About this villa rental

Our spacious villa is available in January 2025 due to a cancellation.

It has a south-facing electric heated pool and the lanai overlooks a small, peaceful canal. It has a new pool cage.

The villa is furnished to a high standard, has full air conditioning, and wireless Internet. Some Rotonda properties are on busy roads, but our villa is located in a quiet cul de sac (no outlet) with no through traffic, so it's a wonderful place to unwind - yet it is close to many amenities.

The spacious living/great room has a 40" 4K TV, Blu-Ray/DVD Player, CD/radio, and two really comfortable power reclining sofas. There is a separate formal dining area and also a breakfast nook, but we enjoy eating at the poolside table, beside the sun loungers, looking out down the canal. Many of our guests sit out on the lanai in the evenings and make use of the barbeque grill.

The master bedroom is 24 feet long with a king-size bed and digital TV. It leads to a large en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, deep bath, 'his' and 'hers' wash basins and vanity units. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and digital TV, while the third bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom has a chest and walk-in closet, and there is a second bathroom with shower for bedrooms two and three. Both the master bedroom and the great room have sliding doors that open out onto the lanai.

The large kitchen is well-equipped with all the normal facilities. It has a breakfast bar with bar stools, and there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Rotonda West is a sought-after residential community, close to miles of superb sandy beaches. There are endless possibilities for golfing (4 courses within 5 miles!), fishing, shelling, boating, and nature trips. Scenic Broadmoor Park is very nearby.

The area boasts several good restaurants as well as casual dining, and there are many shops and malls in Englewood, Port Charlotte, Venice, Sarasota and Ellenton.

The combination of quality accommodation in a superb locality means a great stay for our guests, many of whom return to the villa when they vacation in Florida.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend getaway end of Dec. The place was as advertised, very nice, very clean and in a beautiful neighborhood. The kids especially enjoyed the pool. The bedrooms are spacious and beds comfortable. Would stay again!

We stayed here to be near my parents in Rotonda West, FL for Thanksgiving. Very clean, beautiful pool, bathrooms are a bit dated, and we ran out of toilet paper, but it's a spacious, 3 bedroom villa in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood. Thank you for allowing us a chance to stay in your wonderful home!

Great location. Love this area. The house was wonderful, but is a little outdated. The carpet is a faded pink and has lots of stains. The blinds needs replacing, the lights need lightbulbs, and the remotes need batteries. Just a few minor upgrades can go a long way. The one thing that really needs attention is the ants. We could not leave any food, plates, or glasses on the counter because there was always little ants. Always worse in the morning. Again, just a little TLC can make a big improvement.

Big house. Very nice, quiet area. Beaches and stores close by. Marcel (owner) was very nice and quickly responded to my questions and recommended few places to visit. We had a great time and highly recommend this house.

Property was in good order and pretty much everything you need. Could use a keurig machine😊. The bug screen was missing and we assumed the last hurricane took it as many homes were still under repair. When we checked out there were people dropping off materials to fix the screen. Very central to local beaches. Would highly recommend.

House was as advertised, bit dated, but spacious and clean. But we were not informed dat due to hurican Ian last year, the lanai, which was destructed, was not rebuild before we came and we were not informed about this! Some debris still lying around! And the mosquitos did find us. If we would have know this before -that there was no lanai anymore- we would have looked for another property.

A fun family trip with my daughter and granddaughters. Very clean, loved the layout of the house, and having a pool a few steps from the back door was wonderful! A couple small issues but they were taken care of the same day. A good owner to rent from.

Great Stay! House was as expected. As you can see from the pic, it's an older Florida style decor, but it was actually larger & brighter than the pictures showed and it was very clean. Plenty of room to spread out. Owner was very nice & responsive. Good value for the price.

So glad we booked this rental for our trip! It was in a quiet clean neighborhood and close to everything like stores gas stations and pharmacies. The villa itself was incredibly clean and well furnished with everything we needed to get started once we got there. The pool was beautiful and also very well maintained. We would definitely love to book this stay again in the future!

We really enjoyed staying in the villa. We had some relaxing time by the swimming pool. The kids enjoyed swimming. (The water temperature was perfect.) The house is very comfortable and well equipped for a family stay. There are floats and buckets and spades for kids. The house is located in a nice and quiet area. However we could access a lot places from there. We very much enjoyed visiting Sarasota, Venice, Myakka River State Park, St Pete, Stump Pass Beach State Park, Boca Grande, Punta Gorda, Englewood Beach and other places. We enjoyed Sunday brunches at the Water taxi restaurant and had dinners at the Farlows on the Water. I would especially recommend the second restaurant. Overall we had a lovely stay and would be happy to return for another vacation.

This stay was wonderful. The house is gorgeous. The pool was heated and the rafts and tubes available at the house were so nice. The beach was a nice distance. It was a quiet area and very enjoyable. The location was excellent. The house was immaculate and the master en suite was to die for!!

We enjoyed another week at the most tranquil, relaxing, home we have rented! It is only about 15 minutes to a beautiful beach. However, we prefer the pool. That is where we spent our time relaxing! We hated leaving! The owner is so easy to work with! I highly recommend this rental. When I have my dates for next year, I will be checking availability of this property first!

Very happy with this property. We wanted to relax and it was a success! The beds a bit firm, but that is just personal choice. We did use our own hotspot for internet work. We had an excellent time beautiful home can't wait to go next year we're already talking about going next year and taking the rest of our family and staying in the same place in the same house if we can get it it was a wonderful house I would recommend it for anybody well kept well taken care of everything will stay over we needed only thing we had to take was food in our clothes you couldn't ask for a better house and I can't wait to go back had an excellent experience down there never have rented a house always a motel and this was so so much better than a hotel I will never rent a hotel again and I hope I get to stay in that house every time I go on vacation to Englewood Florida
