Хотелът /или поне стаята, в която бях/ е покъртителен. Не мисля, че съм бил в по-лош хотел през живота си. Обзаведено без вкус и идея какво и защо е там, неподдържано от години - всичко се троши и разпада - закачалки за кърпи, подматрачната рамка на леглото се счупи просто като седнах на ъгъла, климатикът беше отвратителен и започна да тече в стаята още първия ден. Никой не ми обърна внимание като казах на рецепция за проблемите. Само милата възрастна дама, която са натоварили с правенето на закуската беше много любезна с мен, пита ме в колко часа искам да е готова /иначе се чака много/ и спазваше всеки ден това, което сме се разбрали. Лъч светлина в този клет хотел…

Ще ви посетя отново в случай на нужда, че ми се наложи да ползвам хотел в родния си град.

Не съм закусвал в хотела. (Даже не знам / помня дали имаше такава включена), за да изкажа мнение за закуската или кафето. Местоположението е превъзходно. Буквално си на 15 крачки и стъпваш на главната улица. Родом съм от град Русе и живея в града, инцидентно ми се наложи да спя на хотел за една нощ и останах доста очарован от съотношение цена-качество. Огромна баня, уютна стая. Чисти общи помещения и стая. Приветлив и адекватен персонал на рецепция. Адмирации!

Няма нещо, което да кажа - не ми хареса.

Below average hotel, better chose another option

The bed was broken and it was not repaired while we were there. Apparently, there was an option for us to change the room but the receptionist did not even bother to inform us after she said she will check and let us know shortly. As we were traveling the whole day, we fell asleep on the broken bed while waiting...Later we were told we should have gone downstairs and check the status ourselves (great service, huh!) The walls were so thin that we heard EVERY single noise from the man next to us - whistling, talking on the phone, snoring All in all, nightmare stay

Disappointing, but to be fair location was very central and breakfast was good

No food restaurant facilities despite advertised, reception not manned until 24:00 as advised, wednesday no reception open after 22.00 but doors to hotel access wide open for anyone to wander in posing a risk to security of the guests. (open access still at 06.00 in the morning) Glass door to bedroom (painted with white out) provided no privacy when insude the bedroom and caused issues with corrudor light in and off all night Giving disturbed sleep (room 1 floor 1).. Tea/coffee facilities not working in room.

Мръсно, половината неща в стаята бяха изпочупени. Информацията е, че настаняването ни е в 12:00, отиваме в 13:30 при което ни се казва, че настаняването почвало в 14:00?! Оправете си информацията. Имахме късмет, щели да ни настанят в 13:40, стаята била изчистена. Завари ни мръсна чаша и гъба в мивката. Разхвърляни клечки за зъби по земята и счупена чешма в кухнята. Отворихме един от шкафовете в кухнята, мръсотия, мизерия и “страхотна” миризма. Същото положение и с шкафа във банята, пълна кочина. Банята под всякаква критика, оставен отворен сапун от предните хора, с косъм в сапуна, който се простираше и по мивката. Не се бяха сетили да сложат нови неотваряни сапуни. Излизаш на терасата, сядаш на счупен стол и се молиш да не се озовеш долу на земята. 20 минути водиш борба да си заключиш вратата.. Определено никога повече няма да повторим. Единственото хубаво нещо беше локацията, както и закуската.

I wouldn’t reccommend.

Good location.

The rooms that we had were not the ones on the photos. We had to wait for 1 hour because the rooms were not cleaned. Old furniture and the bathroom was not cleaned well. There is no parking! Only 2 places before the hotel on the principle if you are first - you win. On the check out we had to wait so they can check the rooms… never happened to me anywhere.

Disappointing

Just the ground floor. There are only 2-3 parking places în front of the hotel.

I don't recommend the hotel. It îs not clean. The batbroom was very old, the towels were grey with an old smell. The personnel was late with the breakfast. During the night no persons at The front desk, we had to wait în front of the hotel until they arrived to prepare breakfast for us.

Stuff doesn't know too much English. The room was a big disappointment. A lor of things has to be repaired. The mentioned breakfast is not the same as on other hotels (continental etc.). We didn't make to take the breakfast because of that and even it says that you can take from 8am, you have to choose from their menu and after a while you can take it. So, avoid the included breakfast there. Also the stuff it's very rude and don't care about their guests etc. The towels were yellow instead of being white...

as it is a budget hotel, can’t really expect much. good for a one night stay. the location is fantastic, really close to the river and right in the city centre

Not refill the toilet paper and soap , the bed sheet can’t even full cover the mattress.

Two-star hotel at the centre of Russe

The location is excellent, just a few steps away from Russe's city centre. The hotel was warm, we had air con in the room and it was fine on this front.

We booked the economy twin room. Our room was located on the first floor, the entire floor was very noisy, not because of the other guests but because you could hear everything - people coming in, coming out, talking, etc.

Bad

The staff was friendly and the location was super - next to the city center.

Smelling horrible on detergent (cannot take a normal breath), the shower was very dirty, the bed was more broken than in a good condition, the bedding wasn't prepared, they asked us if we need pillow covers, very very noisy, the staff don't speak English really well (so Bulgarian will be good to know at least basic).
