We loved our stay in Nez Perce. The condo layout worked perfectly for our party of 6. The condo was clean and well appointed. We found the location to be conveniently located to both Jackson and Grand Teton Park. The only negative was having only one parking permit, which was a definite inconvenience. Overall, though, our experience was very positive.

Overall, staying in The Tetons is Summer is less about the place you stay and more about the place you are…that being said..the Teton Village location, the easy access to pool and village amenities were all outstanding. Ample fans to keep it comfortable on a hot week.
Missed having an ice maker in freezer and the porch has a lot of exposed nails. Also had a bed big issue in one of the twin rooms. That caused us to miss some time and have a GFI’s deal of dixconmfort to deal with for my son. Management seemed concerned, but not a lot they could do at that point. Assume the porch and bed bugs will be addressed. Would have liked to see some sort of refund for a portion of what was a pretty high rental price, once all fees are included.
Would stay again, but may look mine closely at the listing next time to make sure we have all we would want, for nights

The property was conveniently located with proximity to Jackson and Grand Teton National Park. It was an older property but very clean and the 3 bedrooms worked really well for my husband and two adult children.

Our stay Was flawless. I highly recommend this rental. Any questions I had were answered immediately throughout my stay. The place was clean and comfortable, and close to town/hikes!

We had a lovely time at this property. Beds and couch were comfortable, space was clean, kitchen and bathrooms looked recently updated. Location was great because the shuttle stops right out front and it’s also an easy walk to the southernmost lift.

Our group found the accommodations delightful, a wonderful location and view.

Great location. Nice space
A little older and not necessarily luxurious, but a great footprint, amazing views, and great location.

Awesome location
Great location for skiing - 2 minute walk to the lift! Frequent shuttle that will also take you to the village. Large community pool and hot tub. Condo was well kept and had plenty of space for 8 adults to hang out and play games. Would have been nice to have more queen beds rather than twins but we made it work!

Would not recommend this property
Property was old and not in good repair. The hot water in the shower kept going in and out. There was no air conditioning. There were no overhead lights, just lamps in every room that did not work with the switches.

Awesome VRBO!
Highly recommend this VRBO for any and all Grand Teton Village festivities. It’s super spacious with a great location. I’ll definitely be back in the winter time to hit the slopes!

The kitchen was well equipped. Everything was clean and comfortable

Clean and cozy
The location and cleanliness were wonderful. But the unit was in need of repair- windows not opening, blinds broken, oven broken, coffee pot broken. The staff was great at addressing these but they need to fix these things prior to renting them out.

Needs updating
This property has a great location and views but it needs some updating. The furniture needs upgrading and the whole place needs a detailed cleaning. The linens were clean but the blankets needed to be washed. Fortunately the unit has a washer and dryer. The management is very responsive and we were able to get the carpets deep cleaned during our stay. Overall it is a nice place after some upgrading and cleaning.

Spacious 3 bedroom with view
We had a comfortable stay at this 3 bedroom condo with rustic charm. We loved the view from our 3rd story living room window. The condo came well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and were fitted with nice quality linens. Management response was quick to respond when I emailed them about a question regarding the washer, but I gave it only 4 stars because although housekeeping did a good job with the general cleaning, the condo’s carpets and couch were in desperate need of a deep clean. There were also minor repairs required such as the sliding screen door. Also just be aware that there are several short flight of stairs to get up to the condo so don’t over pack!! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool and hot tub at the Sundance club across the street but it looked quite busy when we walked by. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Great place! Convenient to a lot of activities!
Check in and out was easy! Place was in a great location. We went to the national parks daily. Convenient to Jackson and Jackson Hole! For our 1st VRBO, we were impressed! Having a kitchen, multiple bedrooms and washer dryer were very helpful!

Very comfortable. Great Location. Easy check in/check out.
Nice Condo is well equipped and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Was a little challenged by the five flights of stairs especially getting our luggage and groceries in and out. Otherwise the exercise was good for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location
Great location but somewhat dated facility. I would not use the hot tub in the tennis club across the street.

Cozy Little Condo
Cozy Condo in the Teton Village. Great place to stay if you're skiing at Teton. About a half hour drive to downtown Jackson though. We were snowmobiling in Togwotee and its too far of a drive each day (1.5 hours each way). We'll look to stay in the Turpin Meadows/Togwotee or Moran area closer to where our activities are located next time, but this is a nice condo with a wood burning fireplace and wood supplied for your use. Condo was clean, well furnished and stocked. Everything was very easy and great communication throughout. No issues at all. Great views and we saw foxes from the living room windows each day.

Close to the village great location.
Great place. The condo is close to the village and what you would expect from ski town lodging. The hot tub access is an added plus.
