The townhome was adequate. It’s not fancy, but clean. Neighbors were a little noisy.

Loved the place, downstairs stairs very tricky caused accidents but other than that very roomy and peaceful.

After a long 5 hour drive it was easy to find and check in. Very nice comfortable place for our family to relax. My only suggestion would maybe be a couple chairs in the front porch and back deck area

We stayed here with family for a quick trip to the Omaha Zoo. This property was a quick drive to the zoo - less than 10 mins. The property has been updated and each room has fans or an in-window AC unit. The property is an older house so if you need more outlets, be sure to bring a power strip. Also, be aware the stairs to the bedroom downstairs are very shallow and steep - there is a warning on the door. It would be nice if there were chairs on the front and back patio. Overall it was a great stay for a 2 day trip.

We were in town for a wedding. This location made it very convenient to the wedding venue. It was clean and comfortable. This property suited our needs and I loved that we only had to take care of ourselves upon departure. So many places have a long list of items to be done before you leave. All we had to do was lock the doors.

Comfortable home with plenty of room. Well-stocked kitchen. Needs a little more light on upper stairway. Nice location for dining, shopping and going to the zoo.

This venue is spacious and comfortable. We love that dogs are welcome, as we have stayed here while attending AKC scent work trials. Our dogs are at the height of their sport and well behaved, so we love the trust that the hosts give us.

This property is in such an interesting area, a mix of neighborhood blocks with lots of people out walking. There are also larger facilities, such as hospital, that give the area bustle. Parks, coffee shops, eateries in walking distance. Short drive to a grocery stores. The place is so spacious and was quiet while we were there. I reported some missing safety devices and they were installed when we got home that afternoon!

The accommodations were fine. The location was convenient for our wedding events and there was plenty of parking in back. Our biggest complaint is that the kitchen barely had anything. There were no spatulas, no wooden spoons, no tongs, no cookie sheets, only one hand towel, etc. The selection of pots and pans were awful too. We were a large group and it sure made cooking a challenge. Also, we had major problems with the internet. We finally got a hot spot a few days into our visit but it certainly did not support all of our devices. We were never able to use the TV.

The house was clean and enough room for the 10 of us. We enjoyed our stay. The management company check in to make sure our stay was pleasant. That was an added piece of mind.

The property was spacious, plenty of room to relax. It was close in proximity to the facilities/sports gyms. It was comfortable, and easily accessible from front & back of house.

Ok stay
The townhome was close by to all the activities we had planned in Omaha. The neighborhood/surrounding townhomes seemed a little like we were in a rougher area, and we did not feel as safe in this area. Nothing happened to us at all, however we could hear yelling and pounding from one of the adjoining townhomes which made us feel uneasy. Our townhome was nonsmoking, however the townhome next to us had occupants who were smoking and the entire upstairs to our townhome bedrooms smelled of smoke, very extreme in smell. One of our children started coughing and coughing after one night of sleeping in that room. We all felt a little stuffy/coughing after the three days there, unsure if it was from the townhome air or not. We had no crazy issues, just won’t plan on staying there again.

Weekend stay
I specifically looked for a place with a big table for our family for card and game playing with room to spread out and relax. It was perfect for our stay with lots of restaurants, etc for us to walk to.

Dewey Avenue Property, Omaha NE,
not great, but adequate. has anyone checked under the beds in forever.?? Absolutely filthy. Not very well stocked. No mixer, no blender, pretty much no anything. We had to go out and purchase these items for ourselves. I fully expected them to be there. This was our first rental with VRBO, and I am leaning to not using them again. You may call me if you wish to discuss further. At least the air conditioning worked. Not even a spatula.

Clean, cute place with plenty of room!
My sister and myself, along with four small children, came down for a little vacation to Omaha for a few days. This was a spacious, clean, updated home that fit our needs perfectly! And it’s only a matter of minutes from the Zoo and downtown.
We had to text the owner while we were there and got an immediate response and helped us to solve our issue with the TV.
Would stay again. Would recommend.

Graduation
Venue was fine and location ideal. Communication and feedback was prompt. Walls were very thin so conversations are heard from other guests. No main floor bath was an irritant but manageable. Rear entry screen was torn from door and porch light didn’t work. Met our needs for the brief visit.

Good home base for Omaha visit
We really enjoyed our stay here. This property had many pluses. The building is a beautiful older place with gorgeous wood and nice-sized rooms. Parking was excellent, and there were many restaurants and other sites within easy walking distance. It was surprisingly quiet at night, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, and the rooms were quite clean. The main living room was comfortable for a group to watch a basketball game or a movie. The agent was very responsible helpful in helping us get the wifi working.
A few minor things would have made our stay perfect, but I realized some of these would have been hard to implement in this older house. The lighting could be improved: a few lamps in the living room would have really brightened the area, and the dining area was too dimly lit to easily play the board games we brought along. The stairway to the upstairs could have used either another light or a switch at the lower level. A few end tables in the living room would have been nice too. More outlets in the main living are and in the bedrooms would be helpful for larger families with a lot of electronics. A few spots of color in the decor would have been welcoming, as well. These are minor things, and I would still give this property 5 stars.

Spacious and Comfortable!
We enjoyed the space and comfortable furnishings in this rental. Parking in the back was clutch! The stairs were a little steep to the basement but we were just careful going up and down. Would stay here again, probably when it’s warm so we can take advantage of the neighborhood. It was a little bit too far to walk too much in the cold.

Location Location Location
Great unique and clean property. We’re all college football fans and weren’t able to access any local stations for Game day on the main TV but the owner was extremely helpful in trying to help. We later found the basement & upstairs TV did have the local channels. Enjoyed out time there. Would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend this rental to anyone
There was a flood in the basement the 1st night we were there which some of my family had to sleep on the floor in the living room for 5 days out of the 7 days I rented it for. We could not use the bathroom in the basement so we all had to share the bathroom upstairs. I have called and spoke with several different people which I was connected to the maintenance man again which he had Gregory of Access Realty to call me. Gregory said they would refund some of my money, which I still have not received and now Gregory will not return my call. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!! And I paid for insurance!!!!

Property on the rise
This is in a historical midtown Omaha neighborhood that appears to be in the middle of a revival period. Many houses in the neighborhood appear to be newly re-landscaped and/or restored , while other may still be waiting for the necessary TLC to match their neighbors. We stayed in the middle unit of this triplex, which was an older building, but the interior had been updated with more modern features. Although pleasant temperatures, the days we stayed, were very windy causing a lot of neighborhood trash to blow around and a mystery metal banging from our house's roof. Location exceeded expectation. Just 5 min walk from house was Farnam St with excellent eating/drinking options. We did not have time to try all options during our 3 days but did try and would recommend The Switch(especially El Arepon), LeadBelly, Farnam House Brewing and Beertopia. Several more looked interesting but ran out of time. Dewey Park(small but nice) was also a 5 minutes walk, where we could picnic, let our dogs run in the dog park or play tennis, pickleball or horseshoes.

Family Togetherness
We completely enjoyed the whole space and centralized location. Had lots of family over on different days with room to spread out. Dining room was plenty big for all of us to eat with meals prepared in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Will definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for everything.

Vacation visit
Overall it was good. A little outdated. Not super clean. The one side of the rental had a big party the one night til like 4 a.m. and walls are super thin. But overall for a short stay(3 nights) was good.

Wonderful location
We loved that this home was so close to everything. It was the perfect location for our cousins weekend. The 5 queen beds were all extremely comfortable. The only thing we were missing would be some extra blankets. The house was clean and had enough space for all of us to spread out. My only complaint might be the lock at the front door. It may need to be replaced. Overall it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay again!

Nicely Renovated and Comfortable
This property was very nicely renovated. The basement bedroom/bathroom was comfortable and spacious. The upstairs bedrooms had ample room and beds were also very comfortable. It was nice to have a large living space with a giant TV as well. Couches were nice. Parking was easy in the back of the townhome. We ate at Leadbelly just a few blocks walk and it was delicious. A couple things that would've been nice to have; chairs to sit outside (front or back) and additional fans to help with air flow in bedrooms and to reduce noise annoyance. This is an old house with nice original floors, having the option to sleep with a fan on in your room, would help with any footsteps creaking to wake you up. It was a bit musty smelling when we first got there. It's an old house and I get that, but wish we would've had a fresh smelling plug in going. All in all I would definitely recommend these townhomes to stay in!

Girl's Weekend
We had a great time in Omaha. The property was close to two entertainment districts. House was large enough for all of us and the property manager checked in via email a few times to see if we needed anything.

Location worked well for us. The house was very clean, although if you are sensitive to smells the basement smelled a bit musky and/or wet smelling
