We had a great time during our first visit to Bend. This home is even better than the pictures online! Very centrally located to restaurants, coffee/bakery, parks and trails. Easy bike ride to river. The home has high ceilings in the main room, we used the upstairs bedroom as an office by day and a movie room for the family at night. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need. Only downside was the hot tub was out of order but the host was very communicative about this and seems like that is out of the ordinary. Highly recommend!

Great Layout and Location on the West Side!
We were lucky enough to stay at this house for a few weeks this summer. The house was clean and well appointed with everything we might need as well as space to store our own gear. We were impressed with the kitchen inventory and we easily entertained a group of ten for dinner. Each bed was comfortable and there were extra linens and towels for all guests and the hot tub. The location was ideal as it was a nice walk to Drake Park, downtown and west side restaurants. Our son enjoyed being minutes away from bike trails and hikes. Kirsti was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. We’d absolutely love to stay here again!

Lovely Home
We are 3 couples that rented this home for a month. The home accommodated us very well. Bonus after touring Bend all day was to come back to the house and soak in the hot tub. Kitchen is well equipped and house is centrally located. We would for sure rent this home again in the future.

Perfect for our stay in Bend!
The house was perfect for our group. We could not have had a better location. The 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms were great for privacy, but, the open living area made visiting easy and comfortable. We would recommend this house and hope to visit again next year. Kirsti was quick to respond to any questions. Thank you so very much.

Modern 3 bed, 3 bath & clean
We stayed in Bend the week of 2017 eclipse. House was well stocked with essentials, including bicycles. We had a very nice time in Bend visiting several parks and playgrounds, since we had a 4-year old in our group. Even found a beach on the Deschutes River for water play. Unfortunately there was a fire near Sisters, OR and was quite smoky for 2-3 days. We also visited Crater Lake, several hours south of Bend, worth the drive as is the deepest lake in U.S. Ate at 4 of high recommended restaurants and food was very good. House had 2 TV's, but we could not get the DISH to work in living room to watch regular local stations, but set had other options. A great place to stay for summer fun in Bend. Probably great for winter activities, also.

Clean, quiet and comfortable.
Booked the visit for peace and quiet and a chance to catch up in my favorite city. Got exactly what I wanted from The Talon. Easy to get to, convenient and comfortable. Recommend this rental highly.

Beautiful Home in great location
We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a great location and we walked to several restaurants, breweries and activities. The park by the river is fantastic and seemed to have an event almost every night we were there! Floating down the river was epic!
We really were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was. They have everything you need to cook nice meals for a large family. Thanks for everything, we hope to come back again next summer.

Well maintained vacation home in a great location
We stayed here for a PGA event at Sunriver Resort. Easy 20 minute drive for the tournament each day. Kirsti really does a great job making sure all of the small details and amenities are available during your stay. Home is super clean and well maintained. Too many great restaurants and breweries in close proximity to get to in a week!

Spacious, clean and convenient
7 of us stayed here for a conference. Very clean and spacious and comfy. Super convenient to the community college, groceries and downtown. Only negative is sound from downstairs travels very well upstairs, so the upstairs isn't the best fit for light sleepers if others are making noise downstairs. Helpful staff, quiet neighbors and good hot tub!

Perfect Place to Stay in Bend
We were very pleased with our stay. The home is spacious with lots of light. Centrally located yet very quiet. The layout was perfect for giving five adults plenty of privacy with well appointed kitchen and living areas for socializing. We loved the fireplace! Just a switch to get it going! The downtown Bend area was great for shopping and dining. We particularly liked the Zydeco Café and the shop, Romantique. Taking in nature was just a short drive away with plenty of interesting parks and trails to hike. Hope to be back to visit Bend!

Great Vacation Rental and very well stocked
The house was in great shape, spacious kitchen/living room/dinning area. Very well stocked kitchen with all you needed to make great meals. Good natural light and quality furnishings - this place is better than it looks in the pictures. We appreciated having two working bikes and locks to ride into town and Newport Market. Coffee, beer, and restaurant also with in two blocks distance.
This house is so well stocked they even had an extra propane tank when the one in the grill ran out of fuel. Impressive. Their information book was first rate with maps and helpful books. I highly recommend this house. We are coming back.

My husband recently stayed at Kristi's beautiful home in Bend, Oregon while on ski race trip to Mt. Bachelor.
He absolutely loved her home! The house is located a short 20 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor. He loved how close the house was to all of the great restaurants in town too!!!
I look forward to traveling with him next time around and brining our two children to stay at the house too!!! The house is comfortably designed to accommodate a family...with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay in Bend!!! Thanks Kristi!!!
