Our 2nd floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium is well-maintained and attractively furnished. It has everything needed for a delightful stay. The living room, master bedroom, and screened lanai offers a beautiful view of the lake. Relax and enjoy the heated pool, tennis court and shuffleboard. Sliding glass doors open to the screened lanai from the master bedroom or living room. The master bedroom suite has a queen size bed, bath, and walk-in closet. Enjoy relaxing in the light and airy atmosphere. The master bedroom and guest bedrooms both have queen size beds. Our condo is fully furnished with a coastal flair, offering a fully equipped kitchen(Big benefits over staying in a hotel as you have the ability to eat some meals in the condo and save $$$!), and washer/dryer. Linens are provided for the kitchen, bed, bath, and beach. The condominium complex offers beautifully landscaped grounds.

50th Anniversary Celebration
We spent ten days in a a wonderful condo. I would give it more than 5 stars, if I could. The accommodations were very comfortable. Everything was provided for you. The décor was tastefully decorated in a beach theme. The view was awesome from the lanai! I enjoyed watching the wildlife. The location was close to all the destinations such as Ft. Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Islands. It was a thirty minute drive to Naples. It was definitely a home away from home! Don't miss this one!!!!!

Very nice condo with good amenities
Place is in very good condition, and kitchen is well equipped. Parking is good, right outside the door. The pool area is nice, pool well heated, and usually had residents and others to socialize with, a friendly crowd. We did find the main room TV to be rather small, a larger, newer smart TV that can show NetFlix would be a good upgrade for the unit.

Perfect Vacation Spot
This a spotless, beautifully decorated condo in an ultra quiet, close-to-many-attractions location. Our first night was spent listening to the mild hurricane roar as we watched from the covered, screened-in lanai. The condo is just a short drive to Ft. Myers beach, downtown Ft. Myers, Sanibel, Lover's Key, Edison/Ford summer homes, and many other hotspots. It includes beach gear--umbrellas, chairs, shelling nets--for fun-in-the-sun. The year-round residents are friendly and offered many great suggestions for dining and getting around in the area. We were on the run enjoying the attractions most of the time. This was the perfect landing place. Thank you for sharing your home with us--just wonderful!

Perfect vacation condo!
We have rented many different places and this condo is the best so far. The owners thought of everything to make it feel just like home. Very comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen were just a few of the highlights. We loved the view from the lanai and sat out there every day to eat our meals and watch the birds and alligator and turtles. The grounds are well maintained with beautiful flowers and trees. The pool was clean and refreshing. We really appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and cooler which we used for our many trips out to Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach. We will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this condo for your Fort Myers vacation.

This 2nd floor condo was so nicely decorated and all stocked with anything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Very nice view. The pool was very nice and so were all the people/residents we met. The owner was very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Condo!
We came down to Ft. Myers for several baseball tournaments. The condo was in a great location. Very clean and nicely renovated. The location was quiet and great to wind down after a long day of baseball. We all enjoyed our stay very much. Cindy was kind and very accessible to answer any of our questions. Quiet and Peaceful
The property around the condo was kept up very well including the pool which was a great place to relax. The condo was immaculate and included everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Beautifully Upgraded & Ideal location
The owners have put significant thought into their updates and upgrades. The 2nd floor unit is very well maintained as well as appointed. Comfortable furnishings with many amenities. A lovely view of the small lake and pool area from the west facing lanai. Safe location for daily walking, but close drive to several beaches and various restaurants too !. You will not be disappointed with this location and the owner are great to work with, as well as quick to respond to questions. Will definitely return again 🏖�

Great condo... Exceptionally Nice!
The condo was perfect for our three week business/pleasure stay! It is in a perfect location... so close to shopping and the beaches. The condo itself has been completely renovated and was fresh and clean. The screened porch was the perfect place to sit in the evening looking out over the small lake and pool area. Additionally, the pool was just right for swimming and cooling off. We went to the beach (Sanibel/Captiva) every day... it was just over the bridge. Note- you do have to pay a toll to travel across the bridge and pay to park at the beach parks... but its worth it! Bathrooms/Showers to rinse off... and BEAUTIFUL beaches. Brad & Cindy were easy to communicate with and so nice. We wanted to add a channel to the cable package and they graciously did it right away. The condo community is small, quiet, and peaceful. We defiantly plan to stay here again!! You wont go wrong with renting this condo! Thank you again Brad & Cindy for your hospitality!!

Perfect Condo
This holiday condo had everything that we could possibly have needed. It's was very homely, comfortable and the location was perfect.
The owners were brilliant, and even sorted a swap from one condo to their other before our arrival after our children didn't want to share a bed. This was achieved with minimal fuss. The beds were ultra comfortable and the whole condo was suitable to all our needs. Thank you Brad and Cindy we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.

WOW! BEAUTIFUL CONDO, FANTASTIC LOCATION!!
CONDO UNIT -
PERFECT!!! My husband and two daughters just returned from a week at this beautiful condo and had a wonderful time! We have stayed at many Homeaway properties but this was the nicest one we have rented, by far. It was so CLEAN--spotless actually & uncluttered. The recent renos & "beachy" decor is so nice--very tasteful. The rooms are spacious so we did not feel cramped at all. The view from the very large Lanai is spectacular - we enjoyed sitting there watching the birds, fish jumping and the turtle occasionally surfacing! Very peaceful and relaxing. The lanais at this complex are all screened in, so you aren't bothered by the pesky "no see-ums" you get in this area. Everything you need is provided in this unit--lots of dishes and cookware, beach blankets and chairs, towels, dish & laundry soap, etc.
DAVIS LAKES CONDO COMPLEX -
The Davis Lake complex itself is also very nice - beautiful landscaping, friendly residents and very clean and quiet! The pool is exceptionally clean and there is a tennis court adjacent--both a very short walk from any of the buildings. The Iona area where Davis Lakes is situated, is listed as one of the top 10 safest communities in the Fort Myers area, so no worries there. You are surrounded by a few lovely mobile home retirement communities, fancy golf & country clubs and expensive gated communities. The few year-round residents at the complex whom we met were very friendly and welcoming also.
LOCATION:
You are close to everything here. Less than a five-minute drive to beautiful Sanibel Island causeway, which was one of the main draws for us. Also, there are the Sanibel Outlets just down near the end of the road, Publix, a Dollar Store and plenty of restaurants to choose from. To drive to Fort Myers beach took us less than 15 minutes. (Mind you, this is off-season, so the area is not that busy right now--but distance-wise it is not far).
OWNERS -
Brad & Cindy were very communicative and friendly--we had no problems at all. They also have another unit on the ground floor, in case you don't want to do stairs.
We feel so lucky to have found this place, and would not hesitate to rent again or recommend to others!!!

Great Fort Myers Getaway!
We stayed at this lovely ground floor condo which was perfect for our family of five. It's in a beautiful well cared for development. The pond is full of amazing fish and wildlife. There are tennis courts and a great pool, which we enjoyed every day. The apt. is well stocked with all the basics. It is convenient and close to restaurants, supermarkets and most importantly the beautiful islands of Sanibel and Captiva as well as Fort Myers Beach. Our family had a great time!

Everything about this condo and its owners was as good as it could be. Accommodations are clean, comfortable, attractive and well-maintained (recently re-modeled). The owners were amazing, immediately responsive to inquiries and needs, and such a pleasure to work with. The Davis Lake condo property is well-maintained and very attractive. I highly recommend this condo in every way!!
