We really enjoyed our stay though we drove past it 3 times when we were trying to find it on our arrival. It could do with a sign at the end of the drive by the road. The cottage was lovely with wonderful views and walks nearby and handy to visit other places.

Bwthyn Pereos is a delightful holiday home in a wonderful location.
Bwthyn Pereos is a delightful holiday home in a wonderful location. The power station really does not detract from its outlook.
It is rare to find a holiday property of this quality that is dog friendly. Our Boxer loved the garden and walks.
I would love to have rated this cottage 10 because of its unique location and overall layout but I have deducted 2 points for the following reasons:
. The hot water pressure is ridiculously low so showering is not a great experience, more so for my wife with her long hair.
. There is a washing machine but no dryer. My wife felt that for the money there should be one.
. Finally, I really did miss an evening walk to a pub.
I hope I have been fair, I would not want anyone to to think we did not enjoy our stay because we had a wonderfully restful time...it just fell a little short of perfection.
We would come and stay again because the overall package is great.

This is our second visit, with two more booked for this year! We absolutely love it here, the house is in such an enviable position, the view I would never tire of, the beautiful sunset over the Skerries lighthouse, is an image I will always remember. The house is comfortable, well furnished, and well equipped, you can take a dog which is great for us, she loves the freedom of the garden and the walks. The house is on the Anglesey costal path, two minutes away from the bird nature reserve and the coast. I didn't really want to leave a review, because it is such a little gem, I don't want the whole world to know about it, but the house and its owner's deserve a five star review.
