We just loved this property. This was our first retirement getaway after a long work career and it did not disappoint. Lovely views out of both the front and back of the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were nice and comfortable. Sorry we did not sign the guest book as I forgot to bring a pen. Thank you! We will be back!

I didn’t expect to love this place as I much as I did. Everything was so comfortable and well equipped. The views are outstanding and nearby Paso Robles wineries are excellent. The ocean towns are a half hour away and they even had a great golf course minutes away.

The pictures do not do this home justice. The property grounds are absolutely stunning! The views of the ranch and vineyards. St the night view of the moon is spectacular! The home itself was the most charming home I’ve ever stayed at. The attention to small details blew my mind. Everywhere I looked I was discovering something new to look at. It was so cute and I can’t wait to go back and spend more time

Quiet cabin, well located but a little too rustic for my tastes. We enjoyed the resident black lab that visited every day. I loved spending time in the sun room reading and watching the sun come up.

Quiet, hillside property in the countryside. Property is well-cared for and tastefully decorated. It was a delight to spend time at this location.

We only stayed one night, but have been to the area numerous times and the surrounding wineries are excellent. The accommodations were very good, and the on-site black lab—Percy—is a love. It’s an older farmhouse-style dwelling and everything works well. There are two other smaller cabins close by, but with the set up in place you rarely see the other guests. The patio was a lovely place to wind down the day with a glass of wine. Would definitely stay again.

This is the 2nd time my wife and Chocolate Lab have stayed at the Farmhouse and it has become a quiet retreat-like getaway to escape the 4th of July craziness of our hometown. It is located in a remote area on a hill with little noise other than cars going by on Hwy 46. The house has everything you need and has a great patio seating area with BBQ grill surrounded by trees which keep the property cool. It is nearby many wineries including PasoPort which is right nextdoor. It is also about a 20 mile drive to the coast to visit Cambria or Cayucos. We hope to return again as this has become one of our happy places. Highly recommend.

The Farm House in Templeton, CA was fantastic. The house was clean, quaint and comfortable. The views of wine country were beautiful. It was difficult to decide to relax indoors among the charming décor or sit outside on the front porch and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding countryside. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Ready to Stay Again!
Stacy's property was perfect for my wife's birthday weekend. The cozy farmhouse served us and two friends perfectly. The kitchen was well-stocked with the basics to allow us to stay in and cook a meal for game-night, and the actual location was within a 5 minute drive of wineries we frequent. You can even walk to a few if you're so inclined! Uber into downtown for dinner was reasonable from both a price a time standpoint... I will absolutely stay here again!

Short Honeymoon
We needed a short getaway for a honeymoon and the Farmhouse was near perfect. We felt isolated (in the good sense) but we were close to wineries and grocery stores. The house is beautiful, simple and luxurious and only 3 hours from home. We will definitely be regulars.

Fabulous
The house is set on a beautiful property and has rolling hills of vineyards everywhere you look. The house itself is beautifully appointed--this is about as far away from IKEA decor as you can imagine. I stayed with my wife and our two adult kids. Everyone loved it. Hope to return.

Away with our Quarantine Unit
We snuck away, taking our adult children up for an adventure. We used the house next door (same property) as well. Just perfect.

Lovely farmhouse with gorgeous views and all the modern convinces needed.
We were met by one of the friendly property managers upon our arrival and checkin was a breeze. The farmhouse is on a hill surrounded by many trees with amazing views. It’s located right off 46 , so you will hear road noise , but it didn’t bother us at all.
There is an entry way sitting area with a picture window. We were captivated by that view. Perfect place for early morning coffee.
The living room was cozy and had a TV and DVR, so bring your favorite movies if that appeals to you.
The kitchen was fully equipped and we easily made some meals and sat around the island enjoying the ambience of the house. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable- the king bed was especially comfortable and linens very nice.
We shared the one bathroom with our friends and there were plenty of towels . The fan in the bathroom is super loud! But we only used that when folks were showering, so not really an issue.
At night we spent a lot of time sitting on the front patio with the small gas fireplace ( which put out some decent heat) and petted the friendly lab that came to visit. The whole visit was so relaxing. We were only there for 2 nights, but could imagine a much longer stay in the future. There were several little 2 person cabins nearby, but the way they were situated, we never saw the people staying there.
Overall, one of our most favorite stays!

FABULOUS!
This was such a great location. Four friends (and a very cute puppy) spent the night at this lovely farm house near Paso Robles CA. Literally 3 minutes from Turley Winery, and set amongst amazing landscape - this was a FABULOUS experience. The house was lovely - and well appointed. We had a chef with us and she utilized the grill outdoors for salmon purchased at the local fish market. The large couch was perfect for catching up and the smores were a lovely touch! Communication with owners was timely and helpful.
Also - true chivalry was proven alive when one of the guests had a flat tire and the host Dad fixed it right up for us.
Highly Recommend - - particularly if you want to unplug and reconnect.

Nice Out-of-the-Way and Relaxing Stay
Nice property surrounded by farm country. House was clean and amenities were nice. Wi-fi wasn't the best but we made do. The house was stocked with all necessities and even had supplies to make smores. Overall a nice stay.

A quiet retreat in a great location
We enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and cute Farm House. John, the owner, and his sidekick Percy, a friendly black lab, welcomed us to the property. The beautiful views out the window were just as shown in the photos. The house was perfectly clean and well-appointed with everything we needed. The s'mores ingredients were a nice touch, which lured us out at night to enjoy the fire ring and the canopy of stars overhead. It was peaceful listening to the cicadas and the hoots of owls. We were grateful that we could bring our elderly dogs with us on vacation. We'd love to return.

Slice of heaven on a mountain side
This farmhouse is beyond spectacular. My husband and I loved every minute of our stay. The only thing we regret is not being able to stay longer. Perhaps we'll make that happen another time.
It's tucked away on a mountain side, vineyard/ farmland surround you. Beautiful vistas from the relaxing patio with a bonus firepit and access to a barbeque. Staci has thought of everything when it comes to welcoming guests. She even provide items to make smores.
Check in was super easy as was entry to the house. Parking was free, on site.
Decor of the place is beyond words. Farmhouse detail with all the modern amenities.
Place was clean, comfortable, the nines all the way.
Book this now, whether it's for a girls weekend getaway, honeymoon destination, or second honeymoon. You will be forever happy you did!

Wineries and the Coast
Beautiful surroundings and a great property. The house is clean with anything you could need. Beautiful views from inside and out. Walking distance to 3 wineries, and a couple more across the highway if you like a longer walk. You're in wine country so there are a ton of them around. Ten minutes to Templeton, 15 minutes to Paso Robles. Our time was mostly spent on the coast. It's 20 minutes on Hwy 46 to the Coast Hwy another 10 minutes north to Cambria, Hearst Castle is a few minutes further north of that if interested. South of 46 on the Coast Hwy it's 10 minutes to Cayucos and Morro Bay. A great location, a great house, and all you need in a quiet getaway. We loved it. Also two other smaller rentals on the property with the same quiet charm if you're looking for smaller places. A 1 bedroom called 1930's Coach House Cottage on VRBO and a 1 room with a bathroom, cabin called Rustic 1940's Cabin in the Wine Country. Both very nice with the same great views and quiet. We had a great couple of days here.

Too short!
We only stayed two nights but I will be back for more! The house is located near tons of wineries and Templeton had some great restaurants and good atmosphere. However, the farmhouse was so peaceful and had such gorgeous views we stayed in as much as possible. Owners were very responsive - our only real request was for fresh eggs from hens on the property which they quickly brought over. Can’t recommend enough!
