The house was perfect for our needs. Great for a large group, plenty of room for everyone and more than enough beds/bathrooms. The backyard patio/pool area is especially nice. Lots of parking space and a convenient ride to just about anywhere we wanted to go. Would stay there again if we have another get-together in Vegas.

Check in was super easy. The house is large to hold a lot of people. It's a maze of rooms. Close to everything, lyft rides were not bad. 9 Needs a few updates but overall good house for Vegas.

We stayed here with a party of 14. The home is beautiful and spacious with lots of room for people to have their own bed. The host of the property is an excellent communicator and is very swift to answer any questions or concerns you may have. If we ever find ourselves in the area, this will definitely be our go to location to stay at!

Family reunion

Family reunion

We flew on from all over the country and spent a few days here. We found the house clean and neat but also inviting and cool. We enjoyed the art thought the house and like that the owner is the artist responsible for most of the art, we enjoyed his personal your. We have stayed in other VRBO homes here, but this home had the best highway and south strip access that we have seen. On a Friday night at 6pm, it took 11 minutes from this house to the aria for our dinner reservations. We also cooked several nights and the kitchen was very nice, well eguipped and fully functional. We also loved the yard with fully mature trees that provided shade and the pool was perfect. We couldn't be happier, thanks Paul, your house is beautiful.

It was 13 in our group and it was plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and if we ever had a group this large again we would definitely consider this property. Home is spacious with plenty of bedrooms and living spaces to allow everyone to find a place to relax; exterior is landscaped and well maintained. Convenient and easy access to grocery stores, pharmacy, Red Rock Canyon hikes, the airport, and the strip. Bonus room with plenty of space for groups to gather and play games, share meals and hang out. Kitchen worked very well for preparing meals for our group and the extra large fridge and freezer were great for stocking up when we arrived. The pool isn't heated but would work nicely to cool off when summertime temps are super high. Plenty of private parking, and home is located on quiet streets without much traffic or noise.

From check-in to check-out this home was spot on. The manager/owner takes a very personal interest in making sure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. While he was hands on getting checked in and showing you around the property he was very hands off during our stay and let us just enjoy the home and the property. The yard offered tons of seating and was very private. It was perfect for me and my sisters, who mostly just wanted to get away from our kids! The location was perfect as well, very close to the airport and strip without feeling like you were in the middle of things. On our last night there was an electrical issue making check out a little more complicated but Paul was on top of it. He had someone over right away and when it wasn't a quick fix he made sure that we were ok. I would HIGHLY recommend this home to anyone wishing to have a nice quiet get away and still experience the city of Las Vegas!

Paul's place is so perfect and so spacious with many rooms. We had the best time and the house accommodated the whole basketball team plus myself and my husband, my son and his friend. The house has a lot to offer besides so many sleeping rooms and other rooms to hang out in such as living room, game room, dining room, kitchen eating area. It has a lovely pool and Jacuzzi in a big back yard with a great patio. The neighborhood is super quiet with no street car noise. This is always a big big plus for me. The air condition works great and the kitchen is great to cook in. Paul is so nice and honest and caring. Definitely met all the creature comforts!!!

Honestly this was an overall great stay. The owner was very nice and accommodating. We all came from Philadelphia and New York for a little get away despite this pandemic and were satisfied with the whole experience. Our house was a short drive to the strip and even shorter from all the available convenience and grocery stores. We did have a little issue at the property which the owner and his lovely wife not only jumped on the situation but also gave us the most delicious sweet treats for our inconvenience. Definitely would recommits others and probably will return! Thank you Paul

Paul, has a very nice place on the SW side of Las Vegas. His house is great for large groups or multi families. We had 8 tennis players staying at his house. There is enough privacy for everyone and great Rec spaces too. Great outdoor space for BBq's and entertaining. Paul is great to work with, he truly wants his guests to enjoy their stay at his house. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This house was everything we needed and more. For 6 guys in town for a convention, we all had our own space and the amenities were plentiful. We made great use of the pool, grill, and the kitchen. Very large fridge/freezer in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Paul gave us a very thorough overview of the property upon check-in and definitely gave the impression that he would be more than happy to assist should the need arise, though it never did. Great location! Quick Uber/Lyft ride to the strip and airport. You are basically in the eye of Mandalay Bay. I would highly recommend and hope to return myself in the future!
