
