As previously commented by another reviewer, if you are into all new everything, shiny, and spotless
As previously commented by another reviewer, if you are into all new everything, shiny, and spotlessly clean, this is probably not the place for you. However, if you into a relaxing, comfortable holiday, with 1st class views and great walks, I strongly recommend this delightful and quirky cottage. There is boatloads of space, with 4 bedrooms, and a large comfortable lounge out front, and also out the back. Being able to open the front door and have 2 paces to the beach was incredible! The bed was very comfy, and the 2 chairs at the front were perfect for sitting and watching the world go by. There was a lot of dog-walking traffic, fishermen, wind-surfers-fab. Out the front of the cottage and to the right was a stunning and gorgeous walk around Pagham Harbour-highly recommended.
The kitchen is small, but fine for simple holiday meals. We would particularly recommend Jordan's Butcher & Fishmonger in closeby Rose Green, and Julie's Fish Hut in Selsey-fantastic quality products. Also recommend the Runcton Farm Shop. Great breakfast at the Pagham Beach Cafe just around the corner. We intend to return.

Fantastic location.
Fantastic location. Spacious accommodation. Decor a bit tired (probably as end of season?) Definitely recommend. Will certainly return.

We very much enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful, peaceful location.
We very much enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful, peaceful location. It was lovely to wake up in the morning, open the blinds, and have a view over the beach and out to sea. The bungalow was roomy, well appointed and comfortable. We had occasion to contact the caretaker for some "running repairs" to a lavatory cistern and toilet seat. The response was very helpful and the necessary repairs carried out with the minimum of delay. We feel we received first class service.

Ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.
Ideal spot for a relaxing holiday. This was our fourth year staying at Thalassa and there are many places of interest within a short drive such as Arundal, Chichester. There is a lovely Art and Craft centre in Rose Green just a short drive away with a lovely tea shop called Nice and Tasty just a few doors away from the art centre. Well worth a visit.

We had a lovely holiday in Thalassa, very big and comfortable and everything we needed (and more!!) was there. Fascinating sleeping in the old railway carriages and loved the old train seats mirrors and light. Would definitely return. Direct access to the beach was excellent and so close to the beach Café (open 9-10pm) the shop and coop.

Perfect for a quiet holiday to relax and unwind.
Perfect for a quiet holiday to relax and unwind. Loved sitting and looking at the view and enjoyed the daily visits of two seagulls. Nearby were places to eat and the Co-op had everything we needed. No tourist attractions as such and nothing to do except enjoy the view. House is very comfortable and we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Would benefit from a deep clean but otherwise have nothing but good to say.
