My husband and I met our son and his wife for a weekend in Saugatuck. I loved the property! It was in great shape (clean, updated and everything else you would look for in a rental property), and it was centrally located in downtown Saugatuck. It was fun being in Saugatuck over the weekend leading up to Halloween and the location of the condo was perfect to take advantage of the festivities. Slight downside was that the condo was over a bar, so it got a bit noisy on Saturday night but it quieted down at 10pm which was perfect timing. Would definitely go again!

The condo is clean and perfectly located for visiting beautiful Saugatuck. It is central to everything and two of the town's best restaurants are directly across the street. The deck, which overlooks the river and marina, is just icing on the cake.

Beautiful condo in a great downtown location. Easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. Condo was clean and well stocked. Loved the patio! We had no problem finding street parking. It was an excellent condo, highly recommend and would stay again!

This spot was perfect for me, my partner, our teenage daughter and her friend. The apartment had more than enough room for all of us and a great view of the harbor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

It is very conviently located, difficult to find however! no parking per se, if you find a street to park on to unload you are very lucky, it is extremely busy in this area !!it is 28 steps up to your condo, and it is fairly steep. FYI, the kitchen is equipped but very unorganized .... most importantly though is the air and heat component, we went in June, chilly nights and mornings, but Hot days ! for whatever reason this appt is very hot at night! we turned on air to no avail, we opened windows etc. All in all, would I stay there again, yes but Id do a little more sluething, before I did that. Plus we had a great time !!

I first would like to say thanks for the use of your rental it was all great except it could have been a little cleaner . Being a past owner of rental cleaning properties , I noticed things that I would have never let get missed . Dust under beds and dusty floors , pictures, shelves , knickknacks not dusted and cabinets doors not wiped down or smudged stainless . Thanks,

A very good place to stay in Saugatuck. Walk out onto the center of downtown. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Walk to lake and docks. The place is comfortable, roomy, and the porch is huge.

I stayed 2 nights with my 2 aunts who are older- place was very comfortable and convenient. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the fireplace and used the after hours contact number to ask and they were quite prompt in responding (btw it turns on using a light switch on the wall left of the fireplace wall). Would definitely stay here again. FYI there is quite a long staircase to get to the apartment so if you have people in your party that have mobility issues this is something to consider. It was slightly challenging for my 80 year old aunt. Otherwise a great experience and stay:)

We have stayed in many VRBOs and this home rates highly on our list. The location could not be better! We walked to all the shops and restaurants. The juice bar downstairs is excellent and very convenient. The feeling when you walk in the door is of a welcoming home, yet sophisticated. The bed was supper comfortable, great sheets. One thing I would add is a blackout curtain in the bedroom so it is not so bright in the mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed, and of course the rooftop terrace is such a great space with amazing views! We highly recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a great experience in an amazing town.

Harborview Condo was a great choice for our weekend in Saugatuck. Location is great. Super easy check in and check out. Condo was well stocked. The outdoor deck off the living room was private and quiet. I will definitely consider renting this condo again the next time I plan a trip to Saugatuck!

This condo is steps away from great shopping, across the street from the one of the best steakhouses I've been to (Bowdie's Chophouse - make reservations!) and the condo is better than the pictures! The place is spacious and very welcoming. The patio is SO big and right out the dining room. The condo is also well appointed with lots of bath towels, both a keurig and coffee pot, games, and books. It's also a 15 minute drive from wineries. The parking is on the street however we did not run into any issues, its a very safe location. My only feedback to the owners would be to provide a few extra toilet paper rolls :) Also, a handful of reviews mention that you have to walk by garbage cans to get into the main door, which is true however, it is not a big deal at all and it should not stop you from booking this lovely condo. We can't wait to come back!

Our second stay and just like we remembered - comfortable beds, kitchen with all the necessities, a great deck with great views and a perfect location right in downtown Saugatuck. We even used the fireplace in the morning and evenings as it got a little chilly. Great experience and we’d definitely come back.

Great location and clean, beautiful apartment. The outdoor space is exceptional. Early fall is the perfect time to visit as parking could be an issue in the summer. Lots of great shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The unit itself was quite nice, especially the rooftop space overlooking the river. Cleanliness? Well, there was sand and grit on the floors throughout,, so much so that my wife had to throw away a pair of white socks-turned-black after padding around in them for a couple of days. Also, the area around the controls on the range, the inside of the microwave and interior of the freezer could have used some more attention. In the second bathroom, I could discover absolutely no way to turn on the shower. Instructions, please. The master bedroom lacked bedside table lamps. The chief negatives are these: Getting to the outside entrance to the building housing the unit involves traversing a narrow alley bordered on one side by a picket fence that appeared to be partially covered in poison ivy or oak and on the other side by a row of smelly trash receptacles. Be prepared to walk rapidly and hold your breath. And prepare yourself as well for the next leg of your journey -- the two dozen stairs to reach the landing and the entrance to the condo itself.. If you can put up with the garbage containers and Everest-like climb, you will be rewarded with a pretty nice unit. Not perfect, but stepping out onto the rooftop, feeling the breeze course around you and watching the boats in the harbor should help distract from the downside. Would we stay here again? Probably.

Close to everything! Just a walk to eat, shop and hang by the water. Our family enjoyed the views, rooms were great and had everything we needed for a weekend stay.
