The house was amazing and in a lovely area.
Just a short walk to the beach but be aware Beach isn't that easy to access as you have go go down quite steep incline of pebbles to get to the beach and back up it. Other than that beach is beautiful clean.
The house is very spacious lot of storage and everything you will need.
Beds are comfortable hole house was comfortable.
The owners were extremely helpful when i had one or 2 problems.

What a fantastic bungalow, a great location just a short walk to the beach, which as per previous reviews you have to go across stones that could be tricky for someone with mobility problems, but the beach is great and so close it's brilliant. Also the little steam train is great fun for kids and also only a 2 minute stroll away. Also a short drive to Castell y Bere which was really interesting and beautiful. The owners were really helpful, really appreciated. Would highly recommend this place to anyone. A great location in a beautiful part of Wales.

Arrived at Fairlawns at 3.
Arrived at Fairlawns at 3.30pm, to find the cleaners had only just arrived! They were less than welcoming and we drove off for half an hour or so, by which time the cleaners had left. Most places were clean, but the table cloth was filthy with remnants of dried on food, and at both ends of the table were tinned spaghetti sauce stains where children's hands had been wiped on the cloth.
We did find Fiarlawns very well equipped with good quality appliances, utensils etc. We were very comfortable too. However I would recommend the construction of a proper step outside the patio door, the kerb sett was not adequate and poses a real safety hazard in my opinion.
We all liked Fairbourne village, although the information should state that access to the beach is very difficult.
Overall, a very good holiday let in a lovely quiet village setting.

The bungalow is ideally placed within very easy walking distance to the sea, local shops and pubs/local eateries.
You can walk across to Barmouth in about an hour (or take a 5 minute train trip), but if you are happy to cross the pebbles Fairbourne Beach is on your doorstep and in my opinion is better.
I could not fault the cleanliness of the accomodation or the helpfulness of its owners both before or after the holiday. (We left some personal belongings at the bungalow and needed assistance from its owners to retrieve them)
The locals were really friendly and happy to stop and chat, being very proud of their little village
All in all if you want a quiet break away from the hustle bustle of modern life and enjoy the superb scenery of North West Wales this holiday home is ideal.
