Bright cheerful relaxing house to stay for a week

Location central to Arundel. Very comfortable beds. Fans in bedrooms to cool them down. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Bright and cheerful. Well equipped.

Next to busy road but we were aware of that before we booked.

Great expectations

The whole house was kitted out to a very high standard. Everything we needed was provided for.

The unfortunate proximity of the A27 ! I understand a by-pass has been approved which will make it even more enjoyable!

Great place to stay to explore Arundel and the surrounding area.

Swan cottage was excellent, the owners had thought of everything for a perfect stay.

The one and only thing we didn’t like was the constant traffic noise of the busy main road nearby.

It was the perfect venue from which to base ourselves for our Christmas break in Sussex and a very comfortable and welco

Beautiful location very comfortable house and the owners had gone to the trouble of making us very welcome upon arrival by having the heating on a couple of lights on and a couple of lovely gifts of wine and biscuits and mince pies.

The only issue we had was with the operation of the television in each room. they had a hue max recordable system which complicated watching normal television and the person is not interested in recording programs we found it frustrating not being able to access normal television swiftly. This is obviously a minor niggle as we didn’t spend much time watching television.

Good

Lovely location and within walking distance. Some lovely places to visit and great pubs.

Limited supplies, not even salt and pepper. Had to eat out as would of been so expensive to buy ingredients. Just a bit more thought. I work away a lot and never come across nothing left. Also it's a bit of a cheek asking us to beoutat 10 and then asking us to strip beds, disinfectant all tops. What's that all about.

lovely time here, easy acces to the town and beaches 👍🏻👌🏼

it was very close to the A27 which meant you had a lot of road noise and lots of sirens 😬

A great break in a warm and cosy house during very cold times.

On-site parking with a short walk into central Arundel, perfect.

i would have preferred the master bedroom to be at the back of the house away from the road bypass noise.

marvellous stay in a beautiful house in a perfect location

The location and how well it was set up and absolutely spotless. Beds and bed linen very very comfortable . house has lots of natural light .

Lovely house in great location, with everything you need for relaxing stay.

Location was excellent, house was beautiful and comfortable. Nice little outside seating along with balcony with lovely views.nice welcome pack. Great to have two parking spaces.

Parking space little hard to find in the dark. Understand cleaning is essential but having to check in as late as 4pm in the winter months can be tricky as it is dark and harder to locate. The house was spotlessly clean with the exception of toilets on 1st and 2nd floor, which were stained and had urine under the seat.

2 night stay

Beautifully presented and clean house with plenty of space. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you’d need and having the garden in the back and balcony at the front of the house was fantastic! We would highly recommend this to friends and family.

Five Star - would definitely book again.

Everything was fabulous, the house was spotlessly clean, comfy beds, nice linen, everything we needed was to hand. It's also in a great location being only a five minute flat walk into the centre of Arundel.

I wouldn't change anything it was all fantastic.
