We had a wonderful time at Frankcot.
We had a wonderful time at Frankcot. The owners were really helpful and even left us a home-made cake and bottle of wine in a welcome pack. The beds were made-up and clean when we arrived, there were towels for everyone, the summer house was lovely, the house was tidy and clean and they even left us some milk in the fridge and a toilet roll for the bathroom. ASDA (with a petrol station) is a short walk away and so is a shopping complex with some good shops. There is a really nice pub, The Links, 5 minutes walk away that does great food and welcomes families. It's also good for a quiet evening drink for the adults. The house is in a quiet area and is a short drive from the centre of Llandudno or a do-able walk if you prefer. It's easy to access the roads out of town from here and is a good base for visiting the whole of the North coast and right across to Chester. The only slight downside is that there is quite a bit of on-street parking but we could have found a space if we'd needed it. We were able to reverse into the driveway so parking wasn't an issue for us but the driveway would be a bit tight for anything bigger than a Ford Focus. It was our first house rental and visit to Llandudno and we had such a good time we would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

We had a lovely holiday and found Dimitri very considerate and responsive.
We had a lovely holiday and found Dimitri very considerate and responsive. It is a comfortable walk into town from Francot and there are plenty of dog friendly places in the area which was really useful as the weather when we visited was typical for March. There is a lovely little sun house at the bottom of the garden which we used one day which would be lovely in Summer. The garden was enclosed which was important for us taking our dogs. It was a lovely base to explore Conwy and other locations in the area.
