It was acperfect base and so central in Bakewell. It had all the facilities we needed and more

Perfect location in centre of Bakewell with parking permit. Having two TVs and netflix was great!

It was a bit strange having a sink in the bedroom but I understand why it was left there.

A comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Location was terrific, centre of Bakewell excellent for public transport.. Lovely to choose between cooking or going out to pubs and cafes for food as we do not have a car. The courtyard was super. The host was really friendly and helpful providing a super tea/coffee tray and other extras.

The layout was quirky but that didn't worry us as the quality and cleanliness was excellent. The fire alarm light at night but that can't be helped. There was nothing not to like.

A cosy accommodation for a week's holiday for two in the centre of Bakewell

Great location for the centre of Bakewell, ideal size of accommodation for two people. The owner left plenty of welcome extras for our arrival which was most appreciated.

lovely apartment and location

Location was fabulous right in the centre of Bakewell. Bed was comfy WIFI was accessible. Fire TV stick was useful but a bit tricky to use for live TV. Lovely gift on arrival of jar of honey and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits available. If magazines are your thing there were loads and lots of leaflets supporting local activities and tourist attractions. Lovely and warm!

Parking wasn't as easy as advertised. We struggled to get a space on 1st night and had to get up early next morning to move car. The so called loading space outside the property was never empty so not great if you have mobility issues. It would have been useful to know that there was a light switch just inside the gate when you arrive in the dark. Just a matter of taste but the bee theme was a bit OTT and I personally didn't need texting by owner on Saturday afternoon to check I was OK I found this intrusive. Also bizarrely kitchen sink in the bedroom and dressing table in bathroom. And heating controlled by owner

Perfect and compact

Central to the town, perfectly equipped, also with bathroom extras 'in case we'd forgotten' and the owner was communicative and welcoming before and during the stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

GOOD LOCATION, IN A NICE TOWN

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. THE BED WAS COMFIE AND THE SHOWER WAS GOOD AND VERY CLEAN

THE COOKING FACILITIES WERE TERRIBLE. APART FROM TOAST IT WASN'T EASY TO COOK ANYTHING, THIIS NEEDS TO BE HIGHLIGHTED MORE IN THE INFO ON THE STUDIO.

Perfect escape for couple.

Excellent location in the town centre. The room was very cosy and comfy. Karen also prepared a small welcome gift for us and send the information on the nearby attraction and restaurants, all the information was very handy!

Great host, comfortable and clean room with a pretty decor and good amenities.

Comfortable room with a pretty decor. Very clean and tidy; with clear instructions for guests re: parking, wifi and general dos and donts. The local food and drink recommendations were excellent too. The host was extremely prompt in addressing and resolving our queries. The host helped us find a place to store our bags for a few hours upon checkout which was a massive help.

Just perfect for a short break in Bakewell. Peaceful, quiet and very relaxing

A smaller cooker would be useful. Not a problem for us as we ate at the local pubs and restaurants.

Relaxing, cosy and a perfect base.

Perfect location, property is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing retreat with the private, secure courtyard being the icing on the cake. The property contains everything you need and more! So many extras provided by the host who also provided loads of useful information about places to visit and where to eat/drink Plenty of parking close by and parking outside the gate for loading/unloading.

Relaxing and Peaceful..... Just what I needed.

The host Karen was extremely kind & helpful. Very comfortable bed. The sweet private courtyard was perfect. For a singleton or a couple looking to stay in the Bakewell area I think you really couldn't do much better. Plus the Quality you get for the price is a real Bonus.....I would definitely stay again, and I plan to tell all my friends. This review is by Belinda not Gregg. It was just me this trip.

Very well appointed, with all you’d need for a comfortable and pleasant stay in a charming town close to the Peaks and Dales.

A perfect place to stay right in the centre of Bakewell

We were so pleased to have discovered The Studio. It is a beautiful romantic hide away slap bang in the centre of Bakewell. Karen, our host, was amazing and could not have been more helpful. The Studio had everything we needed and more and the welcome tray was a lovely touch.

Very good

The location was excellent and tucked away from the main street and traffice. Very clean. Excellent TV service. Little kitchen but adequate. Warm and cosy, bed was comfortable. Shower room new and finished to a high standard.

Great option for Bakewell

Spotless, excellent location, really helpful and accommodative staff, modern and spacious for a couple.

A second armchair would have been good. More direct control over heating (but staff were very responsive to requests to vary the settings)

Everything we needed for a weeks stay. Great location. In the 'bustle' of Bakewell, but very peaceful. Very clean & well equipped

Minor hastle with Velux windows. Could do with with shelf in shower.
