This lovely 2-bedroom/ 2 full bath River Glen riverside retreat is simply the most picturesque and best located in Frisco! Frisco is a charming former mining town in the heart of Summit County mountains, 75 miles west of Denver, easily accessed via the Colorado Mountain Express Shuttles from Denver’s airport!
The condo is a block off Frisco Main Street, where you’ll find delightful cafes, fine dining, great shopping, bike rentals, outdoor gear shops, a bookstore, a newly renovated marina with boat and kayak rentals and a new beach! Whether you’re considering Frisco’s Fall Festival; Nordic and downhill skiing; or the very popular Frisco Barbecue heading in to summer, Frisco has it all!
We’re just a stone’s throw from the bike path that winds through the county and there is easy access to many hiking trails. Just a block away, skiers can board, for free, a county-wide bus taking them to world-class ski slopes at Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breckenridge! Last year, skiers were taking advantage of discounted slope rates and enjoying skiing well into April ! Arapahoe Basin ski area is open most years through June.
This condo can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Children are welcome, however, the condo is not childproofed for infants and toddlers. There is no crib in the unit.
No pets and no smoking allowed.
This first-floor, end unit condo is situated right along the woods and rushing waters of Ten Mile Creek! Trout fisherman love it! Extra windows in the end unit make it lighter and brighter than the rest. Any time of year the views and sounds of fast moving water are so relaxing, all easily viewed from the condo’s deck, kitchen, dining and living rooms. Built in 1990, this well-maintained condo has a rustic vibe with modern amenities. The main level living room has a word burning stove (wood provided), loads of glass windows and a desk area looking out on the creek. There is a new 55” Smart TV with a Blueray DVD player in the living room (Netflix ready)!
A separate dining area easily seats eight and opens to a deck with a generous-sized Weber Gas Grill. The well-equipped kitchen will also seat two more at the breakfast bar. In the kitchen, you’ll enjoy the new glass top stove with convection oven (helpful for altitudes here), new toaster oven, blender, automated coffee pot, and an exceptionally well-stocked pantry, including herbs and spices.
The spacious Master Suite provides a rustic mountain experience in the
spectacular four-poster aspen log queen-size bed (with luxurious pillow-top mattress and box springs), a log double-dresser and side tables. A two-sink bathroom and a shower with two shower heads awaits you! The second guest bedroom also has a queen-size bed and log dresser. It’s full bathroom with shower and tub is just outside the bedroom door, next to an in-unit washer/dryer. Should you need more sleeping space, the living room has a queen-size sofa bed with all bedding provided.
Park your car in our one-stall garage and avoid shoveling snow to free up your car. Use it for storing skis or bikes, too. There is one extra parking space in front of the garage. The complex has a shared hot tub that is about a minute walk from the condo's front door.
You’ll leave relaxed and inspired and wondering how soon you can come back!!

Great location. Right off of Main St plus right on the creek.

Prime location in Frisco. Easy short walk to all local bars and restaurants.

We stayed here last year for spring break and were happy to see it was available this year as well. Seriously you can’t beat the location - walking distance to Main St restaurants and shopping, short drive to Copper Mtn, and walking distance to bus to Copper if you don’t feel like driving. We took the bus the last two days - doable even with two kids (10 & 12). The condo is well stocked with everything you need. Garage to park your car and store your skis. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks for an awesome stay!!

Very comfortable condo, awesome locale, bed in master not to comfy.

The location is very convenient. One can walk easily to anywhere in downtown Frisco, and the river in the back yard is very pretty. The only complaint is that the bed in the master is a bit worn. Might want to think about replacing that, but otherwise, a very nice place to stay and a superb location.

Great property that I highly recommend.
