Quiet location. One bedroom/one bath, 700 Sq Ft apartment.Car port, lanai and patio. Fully furnished kitchen. Sleeps 4 Easy access to interstate 75. Watch the Twins or Red Sox play ball, shop at least 5 malls, delight yourself with Norman Love chocolate and ice cream, and don't forget all the eateries located in downtown Fort Myers. Close to the river that makes for nice walk in the neighbor hood. Conveniently located only minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW, Fort Myers), day and night entertainment, dining, shopping, golfing and the world renowned beaches of Sanibel and Captiva. Leave your stress behind and put yourself in the most quiet and relaxing place possible. A variety of incredible activities like shopping (Miromar Outlets, Coconut Point Mall, and Bell Towers Shops), restaurants, museums, cinemas and live theater are all conveniently located for the most amazing vacations!
The downtown contains many restaurants, cafes, shops, bars & clubs for your enjoyment. There also are two parks downtown along the Caloosahatchee River & yacht basin, which is lovely for both children & adults. Downtown holds many special events, especially in the winter months for guests & residents. February brings a huge art exhibit downtown as well as the Edison Pageant of Light Parade, and other events. Downtown also has a new public library, located at the east end of First Street.

Although we would have liked to be closer to beach this was a very reasonable alternative. Neighborhood is safe and friendly. Lots of areas to walk and play wuth our dog. Short drive to river district where there are so many options.

This home was in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the Manatee Park and the Boathouse Tiki Bar and Grill and a short drive to Fort Myers Beach and downtown Fort Myers. The outdoor space was awesome and the inside space was clean and spacious. The grill was nice to have to cook meals.

Very clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood close to I-75. About 10 minutes from downtown Fort Myers. Russ and Lynda were very helpful and responsive. There is a nice patio as well. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved the location, very close to the water and a nice park area right behind the property. All we needed in every way. Just a short trip to get groceries and could cook a meal no problem. Highly recommend!!

The cottage is a one bedroom, one bath duplex. It has been recently redone and is very clean and updated. It was the perfect size for the two of us. The carport is setup as a patio & there is room for outdoor dining and sunning. Even though the neighborhood looks somewhat run down, many of the nearby homes had extensive damage during Hurricane Ian, and are working on getting them repaired. We enjoyed our time here with our dog and plan to go back next year.

This area was hit hard by hurricane Ian and still shows it. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy but we never felt unsafe. The property itself served us well. The communication with the property manager was fantastic!

Comfortable, well-outfitted rental. Especially close to Manatee Park, but also convenient for downtown ft. Myers. Great food truck on main road. We felt safe here and often took walks.

Just had a very pleasurable stay in Ft Myers area Unit is a very well kept duplex with river views from the driveway. Aside from minor problems with Comcast reception, the accommodations were great. Definitely hope to return next winter 😀👍

We enjoyed our stay! The owners were very helpful and the cottage was very comfortable. The neighborhood driving in was a little questionable, but once we got back to the cottage it was very quiet and we felt safe.

We stayed here for a week with our senior dogs as we waited to close on a home. The owners were kind, responsive and offered anything we needed. They allowed me to unload things such as houseplants and items that needed to be out of the moving truck. We enjoyed using the brand new grill and felt safe and at home. The owners are good kind people we could not have asked for more. The duplex is close to everything you may need and not a far drive from the beach.

Better value than any hotel in the area. About an hour to Sanibel. We stayed during a family emergency but managed a few hours at the beach. Easy drive. House was very clean and bed was comfy. Great communication with owner.
