Great house and communication

This lake house exceeded our expectations. Beautiful inside and loved the deck and being on lake and having a boat slip. Parking was a bit of a challenge, can park 3 cars max but a little tight. We were able to load our boat at a public Boat ramp Approximately 10 minutes away and left boat trailer at the ramp parking lot Beautiful lake and wonderful house. Will plan to stay again!!!!

A few hiccups quickly resolved by Ms. Crow. The place was very well appointed and more than met our needs. The location seems out there but with in 5 minutes we were among restaurants, entertainment, and groceries. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen had all the essentials (plus built-in ice machine), and deck was comfortable, super quit and peacefull. Would stay here again!

The property had been newly renovated. It is clean, open, and comfortable. The only issue we had was that parking was a challenge. Would have preferred easier access for parking. That was the ONLY negative...very much outweighed by everything else. The owner was fabulous and quick at communicating. The accommodations were top notch. Comfortable beds, indoor and outdoor couches to lounge around in, and a nice kitchen set up. If you go, be sure to pack some duck food for the morning visitors! :)

Nice lake house and conveniently located on/by water. Driving by car to location has a few turns and seem way out, but in reality it’s not that far from town. Only reservation I have about the house is the parking, it’s on a dead end that is basically on a one car street. I pulled a 26 foot boat/trailer down to the end of the road( no dead end sign on street)and had to back it out about a quarter mile down a one lane street filled with mailboxes and slight rolling hills. Luckily found a place in town to store my trailer for the 4 days we were there, other than that I would recommend this lake house to stay in

We came for a quick two night stay, and the property and location were great. Our family enjoyed the nice open living room and kitchen over looking the water.
We didn’t have time for much fishing, but I caught a 3lb bass right in front of the house on my second cast. That made of a nice start to the morning.
My daughter loved having her own room with two sets of bunk beds. She built quite the blanket fort which kept her proud to have the BEST room in the house.
We also enjoyed the Keurig machine in the kitchen. There were some K-Cups available, but we stopped to get more flavors of our own.
Any future guests be sure to pick up some catfish at Bubbas which is right now the road. Great stuff!
Thank you to Julia for answering any questions within seconds of me asking. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much. My grandkids loved fishing off the dock. The house was very comfortable and roomy. The only negative was parking is very limited, but we made it work. A suggestion might be to have a kayak or something for use. Owner Julie very nice to work with and very informative. We loved it. We would choose this houe again in future.

Really lovely place. We had a very nice stay. Property was easy to get to, well appointed, clean, and very enjoyable. Beds were all very comfortable and the deck was amazing!
They draw the lake down beginning in November and it stays low until spring, so there isn't water around the property. We did not know this, so just passing that info along for those planning to visit in the winter.
Hot Springs is great any time of year!

The location and the house are beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

We brought some girls and moms to Hot Springs for the races. This house was perfect for us. One bedroom had 4 bunk beds in it so all 4 girls could stay in the same room. Plenty of room for 4 girls and three moms. About 10 minutes from town, beautiful little neighborhood. Driveway a little hard to navigate but other than that, A+! We would love to come back.

Spent a few days over the Thanksgiving holiday with family and the house was perfect for what we needed. An open kitchen and living area, a big deck outside, and plenty of sleeping space! The place was decorated nicely, but it still felt comfortable and homey.

The house was cozy and decorated so cute! There was plenty of space, and it was in a great location. The homeowner was great at communicating with me, and she answered all of my questions. The house was easy to find, even in the dark. We will definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay. It was clean and nicely decorated. Fully stocked with dishes, towels, etc. There is limited parking so I would suggest carpooling if traveling with a large group. Overall a very positive experience. I have no complaints.

Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our long weekend stay at this home. Calm, quite area of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. Owner was great to work with. I would recommend this property and will stay there again in the future.
