I can thoroughly recommend Park House.
I can thoroughly recommend Park House. It had such character and was very homely, with everything we needed. The owners were very friendly and helpful and the wine and cake were a welcome touch. We would certainly go there again.

A group of 5 ladies spent a truly comfortable, warm, splendid 3 nights at Park House. There was plenty of space for everyone, really comfortable beds and bedding and Nikki couldn’t have been more helpful, an ideal host. I would recommend this holiday rental without hesitation. The location was really quiet with a lovely garden and there was plenty to occupy us in the area.

Really enjoyed our stay.
Really enjoyed our stay.
The weather was great so the kids were able to get good use of the spacious, secured garden and the house was plenty big enough for two families with 5 young kids!!
The owner had organised a treasure hunt on our arrival which the kids loved.
Would recommend staying here and we may do so again.

We had a wonderful weekend. 2 families of 4 came together for a great catch up. The cottage was spacious but cosy. Clean and well stocked. There are lots of games and books to enjoy should it rain non stop. The garden is perfect for playing games in with the kids too. The owners could not have been more helpful and kind.
It is 5 mins from the A1 so it makes it very accessible and it is straight forward to find. We visited Twin lakes as we have young children which was great and we had Sunday lunch at the Gregory which I would also recommend.

Holiday was for a family get together.
Holiday was for a family get together. The house was great for this. Very comfortable with plenty of space for too small toddlers and eight adults. The snug was a nice room for an escape! The downstairs bedroom with two single beds and shower and toilet close to hand would make this house ideal for a party that had anybody that could not use stairs. Beautiful enclosed garden suitable for our dog and the children! Would happily use again.
