Jump in the waters fine, check out our Summer special rates for 2024, June, July and August at our beautiful 4 bedroom, resort property, 2 bath home located in the heart of central Scottsdale's McCormick Ranch planed resort community. Home has 2,500 square feet, family room, living room, dining room, fireplace, washer, dryer, two refrigerators and microwave, TV's & and surround sound, wireless internet connectivity, 2 car garage plus motorcycle or bicycle parking space with storage cabinets, large private fenced rear yard with a 70 foot tiled covered patio and heated private pool.

The home is in perfect condition with new landscaping, carpeting, and appliances. It is ready for you to move in and enjoy. This is an upscale neighborhood that is very desirable and well-maintained. The very private backyard and beautifully landscaped front yard frames this corner lot. French doors throughout the house leading to the tiled, covered 70 foot patio allow for a very open environment that lends itself to entertaining. The intimate ambiance is enhanced by recessed lighting on the patio and in the living room and a double fireplace. The heated pool makes swimming/entertaining through the winter a resort-like experience. Pool heating is optional and if requested during the winter months, there is an additional pool heating fee of $45.00 per day, with a minimum charge $315.00, weekly rate.

This is a beautiful home stocked with everything you need. Owners were amazing to work with. Quiet neighborhood and a gorgeous backyard and pool. Only criticism is there was no hot tub which was listed in the amenities on VRBO.

Super charming, old Scottsdale style house in quiet McCormick Ranch. Close to EVERYTHING; shopping, restaurants, parks, walking trails, etc. The house is a wonderful split floorplan on a quiet street in a nice quiet neighborhood. Great backyard. Nicely appointed interior...everything you need. We have already made our reservation for this year. Exceptional experience.

We had a great stay at Bob's house. It is close to many golf courses, hiking trails and the wedding venue of a friend. It is well equipped with everything we needed, including a grill. If I am ever lucky enough to go out to Scottsdale again, I would definitely rent from Bob again.

We had a wonderful, warm welcome by the owner. Bob was just a call away if we had any questions or concerns with quick & great communication. Small hiccup with the internet going out, but Bob fixed it quickly. The house was definitely what we needed and spacious for our family & friends. Bonus for us...the backyard pool...nice and relaxing. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe. Close to nearby stores, gas, freeway & restaurants. Our stay was stress free. Hope to be a repeat customer in the Spring. Thanx Bob!😊

We will definitely be back!! This house was perfect for our family! We came to visit our family in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area and we felt like we were home. The owners are wonderful and worked with us when our flight changed and came in late at night! Everything is so comfortable about this home and we will not even look at another property for our next trip!

What a great place bob has! The pool is great, the place is very clean and well kept, and the space is very close to everything. Bob is also great, he gave us recommendations to go out and eat and golf courses to play. We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Our family of eight stayed in this lovely home for Memorial Day. We swam, we dined on the back patio, we watched Netflix, We walked the green belt, and we had great internet as many of us had to work remotely. No complaints on our end. Bob was a wonderful host to work with.

This property has it all! Location, location, location. Need extra towels? They have them! Need extra batteries? They have them! Need a phone charger? Yup they have that too! Plenty of room with a fantastic home layout. All six of us ( 4 kids; 2 adults) had enough room. The yard?! Wow! An oasis! Seriously...the birds chirping with mature palms, a new gas grill, grassy area, huge patio, pool toys, etc! I’d definitely stay again. Bob and Anne were a pleasure to talk to and helped us promptly. Thanks so much for making our stay memorable with your beautiful home.

Bob and his wife are fantastic hosts. We were staying at their lovely home during the outbreak of Covid19 and they have been extremely helpful. Communication was a pleasure. The house is very cosy and has everything we needed for our stay. Having breakfast in the garden was just heavenly. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, however within 5-10 min drive you have all amenities close by. There is a lovely playground within 10 minutes walk. Bob, thanks again for everything!

Bob was a great host and the house worked nicely for our large family. The house was a bit older than we expected with some minor flukes (blew a fuse in kitchen, not enough hot water to fill the XL tub, master shower temp was very fussy) but other than that we had a great stay. The pool was nice and warm in December for our kids to swim and we loved the exterior doors that would lead right from the pool area to the bathrooms for a quick shower. Beds were very comfy with lots of extra bedding and air mattresses provided. Thanks Bob for a great stay in your home!

We so enjoyed our stay in your home. It was perfect for our family Thanksgiving! The outdoor space is immaculate and so restful. The privacy in the backyard, lively covered patio, green space and fruit trees is ideal for dinner and drinks with guests. The layout of the home offers privacy from the other bedrooms, which are located on the opposite side of the home. Owner was perfect to work with and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

My family and I have rented this property 4 times and have always enjoyed our time here. The property is clean and spacious, has a wonderful backyard/patio area and has a well stocked kitchen. Bob is verf friendly and attentive to any issue. Although we usually cook or BBQ, there are several quality restaurant with in 15 minutes. This property is in a great location Will definitely be back.

We just can't say enough about this beautifully furnished, SO comfortable home. Loved the quiet, private backyard & patio area, watching hummingbirds,...appreciated so much a pool warm enough for swimming. Five days was not enough--we want to come back for at least a month! :-)

It was great, all worked out well, only problem was the pool heat was not to our expectations, we were only able to use the pool the last few days we were there when the weather got warmer and the outside temp reached 80F, the pool was always cold even though the owner said he had the heat on, watch out re charges for heat when in fact the temp of the pool is not satisfactory.

The house was very clean with lots of room and comfortable chairs for gatherings. Beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were nice. Loved the house long patio! We had many meals outside at the tables. Pool and yard were beautiful. Owners are very nice and accommodating.
