This exquisite log home is perched on a hillside and offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Each day, you can gather in the great room to plan your itinerary. In the evening when you return, you can get-together around the fireplace to chat about your favorite activity. A wall-mounted flat screen gives you a chance to catch up on your shows when you are in for the night. Cooking home-style meals is easy in the well-equipped kitchen. As other reviews have stated, great house and great view but not well maintained. Arrived to AC not working, thermostat set to 58, so someone knew it wasn’t working and turned it down that low to try to make it work. Taylor Made was out right away followed by an HVAC technician, but couldn’t get the issue resolved until the next evening. Could not sleep the first two nights due to raccoons being in the attic and making horrible noises all night. Once Again Taylor made was right out and tried to resolve the situation, but was unable to. We left due to the issues, and Taylor Made helped us find another place to stay to save our family vacation.
I hope the owner takes this feedback and the others as action to start maintaining the house I little better because it is a great house!

We had a great time at this home. It was a group of friends with small kids. The home needs more maintenance, upkeeps and upgrades. I would probably not stay here again unless I was out of other options or improvements were made to the house.

Great house for family reunion
The property was wonderful. Lots of spacious room. Children played games, adults played cards and cooked and we had s’mores in the evenings.

Great house, well maintained. Well stocked kitchen with respect to utensils, plates glasses, etc... some TLC on exterior weeds on patio, a couple missing cushions would be well spent time. That said, would absolutely go back.

Stayed for a long weekend before kids start hybrid school. Great location close to everything. Very clean and well laid out floor plan. Lots of space. Next time we’ll bring friends! Outdoor is just as lovely with plenty of seating, stunning views and fun times around the fire pit and hot tub. We enjoyed family games provided and learned how to play shuffleboard. Tvs in every room with direct tv, vcr and movies for all ages and easy check in process. Highly recommend and will definitely return during summer to enjoy the lake.

Beautiful cabin in great, peaceful location

We had an amazing snow ski weekend at this lovely home called Altitude Adjustment. Plenty of room for 5 couples. The kitchen was so well supplied with every kitchen gadget. I love to cook so all was much appreciated. We will be back next year.

Really good experience. The communication was great. The home was prefect for our family. Clean and very comfortable (home like). The drive to the Lake wasn't bad at all. The only down side was you couldn't see the lake as well as we thought based on the pictures. We would definitely go back. Had a great time.

We had a great weekend and the house was beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed. The office responded quickly when we had a concern. The only problem we had was that the tv had parental controls and we were not able to watch many shows, including the World Series! But we enjoyed all aspects of the home and we would definitely come back again!

The place was great with big living areas and open concepts on lower and first floors. 5 bedrooms and 4 baths worked out well for our family of 10 adults and 2 babies. But the place smelled from Wednesday to Saturday so 3 days until they were able to dry clean the main living room couch. it smelled better after that so our last day there was no cat pee days. The place also has fire pit and 6 person jetted hot tub to gather around and enjoy the evening outdoors. The first floor also has a bar and games to play into the late hours. All in all a great place and great time other than the smell.

We had a great time hanging out in Deep Creek with friends over a long weekend before the 4th of July. The home is beautiful and fully stocked with all amenities. Kids particularly loved the shuffleboard table. We had a few issues that were quickly resolved by the staff. We had registered for early check in, but the home wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Taylor Made sent the cleaning crew out within the hour. Also the upstairs air conditioner was broken and the maintenance staff worked hard to fix it. Also the automated check in system never worked. I’d call and it would say the property wasn’t ready for check in... In all we had a great experience, notwithstanding a few glitches.

We has just a few minor things that needed to be addressed but I called and the maintenance person came over right away to fix them. Great place to stay in Deep Creek. I would highly recommend it!

If you are looking for the perfect mountain getaway, look no further. The Altitude Adjustment cabin is perfectly equipped from decor, kitchen, sleeping arrangements, and activities! We could have easily spent more than 2 days in the home and never ran out of things to do. The lake views are second to none and there is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. Shuffleboard was a huge hit. I can not wait until we return to Deep Creek and stay in this home again, highly recommend!

This property is perfectly situated with an amazing view...very private! We arrived and found everything to be in order and well kept. The furnace fan motor was not working but one call to Taylor-Made and we had a technician on site within an hour to make the repair which took about 45 minutes. Even the technician was friendly and professional. This property is definitely top on the list.
