This is a historic house, perfectly upgraded and absolutely immaculate. The pictures on the website dont do it justice. The beds are large,and there is a flat screen TV in every bedroom. When I contacted the host with a question,I received a timely response which I appreciated. Sprouts, Starbucks, Macy's, cute little shops and banks are all near this adorable house. It's also a quite and friendly neighborhood. We completely enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time at this home! The location is QUIET but also close to everything you need in Burbank. 3 minutes to Target 😉 The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and the little welcome snacks and coffee were so appreciated. Special shoutout to the room darkening shades in two of the bedrooms. Very appreciated when adjusting to PST.

Kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable, living area is relaxing. Dining area worked well with 8 chairs, plus bar stools that can be used around the dining table. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a treelined street. Great for walks. Backyard is open to the front yard. The "master bedroom" has the king bed, but no attached bathroom. The "3rd bedroom" with the queen bed has the attached bathroom. This wasn't clear in the photos or description. Only downsides were maintenance issues: broken toaster, broken icemaker, though we were given a large bag of ice. Fan in 3rd bedroom had a broken pull switch for the light, so we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to turn off the light at night while the fan was on. Outdoor patio brickwork needs help.

We loved this house! It is an older house that has been completely updated. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is gorgeous. Everything about it made us feel right at home. The neighborhood was adorable! I could see myself living in a place like that. We were able to get to everything we wanted to do. Most sites were within an hour (with traffic), such as Disney, Griffin Observatory, Queen Mary, Redondo Beach, Santa Monica, and so much more! I highly recommend this home!

The house was spotless, very comfortable beds, a nice kitchen and large screen tv’s in the 3 bedrooms and living room. It was also very close to a friend of ours in Glendale. My family and I were out of our house due to renovations and this house was perfect for the three of us. My daughter loved the Bay Window in the dining area, and my husband found the beds very comfortable. The gift basket was also much appreciated! I ended up staying an extra day and communicating with the property manager was very easy. We didn't really use the backyard area as it was November, but it seemed very nice! Easy parking, very nice neighborhood.

My family of 5 and I were looking for a nearby place to stay near Universal Studios. With a few days until our departure and places quickly being booked we came upon Greenview property that was within our budget. The property was a very cute 3 bedroom 2 baths home which was great. Upon, entering the home we were welcomed with a lovely gift basket filled with goodies. The home looked like the pictures advertised. The neighborhood was very quiet and well kept, and downtown Burbank is a 20 minutes walk. The drive to Universal is around 20ish minutes. The property manager was easy to communicate with.A couple of points: We had trouble with the dryer by the fact that it wouldn't dry our clothes, and it took a couple of tries for our clothes to be dried. The table in the family room had some scratches on it a long with the dining room table, but it didn't take away from the overall beauty of the home.We didn't have a chance to enjoy the backyard since we were out all day/ everyday during our stay and were too tired to try the grill * next time since my husband has become quite the grillmaster*We couldn't figure out how to use the remote in one of the bedrooms, but that's okay since we were so tired after our adventures, we just went to bed.We definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a lovely stay near Universal or to enjoy Burbank. Greenview was lovely and very welcoming for our family and we would definitely stay there again! Thank you SO much!

There were many unique things about the property, like a firepit and barbeque in the back yard. While we were busy and did not utilize the back yard, it was well maintained and was quiet. There was plenty of seating and room for the 7 of us that stayed at this house. Another unique thing was that all the bedrooms had a TV in them. Although my wife and I did not use ours, we were too exhausted for the day's events, it was nice to have the option.
While the house was well stocked with everyday things you need and use, it didn't have a recycle bin in the kitchen to be able to sort out the recyclables.
We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed here with 3 teens to tour multiple campuses and it was the perfect location. The property was spacious for the kids and me and had the perfect amenities for meals. We spent time in the garden and I had my morning coffee and evening wine in a lovely setting.
All features were as advertised and communication with the property manager was easy.

My sisters and I rented this place for a small reunion getaway. One of us has a small dog, so the yard was important. Also, we like to play cards and games. The house was clean and well furnished, though my bed was too hard. We were disappointed that the yard was only partially fenced, so not safe to let the dog roam unleashed. The dining table and chairs are tall and heavy, so getting up and down was difficult for us, so no card playing or dining there. The patio was a little need of an update. On the whole it was a nice place, well equipped, beautiful kitchen, but for our needs it was a disappointment. I should have paid more attention to the photos and description. Next time I will look for "fully fenced yard." However, the host was polite and responsive when I had a question.

We had such a great stay at this house! It was very close to Universal Studios, and other nearby attractions, but also conveniently located near shops and restaurants as well as the Burbank airport.

This house was perfect for our 18-night stay. Clean and roomy 1920s charm with a nice backyard and patio in a quiet residential neighborhood. The king bed was very comortable and we loved having two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. We ate in for about half of our meals, so the spacious and well-equipped kitchen was a big plus. Two supermarkets and numerous other stores and restaurants are within a mile. This was our first vrbo rental and the contrast with a cramped, noisy hotel room was dramatic.

My brothers and I came from out of state (several different states!) to surprise our mother for her 90th birthday! Greenview was PERFECT! it is a comfortable delightful property, in a great location. Coming from Oregon which is in the winter mode, it was especially nice to sit on the pack patio and eat lunch in the warm sunshine. Would definitely stay again. A great place doing wedding prep for my daughter’s wedding in the mountains. Easy access to great restaurants, shopping and everything needed for last minute prep work. Plenty of room in the house to be with family but not on top of each other. Host was a dream to work with and helped us in any way she could. Highly recommend!!!
