Freshly renovated with new flooring, furniture, flat screen smart TV's and all new kitchen appliances. We have also updated the primary bathroom tub and shower. You will also find upscale bedding, linens and amenities. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. The den also has a sofa sleeper that makes a queen bed. What a gem in Sandestin! You really can’t beat the location with a central view of Baytowne Wharf and all of its activities. The place is extremely well kept and beautifully furnished. We had so much fun and hope to be back there soon!

Loved the location of this apartment. The event space was right in front of the balcony and the pool was just a few steps away. Stayed here with our grandchildren and played on the green, playground and fed the fish every night. Apartment was very clean, well stocked, and the host were very thorough with the information they sent!

The condo is beautifully decorated and perfectly set up for a family with teenagers. Bedrooms spaced apart and balcony for easy viewing of the ward. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife, children and I had a half-week stay at the property and had a wonderful time. The unit is exceptionally cleaned and appointed with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The family especially enjoyed the easy access to The Village of Baytowne Wharf shopping, dining and entertainment by simply going downstairs. We would highly recommended this place to any family traveling in the area.

This was such an amazing place. The condo was well furnished and tastefully decorated. It was extremely clean and we all felt very comfortable in the space. My family particularly enjoyed the view from the balcony, we watched the fireworks, a concert, a magic show and so on and the people watching was excellent! We ate at several of the restaurants in the development and did some shopping and it was all very nice. One thing in particular that I really loved was the fact that even though we were in the middle of the action, it was very quiet at night. We heard no outside noise whatsoever while sleeping, which is a big deal for us. I pack earplugs whenever I travel, but didn't need them on this trip at all.

Three lifelong friends stayed for 3 nights for the 2nd year in a row. The convenience of this particular condo is fantastic. No driving for entertainment. The Sand Dollar tram takes you to the beach and the restaurants are feet away from the condo. Wonderful nightly fun entertainment on the lawn for summer entertainment. It can all be viewed and enjoyed from the spacious balcony. The decor is class with perfection. Cleanliness is top notch. We can not say enough great things about this unit. We will be returning next year!

The place we were at, looked just like the pictures! It was beautiful. It was super close to the pool and a click away from being in the downtown area. It was enough space for my family and I. The kids, my husband and I enjoyed it. Instructions were left and an open line of communication was established ahead of time, if anything was needed. Only cons, we couldn’t find extra bedding for pull out bed and we had to wear shoes inside because if not the bottom of our feet would be black. Other than that it was very relaxing and enjoyable with our family! Definitely would like to go again such a great experience to have with our little ones.

This was the most well prepared vacation property we’ve ever stayed in! In addition to its perfect location, the condo was equipped with everything you could ever need! From paper towels and dish pods to hair dryers and charging stations, they had it all! It smelled magnificent and the views were so fun to enjoy all of the community entertainment. We had an amazing time!

We absolutely loved our week in Destin at this condo. There were a few hiccups but the rest of the week went smoothly. Great condo, perfect location, and beautifully decorated. Will be renting again soon.

The condo is cute, well taken care of and clean. Prime location if you want to be able to see all the entertainment. Unfortunately our trip had to be cut short due to unknown renovations in a unit above but the owners allowed us to relocate. Perfect place to take a family, though. So many activities all within walking distance.

We don't live far away and travel to Sandestin a few times each year. The balcony attracted us to this property, and I'm glad it did! The hosts sent all of the check in information in advance. Check in was a breeze. The property is clean and looks just like the photos. Will definitely be back!

Walked in and the smell was amazing. So clean and love all the decor. We absolutely loved the balcony. Able to people watch and watch band on Saturday evening. Walked everywhere and used tram go to beach. Stayed with 3 other girls and we enjoyed it so much. Wanting to take my kids and family sometime. Couldn’t get tv to work in my room but otherwise everything good. My friend said bathroom toilet having issues flushing otherwise loved our stay. Pool is amazing

My family and I stayed for three nights, the condo is very comfortable and felt like a home. The Baytowne Warf is a great dining/entertainment area, we thoroughly enjoyed the fireworks show from the balcony. The only issues we had were small ones, like a toilet that you had to flush three times to get it to go down, or the drain in the shower not being attached to the shower floor. Minor annoyances to an otherwise wonderful stay.

We’ve stayed in several different areas on the Sandestin resort, and this has by far been the best location. The condo was really nice and the pool/fitness areas were awesome. Staying right at the Village provided such easy access to everything we needed.

The convince to parking, elevator, pool and the tram is the best I’ve experienced vacationing so far!! The condo itself was perfect, the size was perfect not too big not too small and the balcony overlooking the park area was great!! We will definitely be back!! The owner was super helpful and easy to communicate with!

If you like to people watch, this is the place for you. The porch looks directly over where all the activities happen in the Village Square. Be warned that some of the Bars can be pretty loud, while the condo is very soundproof, bring earplugs just in case. Lots of things for 20 year olds to enjoy, and the four and six year-old enjoyed the playground to the max every day. Huge playground. Lots of kids to play with. Best enjoyed if you have a single car, finding parking for the second car can be hard at peak times unless you’re willing to walk a bit.

This rental was the perfect condo for three lifelong friends to enjoy a weekend in the area and specifically Baytowne. Baytowne already has a lot to offer and this rental is literally in the heart of the village. The spacious balcony over looks the village entrance and restaurants. You can’t beat being “right on top” of the attractions that the village has to offer. The condo was decorated with class, perfectly clean and comfortable! We will be making this an annual trip we have decided . The owners were very attentive and accommodating. Super people!

We really enjoyed our stay on this property. Very close to everything in the village. They had everything we could need and a store, shops, eateries, and entertainment just outside the building doors. We especially enjoyed the patio for relaxing and watching the entertainment after going to the beach or the pool. The owners were very responsive and helpful when needed. We will definitely rent this one again!

We had a wonderful time meeting up with family during the Gumbo festival. The balcony overlooked the courtyard of the village at Baytowne wharf and was perfect for people watching. The property was clean and well managed with all working appliances and no surprises. Our kids loved the pools and the nearness to all the activities. Overall, the property was exactly as promised and perfect for our stay. Thanks so much!!

This is by far our favorite condo we’ve ever stayed in Baytowne. Fantastic location near pool, village activities and restaurants and parking garage. The tram passes were fantastic for a quick ride to the beach. The condo itself is beautifully appointed with well-stocked kitchen, large tvs, soft mattresses and lush towels and sheets. Fantastic pre-check in communication and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely return!

We have stayed in numerous properties in the Sandestin/Baytowne Wharf area and this is one of our favorites. The location cannot be beat and the property was clean and in great condition. The owners were responsive to emails/messages and easy to work with. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

The condo was amazing. It’s almost directly across the hall from the pool and we could hear the music and watch the fireworks off the balcony. We would definitely rent again!
