On arrival, we found food from previous guests in the bread bin, the kitchen utensils and the kitchen cupboards were dirty. On leaving, we found underwear from a previous guest under one of the children's beds. One of the double beds was clearly broken and had a massive dip in one side. Outdoor furniture tired and tatty. I wanted to love this little house with its medieval quirks but it was way below standard for the price.

A fabulous property very quirky. Hosts left a fabulous hamper of goodies. Had a lovely Christmas tree & decorations. The only downside was as it was new year & obviously busy none of us had a wink of sleep for 3 nights! The noise of revellers until 4.30am then the beer delivery, the road sweeper at 5am & the bin men but other than that a lovely place

Fantastic house in a great location.
Fantastic house in a great location. Was ideal for a family get together. Loved the quirky little rooms and twisting staircases. Not suitable for young children or the elderly due to the steep and narrow staircases. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
